I bought a used 2016 GMC Terrain from Hertrich Ford on the 29th of February. I was very pleased with the dealership and with the attention I received . I was very impressed with the salesman Han Wang without him I don t think we could have closed the deal,he went above and beyond the call of duty. Good Job to Mr. Wang Thanks Han.

Noel Moret made my dreams come true! I wasn t in a rush to buy a new vehicle until I stumbled upon this beautiful Jeep Cherokee. Him & the Hertrich team worked super hard to get me the best deal. I use car gurus to find the best deal in the area.Saturday morning I met with the salesman Enoel and he had the truck ready sitting next to the show room for me to take a look at. We took the short test ride and came back and talk to numbers.They were a little low on my truck. But we coptimized and I purchased the vehicle. The purchase was smooth. I wish I had been smart and brought my title and checkbook. I wasn't planning on buying the first thing I saw. Enoel was understanding and made this purchase easy. When we were getting ready to leave the salesmen came out and helped me add an app to my phone which was very helpful. I would go back when ready to trade and purchase again.

My wife and I just purchased a Mustang from Hertrich Ford of Elkton. The veteran of many car purchases over the years I do have to say that this process, once a car was found, was quick, professional, and seamless. Unlike lots of other dealerships there were no pressure tactics to purchase something that wasn t perfect and Han, our salesperson, was genuinely interested in ensuring that we found the right car no matter how much time it took. Han was accessible and a great communicator; traits that are key with any salesperson. Lastly, there were no hidden or surprise costs added to the sale at the finish line which for me is a major bonus. Highly recommend.

We stopped at Hertrich Ford to look at buying a new vehicle for our family and worked with Dennis, & he was great! He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about all of the different cars we looked at. I never felt any pressure and he helped us pick out the best car for our needs. The entire management staff introduced themselves and explained every step in the process. Frank, Chuck, and Mike made the entire process seamless and transparent. 10/10 would recommend and we will for sure be coming back to buy cars in the future.

NOEL IS THE GUY TO SEE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A SMOOTH PROCESS. I was able to be in and out with a new bronco sport in 3 hours. The price was great and I can't be more then pleased with the overall cleanliness of the showroom and the other Ford staff! Thanks again for helping me get my dream car Noel!

I had been looking for a vehicle about six months and knew exactly what I wanted. I was on websites for dealers when I stumbled across Hertrich Ford if Elkton. I was so excited because they had exactly the vehicle I wanted. I filled out the personal info and asked for details regarding the car. Adrienne reached out to me. This was a Tuesday, I drove home in my dream vehicle Wednesday. Adrienne s personality and her knowledge of my vehicle was spot on. She helped make the process so easy and worry free. She and I will have a love of Jeep relationship for a long time. Everyone I met there treated me like an old friend. Definitely would recommend this dealership to all. Noel was my Salesman, he was more than just that. He took his time with my wife and I explaining all the fine print. I was having trouble getting insurance due to my past, he sensed my frustrations and little did I know, found a place for me. He was very patient throughout the process and helped me understand all the details about the purchase. All that being said I will definitely be sending my family and friends his way for sure.

I took my truck in for an oil change and to have them look at my trailer connection because my truck won't recognize that my trailer is connected. They had my truck for about 10 hours after telling me it would take 2-3 hours then told me the trailer connection was fine. I hooked my trailer up again and it still didn't work. My friend and I then diagnosed it in about 10 minutes that there was a blown fuse in the truck. We replaced it and it's fixed now. Not sure what they did with my truck for 10 hours but they definitely didn't diagnose my towing issue. I'm glad it was under warranty or apparently I would have paid a $199 diagnostic fee for them to not fix it.

This is by far the best Ford Dealership I've visited. Rick and Franklin are exceptional when it comes to customer service. They will get you answers to all your questions. Unlike other Ford Dealerships in an hour radius. I highly recommend you to visit and talk to these gentleman before purchasing a vehicle. I'm a very happy customer!

Purchased a Ford Maverick XLT, Hybrid on 2/28/24 from Hertrich Ford, Elkton, Md....My sales person was Hon Wang....He did a fantastic job....He was upfront on everything, answered all my questions and worked very hard to assure I got a fair deal.....everyone at the dealership worked with me and we're very customer orientated. Would highly recommend Hon Wang as a Sales person and Hertrich Ford in Elkton as a Ford dealer.

Went for service like always-usually ok service for my F150. This time however they could not do a tire rotation due to my LUG NUTS being swollen-they stripped one of the nuts and refused to replace it-stating "it would have stripped anyway" Got quoted over $250 to replace all lug nuts. Went to a different dealership who completed work for $55 due to the horrible experience at Hertrich- Advice is stay away from the thief's down there...

Dennis was a cool salesman. Sales manager was terrible. Preached how valuable that the truck we purchased passed MD state inspection, just to find the strut broken on the pass side. Of course it passed inspection when the dealer is the inspector. Felt very disrespected for a all cash deal . But whatever wife has a truck she enjoys after fixing hertrichs poor presale inspection.

My wife and I bought a vehicle from Fred Frederich in Seaford DE and it was one of the very best and easiest purchases we ever made. And amazingly, we never set foot in the dealership. From start to finish we were able to complete the entire purchase process in the comfort of our home. Most important, it was all overseen by our very capable, professional, courteous and friendly sales consultant Mr. Mike Miller who answered all of our questions and led us through the steps from start to finish. Everything went very well...great service and car and we were pleased throughout. Thank you Fred Frederich and Mr. Miller!

I have had my "24 Ford Escape for one week now and am so glad I went to Hertrich Ford of Elkton for the purchase. There were absolutely no pressure tactics and everyone was very welcoming. My salesman, Han Wang, was the best of all. He went over every detail of the car to make sure I knew how to work everything. I went home and reviewed the owner's manual and found that he had covered everything! He even checked on me days later to see if any questions had come up! Thanks for a great experience!!

Hertrich Ford took excellent care of me. Having previously bought vehicles from a dealership my Dad was managing, I was accustomed to a very high standard of customer care and Hertrich did not disappoint. Dave Jolley, Ed Dunn, and Frank Lockhart all went above and to get me into a great truck and I would absolutely shop here again.

Brought my vehicle in for service (air bag light due to bad RCM module). Original quote stated there was an internal short in the RCM. This module is discontinued, so a used part was required.I replaced the module (took us 30 minutes). I brought the vehicle back to the service department with them knowing I replaced the part. I informed the technician that even if the part I wanted reprogrammed didn t fix the issue I wanted to proceed with the original quote. Next day they called saying it took some work, but they got it fixed. I picked up the vehicle only to find that the airbag light was still on. Their answer was that it was working properly when they parked it and it must have been the part I installed. No refund. No offer to honor the original quote without me paying the full price because they would have to do a full diagnosis again. Very disappointing experience.
