Great customer service when you first walk in the door but that is where it stops. If you are going to have work done make sure you wait. I scheduled an appointment to have a diagnostic ran on the brake light and air bag light on the dashboard. My appointment was 9am on Friday. I called them at 3:30pm to find out nothing had been done. I received a call on Saturday at 4:30pm to tell me they ran the diagnostic. The cost would be $1,900. The jeep wasn't ready until 2pm on Tuesday. If I hadn't been going out of town Saturday morning, I would have picked up my jeep and taken it to Porter Ford in Newark, DE. who never leaves me stranded. My mistake going somewhere else because they were closer.

I bought a 2016 Jeep renegadeShortly after purchase my car started hesitating almost coming to a complete stop before it would start accelerating againThere were all sorts of warnings coming on. Left turn signal, right turn signal and traction control failure. This sort of thing continued to happen and about a year ago the car hesitated again and I got hit by the car behind me. We complained about these issues and took it to service to no avail.Finally on Dec 2 2019 my transmission light came on and left me strandedThe car would not start back up. My car was towed to the shop and I have been getting a run around every sinceOne of the employees even told me that the car was taken on a test run. That was impossible it wont move. I went up there and the car was in the same stop. The service manager said that the car had not had anything done to it yet. They had to wait on permission to check the transmission(and they only had 1 tech and ge was backed up) and they could not give me a rent a car until they had pulled the transmission to see if the problem is covered under the powertrain warranty. Its been a month no results. No car no rent a car. What would have happened if the accident was fatal due to their transmission. They always had an excuse. I was going to buy a journey from them this year but that will never happen and I will never reccomend them to anyone. Their sales people are excellent but their service sucks. What happened to customer service? What happened to calling the customer to update them. We even asked if they could send it to another dealership and have it doneResponse "they only have 1 tech and they are backed up to. I am so disappointed in that dealership.

The service manager Gregg the service advisor Fran and the cashier were all courteous and profession. Listened to what I had yo say and took care of the problem. The technicians did a fantastic job. Thank you.

3 visits to misdiagnosed issue, and still did not fix the problem.
