I have taken my company vehicle here several times. They are always very polite and do their best to explain whatever the problem is with your vehicle. As far as prices, they are no higher than any other mechanic. And they do a wonderful job on your vehicle. I highly recommend this shop.I am glad that you were able to see the review so quickly, and you are quite welcome for the review. I just call it like I see it, and Brown's deserves praise for the great work and customer service excellence that you guy's (and ladies) display down there. Other shop's need to take a page out of your book. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Taylor and his techs are top notch and they're work is fantastic. They have outstanding customer service and quality work with a fast turnaround. I highly recommend this shop to everyone with any automotive needs. A+++++

Long review, but so worth it. When I tell you this place saved my soul, I m not lying. I purchased a mini diesel school bus and tried to find anyone in the area to work on it and this place was the only one willing to. I left it there for a week and they fixed numerous things for me. I also was limited to only a week and they got it all done in that time and also Maryland inspected it! I attempted to take it to Florida and it broke down on the way. Had to try to use another mechanic and the owner here went over and beyond to walk me through talking to this other mechanic shop. It was back and forth communication for 2 days and he bent over backwards to help me from far away. The other shop scammed me and didn t fix it. I brought it all the way back to this shop to get fixed properly and they did! I then drove it all the way to Florida without problems! When I tell you I will never use another mechanic shop, I m serious! I d give them 10 stars if I could! I thank you guys beyond belief for being there to save me and help me through a horrible experience elsewhere. Been in for manufacture warranty on parts installed. No issues. Fluids changed under warranty. No issues. Found oil leak prior shops neglected. As well as replaced seal on oil cooler. Another shop replaced cooler but didn't feel the need to replace or mention seals opposite end of lines. Shop gets my business anytime they have the availability or I'm able to wait if not. Always happy upon pickup. Friendly, educated staff. Quick estimates/turnaround. Thanks guys!

I was told from another automotive service that I needed a new engine and I was given an estimate of $12-$13,000. Browns looked at my truck, and found out what was really wrong with my truck. My bill was cut in half and my truck runs beautiful. Down to earth people,very honest, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. I had my vehicle brought in at a "busy time" because when I called over a very nice lady answered the phone and would help me the rest of the time there. I really did appreciate her willingness to help and do whatever to fix the car...but the mechanics seemed so preoccupied with fleet vehicles and mva inspections/blow and go that I had my car there for teo weeks and it sat in the same spot gettingblesves and branches all over it. End result: the part came in, she said not until 5 days from today can they install it, so I took my car and bill of 160 and installed the part myself which is what I should have just done from the beginning. Great staff! Just wish they would tell you that they are really busy!

After 4 months of problems she tried to leave her self an out on something that should have been fixed rt 3months ago she kept trying to over talk me and make me feel like my rt to equipment that should work properly wasn't valid I work in the industry I new what she was doing when I confronted her she got evasive and then denied to work on the car after missing work severel times and the car now having to be towed take at ur Owen risk

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they show you what the problem is and prices are fair, this is the first time I've ever taken a vehicle to a repair shop and not felt like I was being ripped off. Mr. Brown and his entire staff made me feel welcome and took away the anxiety you usually feel when you have to take a broken vehicle to a repair shop.

I would give 5 but my van still feels every bump and crevice I drive over. I brought my van in to have the struts replaced and the heat fixed. They fixed the heat which took longer than expected, a non issue. They said my struts are fine but replaced the sway bars. That helped fix ther clunking noise but I still feel in the steering wheel and pedals every vibration. It isn't a smooth ride and I was really hoping they would have addressed that issue. Maybe I wasn't clear enough. Im selling the van and at this point I don't want to invest any more time and money. Friendly service and everyone is amazing. Just be very specific about what you want fixed. I would recommend them, I just wish my van was a smooth ride. Maybe they test drive on bumpy roads. Lol they are affordable and friendly. They really did a good job in the heating issue and maybe saved me money on struts.

I never take the time to do this so i must really be mad. Had an inspection done here and was robbed by one of the workers for my inspection fee money. Was told i pasted inspection and would be notified when everything was sent over to the Mva but that never happen and even tho i have text proff between myself and the worker who robbed me, the owner of the business did not offer very much help at all. May Karma do her job.

Went to browns with my 2000 Tahoe , fuel was leaking from the lines . They did a amazing job . They replaced the fuel lines and put a new o ring around the fuel pump within two days I had to back . Very recommended. Professional .Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Update, they install the Drager interlock device if your SMART you WILL NOT use this device or the shop installing it. Simply put I had nothing but failures literally the first weekend I had it put in I put it in on a Wednesday and by Saturday I was getting a violation notice and I got a notice every month there after for four months. Anyone who knows how the system works knows that that extends your time to be on it one month consequently you re spending more money. Now who benefited the most from that when I address the issue with MVA and Drager it was dismissed saying their equipment was fine I literally had to prove that their equipment was at fault so I wouldn t be violated and have my license suspended. They were absolutely no help whatsoever showing me their only concern was money in their pocket now mind you they didn t violate me three times in the same month which would ve cost me my license they limit it to two times. Kind of a coincidence when it only happens twice a month not three times now I m sure talking to them the shop and Drager their story is going to be much different nevertheless I haven t drank a drop of alcohol since 2008 so I know it wasn t me. It s all about the money.
