My oil change was conducted expeditiously and professionally today. I appreciated how quickly John was able to service me despite how busy the auto center was upon my arrival. The payment process was simple and done in office which felt like top tier customer service. Driving off the lot, my car feels brand new, super smooth which is what we all look for in an oil change. I look forward to bringing my other family vehicles here.

I bought my gently used/low mile Mini Cooper S convertible from Bumble Auto in March of 2023. I did the purchase remotely via internet over an hour at a fair and competitive price. They drove the car to my home in Northern Virginia based on my availability. They also agreed to take care of all minor repairs and cosmetic work free of charge to me. I found the owners/managers/staff very responsive with a common culture of customer service and relationship building; not transactional based so often seen in their industry. I will gladly recommend them to family and friends and plan to do repeat business with Bumble Auto.

Terrible service! I had to have a new starter put in to my car after six months of purchasing the car from bumble bee auto when I got my car back all of a sudden I have transmission damages. I took my car back to them to check it out it was there for three days and all they could say was it was the transmission? I asked what exactly is wrong with the transmission because they were supposed to diagnose the issue, but John got irritated and hung the phone up on me and my dad. I was treated like most females are treated when dealing with mechanics or car sales man at the end of the day. I had a good experience at the beginning of the whole buying the car process but I guess that s what they do. Good Luck!

Awesome place to go. They have literally taken care of every problem I've had with my vehicle. Friendly and massively helpful. Better than any auto shop I have taken my vehicle to by far. A huge thank you to John and Jake for being the best in the business!

All through my years of going to different dealerships, I have never been to anyone with so much care and love for their customers. Mr John treated me like family, I took my Mercedes-Benz 2021 GLA there because I was referred by a family member. I already went to the Mercedes-Benz dealership before and they charged me $5,200 but Bumble auto ended fixing the issues less than half of the price. Thank you for helping me

They sold me a lemon !! Have had the car for 6 months only been able to drive it for 2 months don't trust them very sketchy... Should have known better when the finance guy had his little finger coke nails ...First they tried to scam me out of paying thousands for a new engine after 2 months of having the car. These people are a joke they've been "fixing" the lemon they sold me for 6 months. They said it was done and drove it 30+miles with a coolant leak to my mechanic! This is the second time I have gotten it back from them with problems ! YES SECOND TIME ! The first time I got it back they didn't even put the engine cover on or even in the car . . I have to drive 40 minutes one way to go get it to find out they didn't have both pieces of it for me and the check engine light came back on the next day !The second time it is missing a cover for some wires. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME IN MY LIFE ! They have caused me so much stress since I've been dealing with them ! They promised to pay my mechanic for the problem they didn't fix and wont pay because I posted a bad review !

They just demonstrated stellar customer service - the attention they paid to my car s issues and how they fixed everything before time and under budget. I brought my car here when the gas tank was contaminated and most places refused to work on it. The dealership would have charged an arm and a leg, so I have Bumble Auto a try and they were not only willing to work on it but also had the best price. They took down the tank and thoroughly cleaned it and cleaned all the lines and the pump and did it all in a few days. No surprises, no hidden costs, just great service. I recently had the pleasure of bringing my car to Bumble Auto Services again for some much-needed maintenance, including an oil change and front suspension work. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional level of service I receive every single time! What truly impressed me was their commitment to finishing the job on time and as they had promised. Last but not least, their knowledge and customer service is definitely top notch as well!

I went to BMW dealership they were trying to charge me $2800 for my problem I came to Bumble Auto dealt with John the service manager great guy he charge me a fraction and only paid $900 and I m super happy with the service center thank you so much bumble auto
