My time at the dealership was very nice. Michael Simpson my agent and Will who worked on the financial end are really terrific guys. I love my new Trax in the Cacti Green. Michael showed me everything on the car before I left and I drove it to get the feel of it. Everyone else at this dealership was very friendly. I would send people there if they were interested in buying definitely. I have to say that Michael went out of his way to bring me the car to see it at my home and then he came back to take me down to the dealership the day I purchased it. The main thing was that they work with you to get your price range. I am very satisfied that I went to William Chevrolet. If it wasn't for Lisa Gilman who works next door at the other dealership, I would still be looking for my Trax. Thank you so much to her. She told me about Michael Simpson and everything she said was true. He's a really great guy and we both are believers in Christ which really made me feel at home there. Thank you to Michael and Will for my Chevy Trax. I keep looking at it outside because it's a dream come true for me.Thank you again Williams Chevrolet.

I took my car in for repairs it went from $1500 hundred to $8300. Eric is a fraud so is Frank Williams. He sanctions theft. I was told that it was my lifter. Then my cam shaft. I was told that I need a new motor. I drove the car in but could not drive it out because it would not start. I received a bill for $5]0 bucks. I was told that they removed the heads and lifter. They also told me that they removed the cam to find damage. There report reads Misfire on cylinder 5 they tested spark plug by removing it. Moved it to another cylinder. $500 dollars. Eric lied by telling me that $500 was to take cam and lifter apart to find damages. There was no mention of cam and lifter in there report. Frankie baby what are you doing at your stealership. I asked to speak with Franklin they informed me that he would be out un 5 mins. Slime ball Eric got on the phone and Franklin was gone for the day. Hiw does this all sound to you all. I thought because he was a brother he would be fair and honest to someone that looks like him uncle Eric got so.e stuff with him just to keep a job. If you have to lie and steal sir I pray that that the 500 bring you comfort.

My appointment for a oil change was at 10am, with paperwork and all I gave them keys around 10.10. When I asked for the shuttle, they said it's out on delivery and wouldn't be back for another 30/40 mins. Given the estimated wait time of about 90mins, it wasn't worth to take the shuttle so I said I will wait. But checking on waiting bay at 11am, my car was still there. They didn't take the car back until 11.20. What's the point of appointment you can't honor the time of your customer?

I took my daughters car which she bought @Williams for an evaluation for a stalling & rough running issue. They loaded up every repair they could find & then some ! The estimate just for checking the car was $159.00 + , over $5000.00 without everything listed on estimate! The only item missing was replace ,"High Speed Muffler Bearing" ! Going there always requires a 2nd opinion somewhere else !

What an absolutely outstanding dealer. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. This is a family business and you can tell, because they have your best interest and the you know you are going to be in good hands. Honest and reliable! Love our purchase!

My appointment was at 10am. My truck was not taken into garage till 1055am. At 1130am i had to go to the service desk to ask when my truck would be ready since no one there took the initiative to communicate with me. Why is it ok for your service center to book so many customers at the same time?? Why do they tell you the service will take an hour? When in reality they know your gona be sitting there for HOURS...... I had to sit there for almost 2 hours for them to REFIX SOMETHING THAT THEY "SUPPOSEDLY" HAD FIXED MONTHS BEFORE.

Robert Mc"Cool" is the most rude and unprofessional worked I ever saw in a dealership. He cant even communicate properly and check his own emails. No wondering all these negative reviews. Also reached out supervisor Bruce but no one did nothing. They literally said they have a part and shipped it but then they didnt, they say they dont want to sell it.causing a huge personal damage and inconvenience I will make sure everyone knows through their social media

DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE!!!!! Had an issue with our 2020 Tahoe transmission, so arranged for Williams to check it out. First time- and a $1000 later- they said issue was fixed, but still had the same recurring issues. Second time took it in, they said nothing is wrong. For a week later the vehicle to be taken in and now a $8500 new transmission is needed.Seems they will delay diagnosis to further the price tag on a later fix. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, anywhere else....

Amazing place for buying vehicles and events . There car show in 7,23,2023 had a great turn out was a amazing event , nice people good venders, inside area open for restrooms cooling off and free water, staff is super nice , this is a great car dealership in general based on experiences I ve had with the staff over the years

Our salesman Mike Simpson was great. He took the time to explain the process of reserving a vehicle being delivered to Williams, he showed us each vehicle be delivered to Williams, and helped us see the difference in each vehicle. He then promptly notified us when the vehicle was delivered to Williams and set up an appointment that was convenient to us to come in and take delivery of our new Trax. When we picked up the vehicle, Mike was extremely helpful in explaining all the functions of the Trax.

I bought my Camaro from here. I definitely recommend them and would buy from them again. Excellent customer service from the Williams Chevrolet team. My Camaro was still at the factory and It took more than a month to arrive at the dealership bc of the supply chain issues. During that time Florin Iftinca was keeping me updated every few days and made sure I knew when the car will arrive. Florin was really nice helpful though out the whole process.!!

Excellent service. Bought a used car here and got it serviced here. So far, so good and no issues.Update: The service department here is backwards for sure. Took my car in for service, which I purchased from Williams, and told them ahead what I needed. I arrived here at my scheduled appt and Kathy said "sure, we'll diagnose the problem for you" after an hour of waiting and already knowing what the problem was the service tech let me know indeed I had a bad sensor but the part wasn't in stock! Why wouldn't you know this ahead of time when I requested the part already to be replaced?

Caitlin, Mike, and William were efficient, friendly, and honest from our first phone call until we drove off the lot in our new 2023 Bolt EV. We tried 12 dealerships before we found this group with the highest standard of customer focus and price integrity. We received a fair quote up-front, test drove the vehicle, signed paperwork, and went on our way. Next time we shop for a car we will skip the other 12 and start with Williams Chevrolet.

I had a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox that I purchased from another dealership that was using a lot of oil and that dealership said there was nothing wrong. I mean 2 quarts of oil in 1500 miles is excessive as far as I am concern. I filed for a hearing with GM and they sent the vehicle to Williams Chevrolet. With in a day they called me to tell me that the engine oil was bypassing the rings and blowing out the exhaust and that they were putting a new engine in the vehicle. Got the vehicle back and with in 4 months the front drive train went. Williams had GM replace the front drive line at know cost. I have always had my vehicles dealer serviced on time so therefor all of the vehicle information was on the computer. I had the cv axles go out in another 2 months and again Williams took care of the problem free of charge even though the vehicle had 64000 miles on it. My spouse and I came to the conclusion that equinox was a lemon and we decided to by a new traverse. Well I can tell you this, Williams felt so bad for us they gave us one hell of a deal on a 2017 traverse! I went back and purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado from the same salesman, Larry Campbell gave me a great deal. Today I decided to go with a full size Silverado with a full size crew cab and got one hell of a deal. I have been dealing with Williams for over 5 years in both service and sales and have not have had nothing but great service. I think Eric Hammond in service is awesome and that Larry Campbell in sales is great, no pressure to buy no harassment from annoying phone calls. It took us 2 months to come to this deal and he never once pressured me to buy or lose the deal. I think the dealership is great and clean and the people are friendly. I will tell you I am not easy to please but Larry has patience.

Visited Williams Chevrolet at the end of May for my new 2020 Colorado work truck. Making an appointment to come in was quick and easy. My trade appraised for more than I expected, and the price, plus the GM discounts, were better than I expected, so it was time to buy. The staff was friendly, professional and prompt, and the buying process easy with no pressure. Great dealership!

If you need parts, don't go there right at 7:30am when they should open, cause NO one will be there for you, they stroll in at 8:30, granted they should be there on time, none the less, the parts department cares NOT for punctuality, OR the folks who might be waiting since 7:30 to get parts, save time & go where thir parts department folks start on time, just NOT these folks, unless you don't mind waiting & waiting & waiting, BAD CULTURE AT WILLIAMS CHEVROLET.

I had my turbo blow off while driving home on Thursday afternoon, and it was fixed by the dealer by Friday afternoon. Great work by the service department to be able to fit me in and get my car back on the road!

My wife and I had a tremendous experience with Williams' Chevrolet. Our Chevy Cruz was towed to their service department on Labor Day. By 7:00AM the next day, Kathy Harris inthe Service Dept. had reached out to me and we arranged diagnostics. She communicated great and was clear on what the issue was. When my wife drove up to Elkton from our home 2 hrs away, Kathy assisted her in everything she needed and went above and beyond. Kathy is a great representative of your company and indicative of the high degree of customer service this company provides. Great job!!!

I love how everyone pulled together to assist me in getting the car I wanted the most. It felt more like a family effort than a business deal which made the experience far more pleasurable than I originally anticipated. There was minimal effort on my part and everyone worked together to make buying my car quick and painless, all while I was working. I was able to walk in the door, turn in my trade in, handle the business end, and be on my way. I will never go anywhere else for a car.
