Had a couple of cars serviced at Eakle s. I appreciated that they diagnose and fix what is at issue without upselling additional service. Quality of service has been great, they have good communication skills. I will use the word trustworthy.

I went to Eakle to get my vehicle checked for an oil leak yesterday. Tim is awesome! He takes great care of his customers. He walked me through the details of the problem. I've been using Eakle's Auto for several years already, and they have been honest and friendly every time. Definitely recommend them!

I needed to have s second opinion on my brakes being replaced as my dealer diagnosed that they were in poor condition. I found Eakle s had positive reviews on our community website. Eakle s Auto Shop was very quick to set me up with an appointment to diagnose my brakes. They found that there was no reason to replace them at all. They were courteous and respectful throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone for auto care and I will return for any care that I need for my car.

I only came in for a Maryland Safety Inspection this time, but I will definitely be coming back for any future work needed on my car. Everyone I interacted with at Eakle's Auto Care was quick, thorough, professional, and friendly. Additionally, their prices were very reasonable, especially in light of their high quality service.

This was my first time taking my car to Eakle's Auto Care, which I did based on all the great reviews I read, and I will say that I wasn't disappointed.They gave me an honest assessment of my back brakes, didn't push me to get anything done, but I ended up replacing the drums (yes, drums) as they were too low to turn anymore and it was just a matter of time until i wouldn'thave a choice. The price I was charged was more than fair, imo. I'll be back there for more work to be done, as needed.

Cannot say enough about this family owned business! Always confident they are doing the best job at reasonable rates and with efficiency. I take all of my vehicles to Eakles and always refer to friends and family. If I could issue 10 stars I would.

We ve been using Eakle s since 2006 and consistently have found them to be honest, very capable and reasonably priced. We consider ourselves lucky to have found them. Highly recommend.

It s okay. I wouldn t recommend it to others but didn t have the WORST experience, so it s fine if you re in a pinch. I was charged for oil when I didn t check off ann oil change on the check in paperwork so that wasn t great. I wasn t asked beforehand and feel like I should ve been but they had quick service so I ll give them that. They said nothing was wrong with my car, which wouldn t have bothered me if he didn t say it like well unless you have super sonic hearing, your car isn t making a noise. I ve had multiple people corroborate this noise so I think that was a little rude but other than that they were friendly enough. Was recommended to me by a close friend but probably won t go back.

First time going to Eakle's after going to my other mechanic for about 8 years until he retired. (Before I went to my other mechanic near Columbia Pike, per Nextdoor app , many neighbors either recommended Eakle's or my now retired mechanic Luke. It just so happened that when my wife's car broke down with an old alternator, Luke was the closest one). With my recent visit to Eakle's, had two minor issues taken care of. Timmy called and explained the day I dropped that they were unable to replicate one of the issues and what they could do to possibly mitigate and the other one was completed. Happy with the timeliness and professionalism shown and will go again!

Hi! We recently switched to Eakles. We could not be more pleased. They are knowledgeable, skilled, quick, and most importantly honest. Today, we took our college-aged son s car in for what we thought would be a costly repair, right after Christmas. Pleasantly, it was only a loose hose. Eakles could have charged us and claimed it was a significant repair. But, they were honest. How refreshing! We will be keeping our business with them. Thank you!

Very happy with the service I received at Eakle's! Scheduled an appointment a few days in advance for my 75K, dropped off the car in the morning, The car was ready right on time; everything taken care of as requested, no surprises, absolutely fair and reasonable price, etc. The mechanic was very attentive to my questions and concerns; when we took my car for a test drive to check on a slight noise he was thorough and genuinely cared for my car being in good order. I highly recommend this auto shop: they are helpful, trustworthy and reliable. I'll be definitely coming back as needed. I ve been going to Eakles Auto for years. I drive further just so they are the ones that do all of the works on our cars. Good quality and very knowledgeable. The best part is they are honest. 100% honesty at its best.

I have always liked the honesty and straightforward approach of this shop. The one thing I would recommend to reach a 5 star rating is to provide a quick review of what was done. Especially as expensive as some repairs are, it provides the customer additional confidence in the work.

I cannot recommend Eakle s enough! I stopped in today on my way back home to Northern VA after noticing a nail in one of my tires. One of the mechanics looked over the tire and informed me the nail didn t fully penetrate the tire, so no patch was necessary. He refused to let me pay or tip for his services. And I think that speaks volumes about this auto shop!

Tim Sr has been keeping my 2004 truck on the road since I moved here in 2017. He always gives an accurate and thorough assessment what needs mixed today, what will fail sometime in 1-3 years, etc. Makes planning easy, and i was able to delay the expense of a new vehicle for years on his recommendations. Very honest.

Very honest and very open mechanics. I brought my 2105 JK here for the dreaded oil cooler replacement. The guys at Eakles called me 3-4 times over the 5 days (includes a weekend) that they had my JK. They called me to tell me what they saw, they called me to tell me that they had to get a few extra parts, and they called me as they were checking out some other mechanical things that I inquired about.You see, I normally do all of my own work on my JK. As the guys from Eakles were calling me to let me know what they were seeing, it helped me gain some trust in who was working on it.When I picked up my JK, the engine compartment was cleaner than I have seen it in a few years (partially due to me not cleaning it well enough after offroading).Also, the initial quote that they provided me was nearly spot on with what it ended up being. Additionally, they didnt try to sell me on unnecessary maintenance; I knew my Jeep and the additional things that I asked about were deemed unnecessary. How many mechanics do you know who actually will not push you for more money to do extra work?I definitely will recommend them to work on your vehicle.

I am new to MD. Had a tire puncture. My neighbor recommended me to go to Eakle's. There, Tim repaired my tire on the spot, swapped out the spare tire and secured it back in my trunk. All done in less than 30 minutes and at a reasonable price.Service: TiresService: Tires

Even after moving an hour away, I still bring my car to Eackles if I ever have any issues. They re very fair, honest and will explain what s wrong with your car. 10/10!

This was the first time I used Eakles and I have nothing but praise for their service. I set an appointment in advance and dropped my car off and picked it up the next day. The work was done, After a call to explain what they found. Their personnel are polite, and I was quite happy with the charge for the work I was told they are honest by someone else who uses them, and I could not agree more. Thank you I will be back as needed..

We had a dealer tell us all this work was needed, which I questioned.I looked in our local area for a reputable mechanic and came upon Eakles; they looked over the car and informed me all the dealer suggestions were quite premature. I so much appreciated this honesty and have made Eakles my go to place for all of our vehicles.
