Unprofessional customer service. Upon answering the phone Paul asked what I was calling for then before I finished speaking he put me on hold without saying anything. While returning he had another rude statement prior to transferring me to the wrong line. After speaking to another gentleman I informed him of Paul s demeanor he stated that he knew how he spoke to customers. If the company is aware of the behavior of this employee they should take disciplinary action, not enable the behavior.

If I would of read the reviews I probably wouldn't of came but I did a walk-in and was meeted and greeted with great hospitality I would definitely come back and I came from NJ about almost 2hrs away

Rude. You will not finish anything you're saying without being cut off, you will be put in hold without them saying hold please or even anything, the part I was asking about they wanted more money than new oem ( not an assembly of any kind nothing included like a door would for example) . Terrible service, offensive pricing.

Very poor customer service.Called in to inquire about a part, immediately was put back on hold. The third time, call was disconnected by the rep. The dude hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence.I'm from New York, and people say, based on stereotype, that New Yorkers are rude, but the sales/customer rep's behavior was beyond rude.It's not the end of the world, there's dozens junk yards from where I can find the part, maybe even at a better price

I spoke with Paul about the parts for the Audi A4 B7 on October 14. I needed a silver passenger fender, hood, and bumper that were in stock at the time of our conversation.We agreed on the price. Paul assured me that I can pick up the parts on October 15 (I live in Baltimore and we spoke in the evening on October 14, so I couldn't pick up the parts at the same day for obvious reasons). He even wrote down name and phone number. I confirmed that I will arrive at noon on October 15 to pick up the parts.As promised, I arrived to the autoparts store at 1.30 pm on October 15. I was told that the parts that have been booked for me were sold to another customer earlier that morning.I spent 4 hours driving to the store, $70 for gas and tolls, and it's all for nothing, only because Paul can't keep his promises.I wouldn't recommend this auto parts store to anybody.Thank you, Paul! Good business!

Don't business here they don't honor there parts and will sell you a bad part knowing it's bad. Overpriced since under new ownership. Don't trust them or buy from this company there going to just rip you off.

Purchased a part. Brought part back. After I drove almost 2 hours they told me that they could give me a "store credit" (minus the 25% restock fee). I think they should have told me on the phone that they would only issue a "store credit" before I drove 2 hours. Their "Refund Policy" on the back of the receipt does not say anything about "store credit!" They are a shady operation. Plus, they actually charged me 28% on the restock fee. Either they ripped me off or they can't count. It is hard to tell.

Very professional and polite. Didn't have what I needed but directed me to another place who had the part needed and was delivered next day at reasonable price!! Highly recommend doing business with them.

I m telling everyone to stay away from this place! Criminal thievery , sent a friend to see Paul about a terrain transmission said he had one with 75000 miles on it turns out when it got to my shop it looked like it was worse than the one coming out turns out we did a car fax an it has 162,664 thousand miles my friend tried to return it cause it s a lot of work to replace they said no an Paul claims it s a replacement transmission well guess what Paul it s got the same vin number as on the paperwork so I ll Never deal or recommend you ever again ! I trusted you . 750.00 dollars wasted .

Called them for a part, the guy working there answered by saying "PARTS", he then transferred me to another guy that answered by saying "PARTS," then i was hung up on mid-sentence after i told him what my vehicle was. This appears to be similar to many other reviews. Oh well, many other places to get parts from.

Called looking for very common part. Man didn t even let me finish explaining and cut me off, said don t have it and hung up. Would have been the first time I dealt with them but I will never consider them again. Extremely rude!

I own Pa. Dent Repair, LLC and have opened a department to swap factory used auto parts for customers. Paul received my call and was polite and simple to work with. I ordered a door that was delivered to my shop 62 miles away. The door's condition passed our inspection according to the damage codes listed before purchase. Over all positive experience and we have since created an account to continue doing business with them. Thanks and keep up the good work.I believe negative reviews can be very harmful at a glance when scanning the internet for a quality business. I have read through some of the most recent ones and it seem some people are confused and directing their frustrations at this company. I do not believe it is paradise auto's responsibility to solve your problems. If the package is late, then it's late. It happens all the time with USPS. I don't feel Paul or this company deserves to have 1 star reviews because of a few misguided people. Seems more like a temper tantrum then a business transaction.God bless and I wish you all well, wonder experience this time. have a great spring 2019!

Horrible all around. I ordered a part they had in stock on the 29th of June. They told me they'd call me when it was ready, which would be Friday, the next day. Well, I never got a call, so I called Saturday and was told they were still working on it. Okay, fine, I called Monday and they told me they broke the part taking it out on Friday! They have me the run around saying they were looking for a replacement part. I asked for a refund and they said that they'd have to contact their accounting office and would call me back. They never did, these people are notorious for not calling people back. I did get my money back after one heated phone call.

There needs to be a way to give these jerks a negative star review. I called and ordered a car door. Was told that they would deliver it the next day or 2. After phone calls every day, and the daily excuse / bs story that it would be delivered that day / following day, etc, the door was delivered 17 days later. And, it was black, not red as specified and called out on the purchase ticket. Staff on the phone are rude, and just straight out lie to you. I really wish I had read these reviews before calling them. Stay as far away as you can.

They held the part for me that I need it badly until I got it together. Super friendly and knowledgeable, Paul and his rolling Prarie of cars definitely saved my skin!

They put up a price. And then try to charge you about double when you try to place the order.I searched online for Chevy Monte Carlo sunroof assembly. They have it listed online for $79.7.I call to order it with the motor, which is listed for $45, and he tells me the price for the sunroof without the motor is $150. Plus whatever they ll charge for the motor.And when I say it s listed online for $79.7. He says it s glass only when it clearly says assembly.And I have a picture attached where it says assembly. And nowhere specifying the price is for glass only.

They messed up when they relocated and then took away the U-pull-it yard. There are customers out here that know more about vehicles and interchangeable parts than the wannabe parts guys behind the counter. There are other yards that will gladly accept money for parts.

The rudest freaking people ever. No manners at all. Not on the phone and not in person. I haven t met anyone in Maryland that does, i guess thats just what it is.

Terrible with their delivery. Always telling you its going to be delivered even after calling several times on the delivery day. Its not just once its all the time. This place will be loosing my business all together. As a business owner, I don't see how they stay in business. We cant guarantee our customers a time frame dealing with a company like this. Also they are rude on the phone.

As a body shop parts manager, this is hands down one of the worst used parts yards I've had the displeasure of dealing with (I deal with dozens weekly). The counter personnel is rude on the phone, their drivers are even ruder. This place needs to be shut down and put out of business. Good reddens

After many issues with them in the past, I decided to try them again. Waited two days for a "same day delivery" and they forgot to put the part on the truck. They lack any organization and it affects me and my customers.

Echo another review that the guy on the phone has an attitude that he is going way out of his way to check if they have something. He didn't listen to a specific request asking about a color. Their prices don't make car part websites.I've done fleet management for over 10 year & this by far the worst place I have to called & you aren't even getting a good price for their horrible service

Dont really go there much but when I did I didnt like it. Reason being I originally called to get a price on something and they happened to have it and gave me a price over the phone which happened to be the cheapest so I went for it but when I went there they gave me a different/higher price and actually had to send me someplace else. On top of that they werent very professional or welcoming. I won't go back there again.

They have the absolute worst customer service. I have been trying for two months to receive a refund for a part that was returned and they either hang up on me or tell me the check is in the mail. The "owner" is never in when asking to speak to them and they will give them a message to call me back which doesnt happen. Do yourself a favor and do not to business with them.

Ordered a part COD and paid when it arrived. Returned Sept and still waiting for a refund as of Dec 13th. Left multiple voice mails, spoke with sales and got bounced around. Spoke with A/P, mailed copy of credit invoice and nothing. Save yourself time and aggravation.

I purchased some parts for my car and they gave me the wrong year parts and I tried to return them they wouldn t let me so I was out 750 dollars just like that this place is the biggest scam and over charged prices ever if you want quality parts for good prices and employees who will take care of you call redmans junkyard cuz paradise will steal your money and make it your fault
