Manager on duty on 1/12/2024 @ 3:45 p.m. with no name tag on refused to return an item "because he didn't have enough money" with a receipt. Things change in life. Vehicles and items that never were able to be used before the changes. Where's the customer service here?? As a manager of previous jobs before becoming disabled in a car accident I would have went to the safe and gave the customer their money back. Do not recommend this store just on personnel alone.

On Thursday nights the manager who is in this store gives terrible service, he does not serve people and when it comes to placing orders he only wastes the customers' time, I think he does not even know how to use the computer to place orders I think that the only thing he knows how to do is use social networks, before going he had checked the website and the parts were available, he was not even able to find the part number and in the end he said that there was none and that it could not be ordering neither, I went to another AutoZone half an hour away, and there the employee quickly ordered them, the other employees of that store are excellent in providing their services, but the truth is I don't know why they have him working here as a manager, So all the clients are going to be fired, they should better appoint the other employees as managers and put him to wash the bathrooms

The staff at this AutoZone is always friendly and helpful. The manager Andre was very helpful and searched the shelves for the oil filter I needed. It was hiding in the wrong spot. Then he gave my 3 year old a toy car. It made his day!

The guy working the coubter was very friendly and helpful but they were really busy and I waited for almost 30 minutes in line. They were definitely understaffed which always seems to be my experience with AutoZone.

Just had the most pleasant experience at this store. I was dealing with a young lady name Siobhan, boy did she know her stuff! I know nothing about cars but had to get some parts. She was friendly, never condesending, knew exactly what I needed and even carried it out to the car for me. She deserves a gold star!

GREAT STORE AND STAFF! The moment I walked all employees were cheerful and helped me find what I needed while making great recommendations. Huge inventory of stuff! Pam, the manager, personally installed new windshield wipers because I didn't know how. Awesome people, hard to find good customer service like this.

I just want to give Kevin the biggest shout out I'm ashamed to say I simply do not know how to change a bulb in my car and with a 1 year old it makes things more complicated he immediately came out saw what I needed and fixed it for me in less than 5 minutes I had called other places and they weren't even willing to come out to my he did not hesitate I work in customer service and he is a diamond in the rough I can't thank him enough and because of him and him alone this will be the only place I come to for my auto needs

I came to this store from Annapolis because I learned that they install wipers. The young man behind the counter installed the wipers. Then the boss informed me that they will read the "code" on my car. The car had a check engine light on. I took the info from the code to my mechanic and it turned out to be very helpful and enabled me to get the car fixed for free!

I just rated The attendant at this auto store was not very helpful. She was more interested in her cell phone, the texting she was doingand listening to the mariachi music than attending to a customer's need. She also did not talk loud enough so the customer could hear.

My car battery died and I came in the store seeking help. Mr. Ronny and Ms. Heather promptly aided me and my wife and exhibited excellent customer service. They were very nice, patient and informative! They explained to me in great detail the issues with my vehicle and Mr. Ronny fixed it right in the spot. I can t thank them enough for their professionalism and I will be referring my family and friends to this Auto Zone location. Excellent job!

The car I was working on was on stands with the rear hub assembly off. I found one of the toe rod adjusters was bad so I placed an online order for the part; it was listed as in stock.I rode over to the store to find the doors locked and a guy leaving saying he had to close early due to lack of staff. It was just before 6pm; 3 hours prior to closing.This then sent me on a wild goose chase trying to locate the part so I could get the car back together. I eventually found it about half hour away.This would not have happened in the days when I was an Autozoner. Mountains would have moved to give the guy the staff he needed to keep his store open. Unacceptable.You ve lost me as a customer from here on out.

I went in today to get a code reader because my old BMW s service engine soon light came on and it was abnormally shaking and vibrating while driving. The staff was AMAZING! So friendly and wanted to help me without upselling me. They helped me through the entire process of reading the codes, identifying the problem, helping me get the correct part, and told me how to install a replacement ignition coil. I called several mechanics and they quoted me at $200 for labor alone per coil. My BMW has 6 cylinders, which would need 6 coils. AutoZone saved me $1,200. I bought the $40 part and replaced it myself after consulting the employees. I watched a 4 minute YouTube video and put in some elbow grease. Thank you guys! You all were amazing and so helpful. I am so grateful!

Andre( manager) and staff, Jacob, helped me get all my rewards, discounts, and credits. They are patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you very much.Jan 24 2023, I bought shocks 1 year ago with lifetime warranty. My repair shop told me the shocks failed so I asked them to replace and save the shocks for me to return. Autozone is the greatest as they honored the lifetime warranty and gave me a refund on the spot. I will continue to use this autozone in Edgewater, as they have very friendly, knowledgeable, and competent staff. Thank you autozone for giving me a satisfactory customer experience.

Convenient location. Large variety of auto paraphernalia but not a lot of choices among item type. Prices expensive. For example, the lowest price license plate frame -- basic, plain plastic -- was $9.99. I was looking for visor extenders, but these were also expensive and were sold individually. Only one type available. These had a huge clip that did not look particularly practical. Store associates were friendly and helpful. Always willing to help find what you need and they even help with some installations.

Spoke to Bill on the phone today, my serpentine belt went out and I needed a new one. He was very helpful and prompt making sure that the part was in stock and that they did physically have it. He walked me through getting it warrantied and making sure it was ready for pick up. He also took the info of who was picking it up for me so I didn't have to borrow a car or risk driving mine further. He was great about providing accurate store hours as well (it's a holiday weekend) so I knew exactly when I could pick it up.Really great service, and the part was affordable. 5/5.

I was so disappointed ...I always come to you all before I go to advanced auto parts. All I needed was a battery checked after I had a rough morning and my car wouldn t start. I asked the girl working today if she could check it. I have never seen an adult role their eyes, let out a big sigh and practically stomp away from me. I never go out of my way to complain, in fact this is the first one I have ever done online. That is not good customer service and if it was the battery I probably would have went somewhere else instead of asking her for more help.

The area's local auto parts store. Professional and courteous staff and seemingly pretty good inventory. This store used to save me from the necessity of a trip all the way to Annapolis for car parts, now there is more than one in town, so I'm almost surely going to be able to get what I need with a short trip into town and not the long trek north all the way to Annapolis.

It's 6:55pm on Saturday October 8 2022 and this business' doors are locked and I don't see any employees inside. The stickers on the door say they are open till 9pm.

I called ahead of time to see if they have a part in stock so I could come pick it up. On the call I asked if they have the part and he went to ask someone and when he came back I could not hear him through the phone so he screamed yes and hung up. Before I could ask another question.
