Me and my husband went were looking around at different car places and the people at fortune motors were by far the best place we looked into. They had my husband approved right away. They worked with us and helped us every step of the process. Naeem was amazing throughout every step. He also stayed after closing two days in a row just to help us. If you are looking for a place to get a car they are definitely the people to go too.

Great customer service for a good price. I have been to this shop multiple times now. My car work was done on time. Naeem found engine I needed and changed it in a week for me for a great price. Always reliable and satisfactory. Thank you fortune motors. Keep it up thanks

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I felt like they genuinely cared about finding the right car for me, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase.Once I found the perfect car, the finance team worked hard to get me a great deal on financing. They were transparent about the terms and made sure I understood everything before signing any paperwork.Overall, The customer service, selection, and overall experience were exceptional. I will definitely be returning to this dealership for any future car needs.

i went in with only 2k & absolutely no credit & no experience whatsoever. the two employees helped me get a brand new 2020 toyota. very thankful for them, they even stayed a bit later to help me get everything figured out & put together. would definitely recommend for anyone new to buying cars or anyone with low/bad credit , they made every step of the process very easy & affordable prices

First off I want to say sorry for my post before to Fortune Motors LLC company and employees because this company is really awesome I had a misunderstanding. I call them today and they work with me even though I misunderstood them and I am so grateful and I am going to tell all my friends and clients to come here because they are still willing to help me.

Went to look at a minivan at Fortune Motors, first stop of the day since it was close by. By far the nicest vehicle we looked at all day, and my mechanic had high praise for the vehicle condition as well as the other vehicles on their lot. Cherri was extremely helpful and accommodating during the buying process. Would strongly recommend Fortune Motors when you are looking for your next vehicle.

Amazing car buying experience! This was my first time buying and financing my own car and Fortune Motors made sure I was able to get everything in order to get the car I fell in love with after the first test drive. With Zeb's assistance, I was able to get my first Honda Accord, I was in love with it at first sight. I'm happy so I was able to get it!

This was a three week ordeal and it was the best car buying experience. I contacted fortune motors online because I was interested in a vehicle. Cherri contacted me via phone almost immediately. We reviewed my finance application and scheduled a test drive. There were some issues with one of the vehicles that I didn t like so I chose to move on to another vehicle. That vehicle sold the next day. I finally found a vehicle I was wanted, and put the down payment on it. It had a cracked windshield, the AC wasn t charged and the lift gate was stuck shut and needed a part. Everything was already scheduled to be fixed &/or replaced at no additional cost to me. Cherri was polite and friendly and the actual buying process was seamless. There is no back & forth & let me talk to my manager the price you see is the price you pay! Plus, if you refer a friend and they buy a vehicle there you get $200!!! I d definitely purchase another vehicle here!!!

Best car experience ever!!! I cannot say enough about their integrity and how honorable these folks are. If you aren't happy, they aren't either. You won't find a more caring and friendly dealer. Fantastic customer service! I came in looking for a car a month ago and fell in love with the 2014 RAV4 they had on their lot. Being a 9 year old car I found a few mechanical issues but they were really great in fixing the issues I had in a timely manner. Cherri is a wonderful car saleswoman and very helpful to her customers. She takes her time to make sure her customers not only find the vehicle(s) they love and want to drive but also makes sure that her customers get a payment of what they re looking for. I will gladly come here again and recommend this dealership to everyone i know!

100% Great purchase experience. The sales were very professional, courtesy and helpful and catered to our specific needs.The car was clean and in excellent condition and all concerns and questions were addressed immediately.Not only were they able to get the car we selected to fit our planned budget but once we chose the vehicle the process was entire process was quick and painless.A+ service all around.

Naeem is a good guy the only car deal ship that fought for me to get a car due to my bad credit and he got in to something pretty decent to really good dude I really appreciate them for helping me out when everyone turned me away I really appreciate it I highly recommend them they will work with you trust me

Overall a great experience. The sales team was extremely courteous and professional. And most importantly, honest. I test drove and looked and multiple cars on the lot. Everyone of them were in very good condition. If you are looking for a used car in the Elkton area I recommend stopping.

Fortune Motors has awesome car sales!! I absolutely love there sales team. Best car sales in MD. I could find!!!! I went to 10-15 dealerships looking for a vehicle. (Ugh)! Super frustrating. When I went to Fortune Motors LLC. I was so impressed/ grateful... Blessed by there staff being patient with me while I decided. Other dealerships wanted to rush sales. Fortune Motors LL. has Extremely reliable car deals. Extended warranty offer with car purchase. Blessed to having a vehicle again after months of selling my previous car. Super grateful, thankful...

I had the "Fortunate" experience of purchasing my car from Fortune Motors in Elkton. From the moment I began shopping for my next car a few weeks ago until today, I had nothing but smiles time and again! Let me explain...I knew the car I wanted, so I first shopped online and found Fortune Motors via Autotrader. But after shopping for price and mileage comparisons, I kept coming back to Fortune Motors' listing. Their prices were reasonable. They included a 6 month/ 6000-mile warranty. They had nice photos. They even enabled free CarFax on the listing which gave me more confidence in the car I was becoming more excited about :)Eventually I called them to see if the car I wanted was still available... it was! I soon went to them to test drive it. I met one of the owners, Naeem, late in the day, yet there was no rush, no sense of hurry up. Very nice person! And wow, the car was clean. Engine looked clean. However, on the test drive I noticed some minor issues.The car ran great. No issues there, but the floor mats were missing. The emergency brake pedal cover was worn and torn. There was no spare tire tightening plate (the one that holds the tire secure in the trunk). The driver side vanity mirror cover was missing. I filed these away in my mind. After the test drive, I told Naeem thank you, and that I needed a day to think about it (personal policy to tame my impulse).A day later, I called to discuss financing options with the other owner, Zeb. He ran the numbers for me and gave me their terms. When I said I wanted to get my own financing, he said I probably could get better, and he wished me well. This made me smile too, as I thought they seemed to be genuine, not selfish kind of people. First Naeem, then Zeb, both really kind and patient.After getting better financing pre-approved, I made the call to make an offer for the car. I expressed I really liked the car, but I wanted to know if they could lower the price and fix the issues that I found during my test drive. After some negotiation, Zeb gave me no reason to shop anywhere else :) Smiles again!So, later, as I was signing paperwork, Zeb mentioned that another person came (before I did) that really like the same car I wanted. But he told the person that the car was spoken for. You know, Zeb had no obligation to sell to me! He could have sold it for more $$... and maybe that person would be less picky. But he held it for me. Smiles :)After all the paperwork, cash down payment, and handshakes, I went home while Fortune Motors awaited funding to clear. In the meantime, they ordered the various parts I pointed out, they also sent the car to be detailed. Yay! I called a couple days later to check on things, they said everything was ready except for a couple of the parts on order. I said I'll come get the car and bring it back when the parts come in. When I arrived, my car looked shiny and almost brand new! Yep, you guessed it... Smiles! And then they had me smile for their "huge bow on the hood" photo, lol.A few days later the parts arrived, but I came late, when their mechanic was off of work. So, the visor had to wait, but they gave me the floor mats. I was thinking maybe they would get cheaper cloth ones, but they got me customizable, thick rubber kind of floormats! How cool! And just today, I went back to get the driver side sun visor replaced. After waiting about a half hour, they said the car was ready, but they replaced BOTH visors because there was a color mismatch with the single one. Goodness gracious :) Smiles and more!So, Zeb and Naeem, you both are rock stars! You surprised even me! Your kindness and patience, along with your customer service is a blessing! There are many independent car dealers along Pulaski Highway, but you are the best! I hope you grow bigger and bigger! I'll be sure to have my kids consider buying from Fortune Motors! THANK YOU for the SMILES!

The team at Fortune Motors went above and beyond for me and my family. We went out searching for our daughters first car for weeks, after finally making it to Fortune s lot we saw a few options and finally chose a Toyota Corolla. It was the perfect car for our teen, and Zeb worked tirelessly to make sure that we received a fair deal and financing that fit our needs. We are forever grateful and highly recommend working with Fortune Motors!

I had 2 do my car inspection I'm not used 2 them. I'm originally from the Midwest & we don't do that there. Fortune Motors did a good job & broke the not great news 2 me so nicely! If u need a new used car or your car needs work, Fortune Motors is the place to go! REASONABLE PRICES TOO along with the friendly group of people!

I purchased my truck under the impression that if i paid every two weeks the payments would be less. The finance company told me after the deal was dont that they dont do that. Also a month after the truck began to leak gear oil out of the rear differential. This is due to the high amount of rust under the vehicle. I was told that this vehicle should not have passed a safety check and that it needs a new axle housing. Never again.
