Me & My husband visited the Acura dealership today on 3/16/24 & received the most exceptional service by the salesman Damon Braxton. From the time we walked in to him greeting us, til the time he got us out the door in the vehicle we preferred. He didn't waste our time or his own, he was upfront & honest about the whole process. He was patient & made us very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. If you looking for great customer service please ask for Damon when visiting the Acura dealer I promise you won't be disappointed!!!

If you want an honest & knowledgeable sales consultant, then go with Mr. Damon Braxton. He was never pushy, which is refreshing when buying a car, especially as a woman. My wife and I purchased my first SUV yesterday! I ve researched different brands and offers and I m so happy I walked into Acura yesterday! I m in love with the RDX and feel good about the purchase! I traded my Honda accord in at Acura for a great deal. Mr. Braxton was on top of every step during the process and was very attentive. I ve been trying to call all week to schedule service on my Acura because it broke down while I was on my way to work. This is my closest dealership now that I have moved I have called multiple times and left multiple messages to schedule service on my vehicle and fix the recall issues present on my car. I have gotten zero answers, even when calling your sales department. I don t even know if you offer the services I need because your dealership hasn t replied at all. I tried to give you a few days to reply back but no call backs at all. I have left a number of voicemails, and I have received absolutely zero communication. Really disappointed because I was looking to trade in and upgrade both of my Acura vehicles this summer, but I will be taking my business to a different dealership and service shop. I have attached my call log, which only goes as far back as Wednesday, my car has been out of service since Monday. Please address answering phones and calling people back with your staff.

Go see Damon Braxton. Damon made the car buying experience a pleasure. He doesn t pressure you and listens. I had visited the dealership the day after it snowed, and one of the coldest days this winter. I was looking for a specific car I saw on the website and Damon immediately greeted me outside, had me wait inside in the warmth while he walked the lot to locate the vehicle. Damon went above and beyond any other car salesman I have dealt with. The dealership was clean and inviting. I would definitely visit them again if I were looking to purchase another vehicle.

My wife and I have been loyal Acura of Ellicott City customers since 2012. Their Sales and Service team has always been courteous and professional. This week we purchased a new MDX and the experience was incredible. Jordan Bates, the sales manager, met us at the door with a warm welcome and smile. He quickly had the MDX retrieved we were interested in buying.Damon Braxton was our Sales Associate and he was outstanding. Damon was extremely friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle. We never felt pressured by sales tactics . He went above beyond by even helping the detail team get the car ready so we could be on our way. He made us feel as though we were lifelong friends, such a great person. If you want a great buying experience ask for Damon, you won t regret it.

I recently traded my 2022 Ram truck for a 2024 Acura MDX at the Acura dealership in Ellicott City. My sales consultant Quon Taylor was phenomenal at putting me in the vehicle I wanted. I gave him a monthly price that I was comfortable with and he went below that price. Everything I asked for I received. The process from start to finish was the fastest I ve ever been apart of when purchasing a new vehicle. They even gave me cold water while I waited.I d give Quon a 10 star rating if I could.

Wonderful service. I had done a pretty decent amount of research prior to arriving on what car I wanted, but Larry my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable and gave me answers to questions I didn't know I had. The process was smooth and at no point did I feel like I was being pressured into anything. Every part of the process was well identified and explained. I'm very happy with my car purchase!

We purchased our 3rd Acura (2021 RDX) earlier this month with the help of Mr Damon Braxton. I wasn t expected to purchase a new car on this visit since I was completing routine service on my old RDX, but I managed to complete a trade in, financing and purchase of a new car within 2-3 hours. The whole process was very seamless! Mr Braxton was very accommodating, patient, helpful, communicated clearly and provided great insight. First off I would like to thank the whole Acura team but give special thanks to Mr. Damon Braxton. From the time I walked through the door looking around, to the time I drove off the lot was nothing but remarkable. Mr. Braxton greeted me with a pleasant smile and firm handshake while asking how may I help you . After telling Mr.Braxton exactly how he can assist me his response was no problem and he went straight to work not wasting a second of my time or his. I was very indecisive of what model mdx I wanted but with extensive experience, knowledge and understanding he made it an extremely easy process. My experience with Acura of Ellicott City while purchasing the new 2024 Acura MDX A-Spec was unmatched in terms of efficiency. The negotiation was quick and clear, leading to a swift agreement on the price. Ji, my salesperson, had the vehicle ready for me to drive off the lot within just 20 minutes, which impressively included the completion of all paperwork and the trade-in of my old vehicle. This has been my best car buying experience to date, further solidifying my loyalty to the Acura brand. This is our second MDX, and we still own the first one!

I recently purchased a 2024 Acura Integra on 9/8/2024.. I was fortunate to have Ji Kim as my sales associate and photographer!! He was amazing and very professional! I went to the dealership alone. I asked could he take a few pictures of me with the bow in front of my new car after the deal was completed! He said yes without any hesitation!! Everything was going perfect until another sales associate chose to walk out the dealership and rudely and abruptly removed the bow from my car during the 30 second photo shoot. Rather than asking Ji Kim or I if we were done using the bow. He just took the bow and told us that we were done. I was beyond offended by the other sales associate actions.. However after that encounter Ji Kim didn t allow the other sales associate to steal my joy. He continued to display postive energy, kept a Big smile on his face, congratulated me, and even helped me connect my Bluetooth before I drove off! Acura I really just want to thank you for having such a compassionate, considerate, understanding, and empathetic gentleman on your team!! The 5 stars is for Ji Kim!!

On March 18, 2023, I made the decision to purchase a vehicle from your dealership to ensure reliable transportation for my daily commute, which involves traveling several miles each day. However, my experience with the vehicle has been fraught with challenges, as it was discovered that the car had a faulty engine.The ordeal began on July 6, 2023, when I noticed the oil level was low and took the car to Toyota for an oil change. They uncovered issues with the oil pan and recommended that I bring the car back to Acura. Subsequently, I brought the car back to Acura, and while Doug Killian, one of the managers, agreed to fix most of the issues, the underlying problem persisted.On September 14, 2023, the oil light illuminated while I was driving near my workplace, prompting me to visit a mechanic who discovered that the engine was bone dry. Despite adding oil, the problem persisted, leading me to return to Acura on September 18, 2023, to address the oil consumption issue. Despite my concerns, the dealership could not identify any issues and suggested I return in 1,000 miles.After reaching the recommended mileage, I returned to Acura, but they were unable to diagnose the problem due to limitations in working on a Toyota. I subsequently was told to take the car the Toyota dealership, where I incurred expenses for diagnostics and was ultimately informed that I needed a new engine, a costly endeavor.Throughout this ordeal, I have faced significant financial strain and emotional stress. Despite my efforts to communicate my concerns and seek assistance, the dealership has been unwilling to take full responsibility for selling me a defective vehicle. Moreover, the proposed solution of trading in the vehicle at 75% of its value is unjust given the circumstances.I implore you to reconsider your stance and provide a fair resolution to this matter. I am not in a position to absorb the financial burden of this ordeal. I urge you to stand behind the products you sell and honor your commitment to customer satisfaction.

I had an amazing experience with Acura of Ellicot City. I live in Frederick, MD so it was a little commute to get to them, but everything was worth it. The customer service was top tier. Damon was my service agent, and he is AMAZING! Treated me as if I was family and didn't pressure me into anything, Doug was phenomenal with my financial questions and Paul just brought everything home. The team works like a well-oiled machine, and you will feel like you are home. I highly recommend that you get your new car, old car and Maintenace with them.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car with Quan at Acura Ellicott City. I had a rough week and I was tired of paying for a rental car. Quan put me at ease and assured me that I would find a vehicle. He didn t pressure me and he made me feel good about my purchase. Quan took me for a test drive and made sure I was satisfied with my new car. My storm is over and I would like to thank him because I was all over the place when I arrived. Make sure you ask for Quan T when purchasing a vehicle you won t be disappointed.

We ve owned an MDX for roughly 4 years and used to have it serviced at Rosenthal in Gaithersburg. When we first bought the car I did have this dealership (Norris Acura at the time) install the tow hitch and handle a few other items that fell under warranty. Shortly after that, simply because it was closer to home, we decided to just take it to Rosenthal or even Chevy Chase Acura. That said, I always found both to be high priced and not as accommodating with scheduling us in for service. Many times they also could not provide a loaner vehicle.In March of this year we needed the brakes to be replaced as well as the rotors to be surfaced. The quote given by Rosenthal was downright absurd. That prompted me to call Acura of Ellicott City, but upon calling I found out that the service advisor whom I had worked with in the past had left the dealership. I was then transferred to James Washington and things couldn t have worked out any better! He was professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable as well as very friendly. Additionally, he also assured me that they were going to be more competitively priced than the two other dealers we had used in the past. James was flexible with their schedule and worked with mine. That day that I brought the car in he provided me with a nice loaner so that I could head back to work. His technician worked quickly, but also did excellent work (brakes stop on a dime). They also finished ahead of schedule which is always appreciated. On top of already having a rate that was 20% or so less than Rosenthal, James took it upon himself to apply an additional service coupon which helped bring the bill down even more. I really appreciated his desire to earn our business!Six months later I brought the car in today to have an accessory item installed, but was also having issues again with the battery. Unfortunately we ve had a number of issues over the years with the Acura OEM batteries failing sooner than expected on this car (this is now the 3rd), so I just assumed the battery was under warranty and would be replaced at no cost as it had been prior. Unfortunately the Acura extended warranty department did not want to replace this one. But before James could share the bad news he informed me that him and his service manager would replace it at no cost as a courtesy on their part. What an extraordinary level of customer service that was exhibited right there! Before I could even feel disappointed knowing that I was going to be out a few hundred for something I figured would be covered, they proactively took it upon themselves to simply do the right thing! Well done gentlemen for as long we own an Acura you ve earned a life long customer!
