Bumble Auto is absolutely a great dealership to work with! We searched for a long while to fine my wife the car she wanted. Once we found it on the Bumble Auto lot, Edwin reached out quickly. We were able to arrange a test drive of the car. It looked great and ran even better! The day we picked it up, the paperwork drill was quick and painless and VERY professional! They were able to title our car in Virginia without any extra worry!I would absolutely recommend Bumble Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle! They have a great selection, fast professional service and take great pride in their dealership! Thanks guys!

Incredibly helpful. I definitely recommend. It was my first time buying, and they turned what I thought would be a painstaking process into an easy one. They were willing to work with me on a trade-in, and Matched what I was going to get from a third-party buyer. I had a great experience!

This is a great dealership. Edwin was awesome all the way through the process on buying the Audi S4 they had just got in. This was a dream car purchase for me and he was very informative, upfront, and great with communication all the way through. Everything was very smooth and easy and I am very happy with my purchase. Definitely would check them out again in the future for any other car needs.

This was my first experienced at Bumble auto. Edwin was a great help and became a friend of mine today. Max is a great guy we had lots of fun and told lots of stories. Professional people work there. Lots of experience. You won t go wrong dealing with these guys. If you re looking for something special check them out. I drove there from Pittsburgh to get my car. A Volvo S80 V8. Very hard to find period, let alone in fantastic condition. After talking with them on the phone I felt confident they were good people. Thanks guys.

Finding a sport package Mercedes GLE 450 is not an easy request to fulfill, but Bumble Auto did a great job for us. However, the most impressive part of our experience was their ability to negotiate with a network of lenders to secure the best loan for us. They have a very capable financial manager, Michael, who is knowledgeable about everything. In my opinion, lenders' financial managers are well aware of this because when Michael speaks to them, it's evident he is informed and genuinely wants to help as many customers as he can. I love this dealership and recommend it to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and understand what a customer-centric environment truly is.

Excellent service. This Dealership is top notch. Great staff they were above and beyond with the whole process and they also have a service center which makes it easy because they can also service the vehicle. Loved my new Rang Rover ! Was a great experience here at bumble auto with Edwin and pez! Got a great deal very honest people, they even went through the future service that my Range Rover might need in future. Obviously it was my first rang rover and their information was very helpful. They even have a service center and If you buy a car from them they offer free oil change ! Oh Almost forgot that they have a great financing Rate as well !Thank you bumble auto

My first time ever financing a car was a breeze because of Edwin at Bumble Auto! He was super attentive, answered all my questions ( even the silly ones), was very hospitable and honest. I wasn t in the lot all day long, purchased my Honda CRV & went about my day. I LOVED THAT After shopping around and being rejected by several dealerships, something told me to me to try a smaller dealer and thank goodness I did. Low down payment, multiple bank offers to choose from. Even with not so great credit. I recommend Bumble Auto to anyone who will listen !

Bumble Auto was awesome! Edwin was amazing. He had the car ready for me even though I arrived early for my appointment. It looked just as it was described online. Max was very honest while running numbers and I ended up making a purchase without feeling pressure of any kind. Would 10/10 recommend.Now if they sold me a lemon I ll update but I ve never been more comfortable making such a large purchase.

We recently purchased a used Scion from the Elkridge dealership. Edwin was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He was very attentive, personable, responded promptly to all questions and concerns, and followed up on all promises. Highly recommend and would definitely purchase from again.The repair shop in Ellicott City is also to be commended. John and Chris were both easy to work with and provided immediate service and attention for a needed repair.

The services I got from them was the best I have ever seen. They treats you like family and Mercedes-Benz dealership charged me $790 for Service B and Bumble auto did it for $400. Also, Mr. John is a very nice and friendly guy. Just take your car there and experience the warm treatment and the low cost they charge for services that another dealership will charge you arm and leg for. I recommend you go there for used car purchases and any kind of mechanical or electrical repairs.

Found the Prius I was looking for that noone else had within 100 miles. Edwin was quick to respond and it didn't feel like an automated response. He kept me updated on the availability of the car and they even let me bring my dog to the dealership when the time came to check it out. The whole team made the process fast and enjoyable which is not something I thought I'd ever say about buying a car which is something I'd been dreading for a while. I would definitely return next time I need a car or refer friends and family.

GREAT GREAT GREAT AUTO DEALERSHIP!!!I have never had a better experience at any dealership. Mr Edwin and Mr Pez KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I purchased and Audi Q7 and this SUV was beautiful. Any questions i had they answered.The whole team knows customers service. I get a real friendship vibe and not how much money can I get out of your pocket vibes. Amazing experience at this dealership and I will recommend you go here then any dealership. I shopped for months and went to 6 other dealerships and Bumble Autos takes the cake. I want to thank the whole Bumble Auto team for a great experience and out of this world customer service.

I searched the country for a specific BMW build and colors I wanted for months and eventually saw that Bumble has my car!! 800 miles from my house!! Edwin was totally helpful and professional making sure I knew what I needed to know about the car taking several videos of exactly what I wanted I finally made the trip to get car and trailer it home 800 miles they were Amazing while I was there even made a handshake agreement on the warranty since I lived so far away unfortunately with older cars you never know what could happen next of course I test drove the vehicle before purchase that day, but when I unloaded the car at home a couple days later something broke electronically really bad luck John @ Bumble Auto got involved and made the Story right!! Crazy Great company to buy a used car from!! God Bless

The best dealership i have ever purchased vehicle from in my 27 years in this country. They are truthful,helpful,and encouraging. I will definately invite friends and family to visit there. Alaxis, huh, cant say much about how helpful she was in making sure everything required fixing was done appropriately. Jude was Mr. cool, very eager to making sure what you are purchasing is in good condition. I will recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you for your assistance.

This review is long over due. But let me say when everyone in this office has a beautiful soul and makes sure you leave satisfied. That s exactly what I mean. I was hesitant at first because this was my very first vehicle purchase. They made the process extremely smooth and fast. I was in and out with the car I wanted. They worked with my credit which was not really great at the time. Please if you are considering a car COME HERE THE OWNER IS AMAZING!!! I have to say this has been the fastest car buying experience I have ever had! I initially just went in to test drive a Mini Cooper (and convince myself that I didn't actually want it) but after driving it and having all of my question thoroughly answered by Edwin I just couldn't walk away. I went home that evening with a new car!They were super gracious in letting me get financing in order and helping me with the registration process with my custom plates and getting that transferred. I would have no hesitation is purchasing another car from them.

What a joke.. My boyfriend and I visited the lot to testdrive a car. They gave us a wrong car, not to mention it stopped right in the middle of the road due to zero battery. We had to call them and wait for them to show up to switch to a different car so we can go back to the lot. When we asked about the car we were looking for, they simply said they dont have it. Lot of them didnt pass Maryland Inspection yet. The website says it is still at the lot now. Felt like a scam. We had high hopes cause there were many good reviews but idk where they came from.

I had wanted to get a car and found this place through a friend, and it didn t disappoint at all I was able to get an amazing 2010 Lexus at a very comfortable price and the customer service here is amazing the sales person helped me with everything and in the end left with a great deal and an amazing vehicle I d recommend bumble auto to anyone who s looking for a good car at comfortable price.
