If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. John was so patient and kind. I know nothing about cars and John took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my vehicle and what to look for in the future. He gave me his honest opinions and I felt so much better leaving his shop. Will 1000% continue going back to him for future issues.

John Baker is a classic mechanic--in the good way. He loves working on cars, has a great attitude, and is open, communicative, and honest. He'll send photos of a problem to help explain it better. And he tries easy fixes first and doesn't just try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs or replacements. He'll also ask you about your plans for the car he's working on. If you're going to keep it forever, he'll approach the repair that way. If you're going to be selling it or trading it in, he'll minimize the costs with that in mind. His shop is out of the way, set on a scenic river, which is just cool. He keeps his shop clean, is prompt and professional with billing, etc. I can't recommend John and Baker's Garage more. You'll wonder why more mechanics can conduct their businesses this straightforwardly and honestly. Give John a call. John is the BEST! As always excellent customer service. He explained everything my SUV needed. I recently had surgery so he picked my vehicle up and returned to me within a few hours. Highly recommending services. start to finish John provided exceptional service above and beyond what i could have expected and me being From out of state. He came to me and my disabled vehicle escorted us back to his shop ensuring my safety and comfort. And didn't stop there, he provided reasonable prices and making sure myself and my car were taken care of and making sure my trip home would be safe. Thank you for everything.
