I have taken my 2 Honda CRVs to the Ellicott City location in MD on a few occasions. Each time I've been here the staff has been professional and courteous. I've always been happy with how my car looks after each repair. After one repair, I noticed there was an issue with a piece of molding. I took the car back and they fixed it within the hour. Couldn't be more pleased with this place.

The customer service here is fantastic and so are the repairs! I've had my car here twice and both times were equally fantastic experiences! They make the whole process super easy, and they keep you informed along the way. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you are a happy customer! Though I would prefer to never have to make another repair on my car, if I must I'm definitely coming back here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had work done at this location and my experience was absolutely outstanding. General Manager, Kimberly Newton made every effort to meet my needs and far exceeded my expectations. Took vehicle in for an estimate in January. The estimate was super fast! Unfortunately, the parts needed were on back order, so it was a few months before we could get it in, to get it repaired. Not their fault, whatsoever! When bringing my vehicle in (both times) I was greeted by friendly staff. They ALL know what they're doing and very organized. They called Enterprise and had someone to pick us up to get our rental in just a few minutes. My car is still being repaired, but I already give them 5/5 stars due to their knowledge, professionalism, and how nice everyone was! They're a very "in demand" service center, so that in itself shows what a good place they are!! I would definitely use them again, in the future, if I need any future repairs.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end!!! This specific location made up for the poor customer service of two other repair shops. Kim, the manager, and the other ladies on staff are absolutely a pleasure to work with. They took care of everything, I didn t have the jump through any hoops or make a single phone call after I spoke with them and dropped off my vehicle. They handled my unusual claim situation so smoothly and made the process a breeze. Although they received my car repair request last minute, they prioritized my claim since I d been in a rental for a week already and had gotten the run around from a couple other repair shops. This Gerber Collision location actually completed the repairs faster than the other shops even estimated. They are definitely the best in this area and they uphold all of the values of USAA services. The staff is so kind polite and helpful! Wonderful people. Very professional! High quality workmanship that is guaranteed! They even cleaned my car and gave me free detail if I need it! Gold standard for bodysuits and insurance work!

Hello,I recently had my car repaired at the Gerber in Ellicott City. I was devastated when the accident occurred as I take my car and its appearance seriously. Kim provided me with consistent updates, and not only was the vehicle returned to me in better condition then it was previously, but it was also completed prior to the week being over. Exceptional service, quality, and craftsmanship from Ellicott City. I will be using Gerber again.Thanks

I had a great experience with the company Shane was really great basically once my car was completed it looked brand new you can even tell there was an incident. Highly recommend great staff very nice people. They even call you back a few times to check out everything is going if you like the service and if everything is working well with the repairs. Staff is willing to go out of their way to assist you the best way possible. Highly recommend

Gerber Collision and Glass handled my body damage and mechanical repairs flawlessly and quickly. They were friendly, professional, and communicated early and often throughout the process. The mechanics and body work professionals are technically proficient and the office staff is friendly, professional, and responsive. I hope there's never any more damage to my vehicle, but I would return there for repairs if there ever is. I unhesitatingly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass at both the Ellicott City BNP and Hanover Race Road locations.

I had an unfortunate fender bender which nobody wants to go through, but what helped was dealing with the amazing team at Gerber Collision and Glass on Baltimore National Pike. They took care of the pick up and delivery of my damaged vehicle and stored it until I was able to work out things with my car insurance. They are kind, compassionate, and treated me so well! Everybody I dealt with was incredibly friendly and professional. Everything got resolved and I have them to thank for it! I have recommended them to friends and family. Hopefully I will have no more accidents! But it's great to have an autobody shop I can count on just in case the undesired happens!

I have now been to Gerber Collision and Glass on two separate occasions and both times I was extraordinarily happy with the service I received! The first time I had been hit from behind and there was extensive damage to my rear bumper and my trunk. My car was returned to me in better condition than before I was hit, and I could not have been happier with the service I received. While my car was in their team noticed I had a few rust spots, and they explained the negative impact that would have on my car over time so they offered to take care of them. I just took it back and had those fixed, and it looks fantastic! Each member of the team is very professional, and they go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy. The manager Kim is an absolute rockstar, and I will be taking my car to Gerber Collision and Glass from now on with no hesitation! I would recommend them to everyone, and I am confident you will have a positive experience!

The only shop I'll go to now! I've been to this Gerber in Ellicott City for two seperate accidents and they really went out of their way to make the repair process as easy and stress-free as possible. Both times the work they did was completed much quicker than expected and the car was as good as new when I got it back. Their customer care and proactive communication made me feel like they were personally looking out for me and the work being done on my car. I trust and highly recommend this shop after the great experiences I had.

It was a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass at this location (8528 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043), as earlier I had a very bad experience at their College Park location with my BMW 525i bumper repair. The General Manager, Kim at the Ellicott City location is a great person, very professional and handled my car repair under warranty very well and completed in a very timely manner. The repair work done was excellent quality and I am very satisfied with the result. Also, I want to thank Rick, their Sales Manager, who contacted me after I complained about the repair work done at their College Park location and sorted out everything professionally and in a speedy manner. I would highly recommend the Ellicott City location at Baltimore National Pike for auto body repair work, as their technicians are highly skilled.

My wife couldn't be happier with the work done on her Mazda after a collision with a deer. The car looks good as new. Even the winter grunge was cleaned away. Don was very helpful with questions and timely updates, along with Crissy. The entire operation, from start to finish, was professional and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I had my back tail lights smashed with a bat by local vandals. Gerber worked directly with my insurance company and they replaced the lights within 24 hours; they were so pleasant to work with and provided excellent customer service. Kim and her staff went above and beyond to make my car perfect again! I m extremely happy with the paint job. After having trouble with another Gerber shop (in Gambrills) I was told that my car looked as good as it could get. Kim and her team proved that statement wrong. They greatly improved the previous botched paint job, and my car looks fantastic. Thank you very much for your hard work!

I dropped my vehicle at this place just by trusting my insurance company. They kept my vehicle for all most a month and finally picked up last week. After couple of days of use my vehicle cannot even start and battery is dead. Looks like they didn't do any inspections before releasing the vehicle to the customer. Again i need to drop my vehicle for further service. I just replaced battery from authorized showroom like three months back. Without checking the quality/health of the battery and actual problem, again Gerber Collision replaced one more battery (because insurance will pay money). I am completely disappointed about their service, quality and punctuality of work.

I can't say enough about Kim and her staff at Gerber Collision and Glass. They are efficient and professional and they definitely go the extra mile to provide a very positive customer service experience. The prices are more than fair and the end result was beautiful! Kim takes the time to explain all of the details of the repair and it is clear that she wants her customers to be happy with the end result. I left knowing that Kim and her staff care more about taking care of their customers than they care about the bottom line. I wouldn't go anywhere else for collision repairs.

My experience with Gerber Collision couldn't have been better. The repair work was performed on-time as stated. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and cares about you and your vehicle situation. Kudos to Christie for the best and most friendliest service one could ever ask for!!!

We recently had work done to repair our 2016 Honda Civic at Gerber. Kim was wonderful to work with and walked us through the repair process and kept us updated on the status. After the work was completed she spent 20 min with us reviewing what had been done. The repairs made the car look like new again and the paint matched the rest of the car perfectly. As a USAA member I'm conscious of a vendor who receives a USAA certified rating and Gerber more than exceed my expectations.

Dishonest and failed to disclose up front that they could not complete the job (would have to take it to dealership to finish the job) until my car was in the bay and parts had been ordered. They tell my husband with whom they had not dealt with on the estimate process. I don t have time to take my car to two repair shops to do a two hour total repair. My time is more valuable than that. They should have disclosed when they provided the estimate that they were incapable of completing the job. This was first and last time to use a Gerber body shop.

I used to only go to PIES in Ellicott city by the post office. Then Gerber bought them out and I continued going to that location. On my last repair i had called because i believed it was a warranty issue. The door clips were not fully fastned and one of the arm rest clips were exposed. The Ellicott drive location gave me so much grief trying to get this corrected. They didnt want to take ownership of anything wanted me to file another claim against my insurance. Forgot to mention they hit another car with my Suburban when it was getting serviced last time and they gave me the car back with the clips exposed and come to find out they didnt even put enough clips on the door and forgot to put some plastic covers on near the window buttons. I went to the other location of Gerber right down the road the other ellicott city location next to the auto mall. My husband had contacted this location for me because weeks had gone by from the other one and nothing was done. Kim at this location was so accommodating. Fixed what needed to be fixed under warranty so i didnt need to file a claim and even washed my truck. Wonderful customer service by Kim very nice to talk to as well. I will only be going to her at this location for any of my car or truck needs.Service: Body & Trim

Gerber Collision & Glass Ellicott City, Maryland specifically that location employees has some color issues, they treat people according do human skin and that's not fair at all, I can't believe this.That is injustice but we are living in most civilized country in the world.Do not recommend at all this location.

Satisfactory customer service from receptionist.Unsatisfactory on body work also fine hair line scratches throughout vehicle from being washed incorrectly.Swirls, Holograms & Buffer marks on my door that was painted, couldn't see it at the time of pick up because their was no sun light that eveing but I would assume that a body shop would carry special lights to see this kind of damage that's caused by an operator who really doesn't have the know how to operate a buffer. My car was supposed to be ready in 4 days but took over two week in a half weeks.Definitely not a satisfied customer.I've read plenty of satisfied customer reviews about Criswell Body Shop in Annapolis, MDI'll be trying them next for the next mishap which hopefully is no time soon.I hope this review helps someone save there hard earned $ and precious time on dealing with an incompetent business.
