Be aware before you go to this place. Sometimes stuff is just too good to be true. I got 2 used tires from here a couple weeks ago. The installation and everything went smoothly, but as it turns out, they gave me a tire with a hole in it. I know they gave me a tire with a hole in it bc it was leaking as soon as I drove out of the parking lot. And on top of that, the hole isn't able to be plugged. So I have to spend even more money to get an all new tire. This sucks.

I ve been doing a lot of driving lately, about 30,000 miles in 6 months, and my tires were showing signs of that. My son told me about this place and since he was with me, I asked if we could stop. I m glad we did. I got 2 tires for the front that look brand new and they re made by a good, reputable company. The service was friendly, although a slight language barrier, but nothing a little patience can t overcome. They even rotated the front wheels to the back for no additional charge. While we were there, they were churning the people out. It was actually impressive, how quickly they were able to get done each car. A great deal with great service!! Can t ask for much more than that.

Lost a tire due to a pothole. Tim's had me back on the road with a used tire in less time than it took for me to check my email. Friendly and fast service.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Yesterday my husband and I pulled up and I hoped out to ask what would the price be to change all 4 tires , mind you we NEVER had our own tires in the back. So the short Spanish man said it would ONLY be a $100 for me in a flirty way.(Mind you My husband never got out the truck.)So we left and came back today. Same thing I got out the truck and he says for us to pull up to the middle. We proceeded to do so. The short Spanish man come to the side of the truck to ask me a question and soon as I rolled my window down and he seen my husband his whole demeanor and attitude changed. Was extremely rude and indignant. Stating that he never said that the tires were going to $100 to change altogether. He began to yell and talk over top of me then walked anyway . Then sent another young man to tell us the same thing when he wasn t even there the day before. Neverrrrr going to this place today.

I brought my tires from WallyMart, good deal, took them to Tim's across the road. Balanced, mounted and a teaching moment. I kinda snuck a picture (sorry). But as long as I can drive, an hour drive is worth. Always 5 star. And got a business card!

Great place to get used tires. I've got my tires from here and haven't had a problem since. My old tires that came with the car kept needing air every week. I came here because they are reasonable with prices and are a good quality used tires.

The manager Caesar is a rude person with zero customer service skills. It's no wonder why the place had no customers mid day on a Friday. There are many better tire shops to go to.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I got a used tire from Tim s on a Wednesday evening and by Thursday morning that same tire was flat. I am not sure if this shop steals lugs nuts and bolts or what but they managed to replace my lug nuts with faulty and tiny lug nuts not suitable for my wheel size. Hence, when I went to have the tires changed the mechanic advised that they couldn t get the lugs nuts off without shattering the stud. Beware of Tims! I will no longer support their business. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I will admit, I was very skeptical of buying tires at Tim's Tire shop. It was my first experience with them, and I wasn't sure what to expect. It's a small shop, which often means poor service and over priced items. Not Tim's though! Most Auto places take advantage of women, thinking that they don't know anything about cars. I was prepared for this shop to be like the majority of the others and try to pull one over on me.I was very impressed with Tim's Used Tires! They didn't try to over-quote me, or try to sell me things I didn't need. They were fast, helpful, and gave me an incredibly reasonable price for the tires. It's not often you find an honest person in the Auto industry! And when you do, you stick with them! And I will be sticking with Tims.

I use my vehicle to deliver groceries, I got a large nail in my tire in North East and the psi was dropping quickly. I went to another tire store who complained about helping me, then refused to help me and told me I needed to buy 4 tires. I knew better. I called Tim's I knew it was late but I was frantic the lady there was amazing. She helped me find their location flagging me from their property off 40 because I was confused where they were located. Then she fixed my tire in like ten minutes barely charged me, it was much cheaper than I expected, then I was able to go back to working and driving all over Ryan 40 in the same night! Greatest people ever, regular southern hospitality!

Tires were dry rotted, sold me tires that he had to plug on site that leak flat the next day. Was told they only accept cash when the website says other wise. LOST trust In this dealer.

Just went to try to get 4 new tires from Tims after coming here for years and was very rudely told that they were closed at 4:30pm. I talked to them a few hours ago AND checked online to see that they were open until 7. Will not return. They have lost a loyal repeat customer.

Absolutely awful experience! We went there to go get a used tire, and the guy said we had to wait till everyone was finished lunch. We waited and then he tried to give us tires with a bunch of patches in it. We asked him if it was safe to get tires with all of those patches, and he said yes, but they aren t responsible if anything happens. We decide not to risk it, so the guy got an attitude and threw the tire. He then started yelling at us saying what did u expect? You won t find a used tire anywhere without multiple patches ? My family was loyal customers and never had a problem with this place, but after I told them what happened they will never be back! I highly don t recommend this place. I recommend going to Good Year right down the road. They gave me a great deal, and put my new tires on in less than twenty minutes.

This was my second time visiting Tim's Tires. I bought used tires both times (we'll get all new, someday). The tires are in great condition, and were priced well ($40 a piece, for 17" wheels). The men are quick, and professional.

Had four tires mounted on my truck, came in with 16 lug nuts and left with 15 on my truck. Crossed threaded one and would not do anything to make it right. So I want and picked a new one up. They could not get it on because they messed up my stud. Now it s going to cost me more money in the long run. Not going back. It s a shame because I have been using them for years.

Got two Goodyear with decent tread, mounted, balanced, out the door for $90. That s for TWO tires. Plus it only took 30 minutes. Good value and great service. Used tires are the way to go since a new tire for my car is currently $170 each.

awesome. we hit a curb and dented our front rim badly. i stopped in expecting to spend at least an hour and $100. the man said he could repair the rim and did so with about 10 hammer whacks. he swapped front to back, topped off the air pressure and i was on my way in 10 minutes and $10. the car runs perfect. i am a life long customer. great job.

Was in a pinch needing front tires before a snowstorm so had my husband take it here to get some tires. That was a friday so the car sat in my driveway all weekend. On Monday it was completely flat and when my husband took it back, they tried to charge him for a plug...the lady that was in there was really helpful when the guys were giving him a hard time and she got them to replace it. Well i may as well kept the old tire with no tread cuz that s what i got for $50 bucks and won t be going back!

I have a 19 inch tire which is a rare find in stock at any tire place let alone at a used tire shop. But they had it!!!! and it was a Sunday... and the lady & gentleman that worked in there were fast!!! I will come back any time even if I am not in a pinch... I drove there from New Castle, passed the pep boys & Walmart because I got a great deal.

Be careful using Tims tires. I have black wheels and they damaged every rim while putting new tires on. Had my truck at the dealer for an oil change and they couldn t even get the tires of as they tightened them so much. Went back to Tim s tire and he denied every changing my tires on truck.

I normally go to El's but they were packed and I needed service that day, so I went here to get a replacement tire put on my new rim and swap the front with the rear (the tire that needed the new rim). First, it was craziness getting the guy to understand what I even meant. Then they put the tire on the new rim backwards (inside facing out), and tried to charge to correct it the next day when I realized what had happened. Now, the tire they put on the rear went flat and when changing it, so far 2 lugs broke off with the stems. I'm afraid for anyone to even touch the others. They were over torqued and cross threaded. Look, I'm a girl and even I know it's best to put the lugs on manually to prevent that, then tighten the proper amount. I don't know how much this will cost (includig a tow, and I'm praying the other lugs come off without breaking) since I don't have the time or parts to do it myself but thanks a lot for the hassle. So..never, ever, never again.

independently owned and owner workes just like employees. Can get same day,walk-in Srvc, usually within a few mins.Always come here for tire replacement or patch, just pull up at Bay if poss and talk to someone in Garage and they come out and start. I didn't even get out of the car. Very quick, efficient and, best of all, prices are affordable and reasonable. We paid less than $40 for a newly used tire and $10 for a patch on a slow leak. I'm not positive but if ur broke or have an emergency or something immidiate and sincere, he may be able to work with u on the cost. They speak fluent Spanish and English.
