I recently bought a Tesla plaid and brought it to this location. I simply wanted an oil change and a carburetor clean. They denied me service and said that they weren t capable of doing routine maintenance. Take your Tesla to the dealer.

Phone rings and rings and rings, if you do get someone to pick it up they are not much help.Fair price for engine oil though. Mobile 1 full synthetic

Had an oil change done, they checked fluid levels, Air filter etc. took a long time many cars in front of me. The store text when it's ready.

The representative at the counter was very cordial, service was super quick. I went for an oil change, no appointment necessary.

Very unprofessional... Never staffed to do work. Turned me away at 12: 30 pm to simply mount two tires after driving 20 miles to get there. Said didn't have enough staff to do the job. Why do they even exist if all they do is damage Walmart's reputation?

The customer service people, Roy and Alex were very pleasant and professional. The auto technician, Chris, took very good care of my car and was very polite. I believe each person there seemed to genuinely take pride in their work. I also spoke to Bill and he was very pleasant as well and professional. I think you have some quality people working in the Auto/Tire Center and I am most grateful to have dealt with them! Please give them all a "Kudos" from me!!!Meg Holland

This is the second time I went here to get tires. And they snapped my lug nut off!! Both times they try to blame it on the previous person cross threading it. No one else has ever broken one off. Cost me $60 to go get it fixed. Last time I ever go here

The auto care center was not opened during scheduled business hours because of "technical issues". A company worth billions of dollars should have proper management and contingency plans in place for situations like this. The customer service representatives at Walmarts across the area appear to never answer the phone. The automated phone system has about a 2 min. long message before you can select certain options. It's interesting that Walmart is able to operate with a not so good customer service structure.Service: Auto A/C recharge

Let's be honest.... You get what you pay for. Prices are great. A lot cheaper than other shops for tires...at least mine. However, sometimes the wait just to get seen is horrendously long. Other times the wait to get the work done is long. I do wish they did appointments.... But, as long as they have great prices, they will have my business.

Had a good time buying experience here. Bill knew his products, have printouts with prices on all you're options. Had four tires mounted and balanced in an hour and a half at a great price. Lifetime balance and rotation. I would recommend this location.

I ve been here plenty of times over the last 5 years and so far the services I ve received have been pretty good.There are two mechanics there I trust very well, a man named Bill and the man with the big ol beard.I ve taken my old Avalon here for new tires and now my tC and service has been amazing every time.These guys really care about the work they do and if you strike a conversation with them, they have plenty of stories.There was one time I didn t listen to their suggestion of changing out my tires since they were almost bald. I decided to be cheap and hopefully wait it out until I had enough money and I spun out in the rain. Learned my lesson fast and had 4 brand new tires same day.If you come in extremely early then the wait time drastically comes down. During the holiday season and sometimes out of nowhere, they get heavily understaffed (not their fault, blame corporate). Otherwise very good people and I would recommend this place to anyone.And as a little bonus, the Douglas tires sold by Walmart are indeed made by Goodyear so they re very high quality for the price.

When I made an appointment for tire installation by phone, the staff told me $24.00 which was same with Newcastle Walmart auto center. However, they changed the price $38.00 + tax when I came on time for the appointment 3 days later.

Only one person at front desk taking all service in and going out to review the cars. Also no synthetic oil available. Takes more time to sign in your car than to get your oil changed. Other than that good and friendly service.

I brought a car battery in for testing as it would not start my vehicle. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes and witnessing how rude and unprofessional the woman at the counter was to other customers, a man finally offered to help me. He told me to leave the battery and they would test it and call me within the hour. After 4 hours I finally received a call that the battery was bad and they would replace it. I drove back to the store and again waited in line for over 30 minutes. Then the man told me that the battery would not be replaced under warranty and that I had to purchase a new one. This was a total waste of time and extremely aggravating. I have been buying batteries from Walmart for years and have never had a battery fail so quickly or been treated this poorly by employees.

I had a very pleasant experience at this place. Got my two front tires replaced. The personnel at the front desk was very helpful in understanding the different type of tires and what i would need.I tried pep boys and sears, both places didn't give me the confidence to let them service the car.

I only come here for my oil changes. Some of the people aren't the friendliest, but I always seem to deal with Bill who is amazing! He's so friendly and jolly despite some of the rudest customers who go in there.I mean the wait is long, but it's Walmart, what do people expect?

Purchased a car battery and staff member put into my car free of charge off normal mechanic hours. Very friendly and highly recommended!

Awesome assistance from a gentleman whom I did not even get his name but he located a charger for a trimmer that was already marked down but I was not going to purchase without the charger.... I'm going to contact the management and give him the highest of praises...folks just don't go the extra mile like that anymore at most stores it seems..,..that for employing top notch people like this man Walmart

All these b.s reviews when two people I know had thier lug nuts left loose one person twice. They thought having the lifetime balance was good except I don't think having your wheel fall off is a positive outcome.

Shops shut down and no one is even there to tell you anything. That was in North East . I then went to Elkton and this is the only Auto Care center I know that has no option to make an appointment.

Terrible customer service. Two potential customers have already walked out waiting for assistance. I feel like I m at a doctors office waiting for someone to get to me. This is the third and last bad experience I will have at this Elkton Walmart auto center.

If you only want something simple like a oil change it's not so simple they always give a up to a two-hour wait and you can't make an appointment so if you don't have a ride or another vehicle then you are in quite a predicament at Walmart I'm not too fond of this place at all

Came by to get my tired filled, unfortunately there were no one there. Keep in mind it's 430, when I waived an employee down they said it was closed. Hours posted are 7 am to 7pm

I've always received great service at Wal-Mart Auto Care. And such great prices, I can't buy the parts and do it myself for that price.
