Absolutely love this used Car dealership. I took my Son there yesterday to purchase his first car and Sonny, Tom and Chrissy were Absolutely Phenomenal. They went above and beyond to get my son financed as he has no credit history yet. My son got a 2013 Nissan Altima at an amazing price, it was MD inspected and came with a Car Fax report. I would definitely recommend Caddy Shack Cars in Edgewater MD if you're looking for a used car at Phenomenal prices and where the staff makes you feel like family and your Job is your Credit.Thank you Sonny, Tom and Chrissy.Tammy Carpenter

We were referred here from another dealer after they could not get us financed, we left the declining salesmans office and wandered over here without high hopes. To our surprise these guys had us approved within around/about 30 mins of arriving. These folks are very friendly and pleasant to chat with. They took care of all of the paperwork in a timely fashion. The purchase did include the dreaded fees, fines and penalties like taxes, tags, title and also the financing & gap insurance paperwork etc, all of the paperwork and numbers can be overwhelming for the buyer and they made it easy to understand and get it all completed. We were happy with the entire process and the cars are nice cars with affordable prices so you should stop by and take a look if you're looking for a vehicle, we are glad we did. Stars !

Sonny, Steve and Chrissy made buying a car true delight. My wife, Ellen and I traveled from Central Pennsylvania after finding a great vehicle and a solid deal from them. Buy with confidence. These folks are in the business of selling good solid vehicles for an honest price. No weird vibes, no shady deals. What a relief and how refreshing!

I bought two cars from here in one year and have had nothing but problems. It s one thing after another. One car needed a new catalytic converter ($1500) and our mechanic said this was obviously known before they sold it to me. It had a band aid fix done to get off the lot. The other one now needs a new transmission (like several others on here!). Haven t even had the cars one year! I wish I had read these reviews prior to buying. I m just sick about this.

Caddy Shack Cars is top notch in service and hospitality! Sonny and Chrissy do their absolute best to find the perfect car and price for you. It is an honest and reliable place! I bought my Toyota in August, and I couldn t be happier! Not only do they provide great service, they will keep you laughing and entertained throughout the entire experience! I highly recommend going to see them about any car you might be interested in.

I had an awesome experience at Caddy Shack. I got a great SUV that I love at a price I liked and I was happy with what Sonny (the owner) offered me for my trade. But the best thing I can say about Caddy Shack is that these people are honest and honorable. They keep their word and they want to take care of their customers.The day I took delivery of the vehicle something fluky happened with the vehicle and I called Dewitt, my salesman, to share my concerns. Dewitt passed my concerns along to Sonny, who called me that same day and asked me to let him make it right. Well they did exactly that. Sonny, Dewitt, and Steve really went above and beyond to take care of me and I couldn't have asked more of them. I would definitely shop here again and I would recommend Caddy Shack with full confidence. I have told many people about my experience and everyone has been impressed. Thank you so much, gentlemen!

These guys were fantastic!! They got me into a great car at a reasonable price and very quickly. My family was in desperate need for some help and they were able to make it happen! They have a great team that all work together very well. And they even made my three-year-old daughter very happy! Highly recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a car .

I Highly recommend. Not only did I get a great car but really left feeling like they cared about me and helping me get the best car, financing that fit my needs. And a warranty to ensure I would not have to worry about major repair cost should the need arise.

The most pleasant experience in car-buying ever! Steve, Sonny, and DeWitt were all so very helpful in handling my transaction with professionalism, and humor! The car was delivered immaculately clean. If you want a low-pressure , honest, car-buying experience, I would recommend Caddy Shack!

Bought a 93 Chevy. Needed some work but sonny took care of me. He was honest about what the vehicle had and advice on what it needed. The employees grow on you in such a positive way you'd want to say they're like good and honest friends. Kristy makes sure your payments are nicely organized, set you on a fair payment plan that is convenient for you, and is always friendly. They're not just great salesmen but great people. Sonny has a soft spot for kids so make sure you bring yours in when making a deal. I always refer Caddy Shack to anyone who looks for a vehicle. I love my truck and respect that business for being honest, helpful, and taking care of my fianc� and sons.

I purchased my 2008 Cadillac December 2017. I saw the car online & stopped by on my lunch brake to see it. Automatically fell in love. I drove this thing the whole hour. Dennis Bright was my sales agent & didn't pressure me at all. I always go to dealers quiet to see how there going to treat me, not knowing that I'm a technician & that I previously owned a 2003, with the identical setup.Needless to say, Caddyshack & Dennis won my respect & business! I owned my Gladys now for 2+ years & I only had to replace an alternator @ 88k miles. (Purchase with 58k & currently has 96k). Thank you all again for my toy Caddyshack; I'm still in love!

These guys are great. I bought my car in October and could not be happier. There was some know repairs, I new i was going to need to get and I got them under warrantee with no problems. They even had suggestions on a mechanic which is also really good.

There are not a lot of mom-and-pop businesses out there these days. Mainly because large corporations take over. We often forget that the small business has more at stake than the big companies do. This is something that Caddy Shack Cars has not forgotten. Don't overlook them, don't underestimate them, and if you see a car there you really like, dont question it's quality. Every car is maryland inspected and runs the way they want them to run for their own family. No duds.Their level of customer service is beyond comparison. Oh a hot day they brought water to my family, and gave the kids things to play with while we talked about the purchase. You simply can't find honest caring people at major dealerships like you can at Caddy Shack. They made sure that we got a great vehicle at a great price, no games.My wife is thrilled. The vehicle has remote start, front AND rear heated seats, and best of all, dvd player with two screens. Perfect for our kids.Look at my other reviews, you can tell I don't BS. Don't question your decision... go buy a car from them, you'll be happy. I am.

From the moment I called in to the moment I walked out the door with my new keys in hand everyone was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. I gave my price range and they made sure not to go above it and they made sure I got the best fit of a car for me. They really care about their customers and make sure that they are taking care of you instead of just making a sale. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Amazing service!!! This was honestly a pleasant experience on all accounts, and the team here is just wonderful. I walked in at 9:30 and left at 2:30 with a new (to me) car, already tagged. This time period included test drive, credit check, all paperwork, AND returning my rental car (and my salesperson DeWitt picked me up at the rental place and drove me back to my new car!). This whole team is phenominal and really fun to spend a morning with. Best car buying experience, I'm in love with my new vehicle! Thank you!!

I highly reccomend going elsewhere , I've had my dodge avenger for 2 years , after a year I needed a new transmission and 3 months later I need a brand new one again , the brakes on this car are terrible , i never had so many problems from a car ever , for a 16000 car , this should not be happening , way overpriced , make sure you take someone with you that knows about cars. Never coming here ever again.

Extremely rude and disrespectful salesman!!!! Not only this but the car they sold me less than 1 year ago needs an entire new transmission. They knew they sold me a bad transmission with a smile on their faces. The warranty company they set me up with also won t pay for the transmission. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THESE PEOPLE
