12/28/23 Been looking for a replacement odd duck air tank with air dryer attached for my Cascadia since mine had a rotted hole. Found this company had one from a used part website. Called up and spoke to Neil and they had it as advertised at a fair price. Asked him if he could hold it as it was 4pm and I live 4.5hrs away. Could have shipped it but with the shipping cost and needing it before the weekend it was easier for me to pick it up. He held it for 24hrs for me and it was as good if not better than expected. After inspecting it, he had his guys load it up for me. Neil was a real knowledgeable and personable guy. Definitely going to be calling him first for my parts needs and already passed along his contact info to my other owner op friends. There's room on the side of the road to pull off if your passing through to pick up if you're in a rig.

Bought a complete DPF exhaust system from CRG HEAVY TRUCK PARTS for $3149.99 plus $700.00 shipping and a 350.00 core. This unit was supposed to be ready to install and use. When the exhaust system showed up, our shop discovered that it was in fact not ready to install. The truck it came from had something dropped on it causing the ends to be cracked. When I called Katy my sales lady, she said they didn't have another one in stock to trade for it. She advised me to fix it and turn in a claim to the warranty department. We got it over to the weld shop and got it repaired. Picked it up and got it reassembled and installed. Went to regen and two sensors were bad. ordered new sensors and was able to get it to regen and working. Their warranty department denied the weld repairs and decided to only warranty the sensors. I responded to them with an email and still have not gotten a response. If you are planning to buy from CRG get recent pics from them before you send them any money. As a business owner I understand things happen, but if you say you warranty parts and don't, that makes you a crook in my book.

Exceptionally great place for used parts, I got a very super great deal for a freightliner columbia COMPLETE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE FAIRINGS that no other place could match. Don't hesitate to buy from them, always ahead of the rest in prices too

Bought a complete DPR exhaust system and had few issues with it from the beginning and called my salesperson NEIL and he promptly got me in contact with the warranty department and within 24hrs JAY contacted me with a solution to correct the issue!!! Great company to do business with and very PROFESSIONAL!!

Been dealing with this company for going on 6 months for a Isuzu engine. Sent us the first motor fast, that motor turned out to be bad so they sent us the second engine quick and efficent. That one ended up being bad also. Now been waiting 4 months for them to do something. Told us they were sending us a our money back so we can go somewhere else and still have not seen a check and they just keep giving us the run around. Neal has been trying to help me but his higher ups keep jerking us around. Beware of this company!!!

I have a 2013 International 4300 Durastar that I purchased in California about 1 month ago. While awaiting transport someone stole the DPF and DOC and effectively shut down the truck.Neil with CRG worked his asserous off and located a good used exhaust system and had it shipped directly to my Exhaust specialist in California. Hats off to a great team for getting me back on the road.

I purchased a used Cat C7 for an 06 freightliner and the entire process went perfectly! The staff was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and the motor runs great. Awesome first experience with CRG.

I went to buy a engine wich they said has 100k miles on it. When I runed the CARFAX had 800kDo not trust themAlso I had a $1000 deposit on the engine wich wasn t easy to get it back. Stay awayAfter my review, the owner wrote there is no milles on the CARFAX, just run it and you ll see , if you got no money I ll send you the copy of it.As far of threthening, there is no need , I know my rights, I opened a claim at my bank anyway.Do not sell fake miles to customers
