Get the highest ones and look at this. Inside the car still dirty. They damaged my screen .

I went there to get a full service when it was done I got into my truck and realized my key thob was hanging off of my key into the ignition.. they broke my key into the ignition and tried to hide it..I was giving a number to the manager and haven t heard anything back .they keep giving me the runaround..i then tried to put my windshield wipers on the next day and I had only one..I have to pay 400 just for a $20 car wash.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

We have a brand new car the cup holders still had coffee stains and the console was not cleaned . I called Matt to let him know and he said that we needed to inspect before we left. Shame on me but poor poor customer service.Service: Auto interior vacuumingService: Auto interior vacuuming

Edit #2: Got the free car wash and checked my car too see a bunch of scratches. A guy who acted like the manager said there was no proof it happened at the car wash because I had no pictures beforehand. I told him I've never seen that before but he denied any responsibility. I went and got an estimate for the paint, they quoted it at $1,178.69. Below are pictures of the various damages that happened from the car wash. Keep in my car is 4 months old with 6.6k miles and regular multipoint inspections. I will be awaiting a call back from the owner otherwise I will be taking them to small claims court!Edit: Called them and they said I can get a free car wash of my choice when I come in next time. That is a better way to handle a complaint then most other places.Got a wash from there today because my car need a good wipe down. I got the $9 basic wash, they ran it through really quickly and then they started to wipe it down. I scrolled through my phone for a maximum of a minute and they were already pointing at me that my car was washed. I go to look at it and all of it is still wet from the car wash and there is still a lot of dirty spots. The Hispanic woman that wiped my car disappeared at first and then came back after I waved her over. She wanted to argue that all the dirt was interior on the windshield instead of trying to wipe it off without giving any attitude. Didn't tip and left, absolutely sad that they ruined a relationship with a customer that has been coming there for over a year getting multiple washes a month. Sad!

I have been using Wet Dog for years, they were the only car wash that I found to do a descent job. I love the people there, they are always friendly and I am actually friends with several of them. Today I stopped by and noticed that they did not scrub my wind shield and front end in the pre-wash. In the tunnel, the two top rollers never deployed to scrub the top and wind shield. They dried it off and polished my tires as I usually get done and I tipped $10.00 as I always do. On the way home I noticed that the bugs were still on my front wind shield. I cleaned the front glass when I got home only to find that it is now spotted where they did not wipe it down and let some of the soap dry on it. I am going to explore other options.

They do a good job. I think the price is fair too. I prefer to take my car here versus doing it myself...saves me a lot of time!

Payed for a works car wash at like 31 bux and tipped the guys a 20 dollar tip, so all in at 50 dollars and when I get into my truck,it almost was dirtier than when I got there. Don't know if they have me mixed up with a basic wash or not, but left a real bad taste in my mouth with the experience. The kicker was that they weren't even busy, maybe 4 other vehicles. Disappointing as I try to support local businesses so they thrive around here. Side note, the exterior was pretty decent

Employees washing their own cars instead of mine now my car is sitting in the wash bay covered in water spots because they let the water dry up on it this place is terrible. The entire staff needs to be fired. They take no time to clean your car correctly but want tips. Who runs this place who is the manager. This use to be a good carwash and a part of easton now its just a low end poorly ran business that town residents use because they have no choice. Oh we do have a choice if you want your car cleaned correctly and not have your paint scratched up soaked wet floor mats windows cleaned and dash wiped off go to Ganders Car wash out by target. Wet dog carwash in Easton maryland is trash. They didn't even wipe my rims off and no tire. Shine was applied if it was it must have dried up before I drove to the parking lot beside the carwash

They need to slow down and do a better job vacuuming.. that being said lovely staff and was very fast at a great price would recommend

Have been a customer for 15+ years through several owners and always thought the service was good and the value was reasonable . The recent 30% increase is over the top in this economy. I m out

I got the work yesterday and both inside and outside were done horrible. Wasted 37$ and tipped 14$ don t waste your money

I took my truck there and instead of letting it go through they got in and drove it through so fast that it couldn t even rinse the soap off. The windshield is not clean at all inside or out. There is crud and dirt everywhere inside of my truck and it s still soaking wet. Do not recommend will never be going there again. I got the 31 dollars the work package and wouldn t have even paid 5 dollars for that. Worst quality carwash ever!Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

This is the most unprofessional managed establishment I have ever done business with! Half of the brushes in the car wash itself don't work and they try to compensate physically. I don't recommend you give them your credit card number and information....In Premium you pay for wax and that is the last set of tan flaps,well,they only worked in December. Try somewhere else

First time there and not happy with the service. The floors were not completely vacuumed and the mats were not put back properly. Also, the guys didn't do a great job cleaning the inside of my car. I had to go ask them do redo it.

Best place for a car wash, and great prices... After a very thorough vacuuming and the usual automatic shower, the exterior and interior of each car get carefully detailed by enthusiastic staff. So it takes a little longer than the totally automatic ones, but it is well worth it. When I drive away, I always feel as if I am driving a new car! By the way, there is a waiting room with TV, though I usually take a quick stroll through the excellent nursery next door

Best quick wash I've gotten. They really put some effort into getting it clean. Way better value than anywhere else I've been. They cleaned the door jambs, inside the gas cap cover, and the first time I've seen someone get to the top of my truck.

Always a good trip here to get a great detailed wash.They have a bunch of wash types.The wash is the mop type, they hand dry, and clean your wheels.They wipe down inside the doors and back hatches. The best!

I love Wet Dog! The detailers do an amazing job every single time, inside & out. I've been bringing my classic Chevy here for years, and despite the size and difficulty of it, they never do less than excellent work to make my old man shine. They do get bogged down at times, and you can end up waiting for up to 90 minutes on a really busy day, but it's worth the detail and care they put into getting your vehicle perfect. Just be aware, if you get in line on a busy day there is no turning back; the exit is blocked by the vehicles coming behind you.

Where to start. I have been to this car wash multiple times over multiple years there has been multiple owners which gives multiple disappointing results.Very first encounter was something was stolen out of my car nobody wanted to address it, that was many years ago. Last year I had an antenna break and I pointed it out at the time, again nobody wanted to address it! I was able to finally get a gift certificate for a free car wash. Obviously It did not cover the cost of a new antenna and the cost to replace it. Today I had a free car wash and noticed the prices have gone up, a car wash that used to be 15 is now 20. Very disappointed in the actual cleaning of inside, while the outside was done well except for the rims, it look like nobody even touched them, looking very obvious no one had touched them. Will I ever go back there probably not, there are some other car washes in town. Better yet the last couple of years I ve been washing my own carService: Auto interior vacuuming

1st off they did an excellent cleaning job!!.. However I had a mishap with my tire being flat when exiting the wash. I want to tell you what a professional and kind man..Matt ( the owner) is... he took care of this matter without hesitation.. even called to make sure my car was still doing good. A big thumbs up to Wet Dog Car Wash!!! Again thank you

They do the most thorough cleaning of my vehicle than any carwash in Easton. I only wish they sold accessories like, air fresheners, mats, wax, polish and other types of car care items. Also, it's almost impossible to get the same attendant at each visit, but for the most part they have an excellent attention to detail. There is a wait time while the attendant works on my car, but I prefer that they take their time and get it done right! The prices are a little high for the more inclusive washes, but it's worth every penny! I like to pamper my vehicle, and this is the place for that! I highly recommend this business.

Carmelina did an amazing job cleaning my car! The front of my car was covered with bugs when I brought it in and the windows and dashboard were such a mess. He got all of the bugs off, cleaned every surface in and out, and spent a good bit of time working hard on my car in hot, humid weather. It takes time to do a job that well, but it s worth waiting for.Carmelina deserves a raise! He strives for excellence and pays attention to details. Wet Dog in Easton is the best car wash anywhere! Well worth the price, including tip.

Wet dog car wash did a excellent job on my jeep. My jeep had so much yellow lab hair in it ,with black interior they had a challenge ahead .wetdog took the challenge and I am a happy customer ,that will return. The new management made a big difference on how quickly it was finished.

I'm not sure what has happened but this is the 3rd time I've taken my car there and the floors still have dirt all on them, the last time I had to pull my car back around and fuss them up about it because it was terrible. Today again there is still small amounts of dirt in my car floors. My cupholders, door handles / holders weren't cleaned at all. Now yes the outside looked good but what's the point of spending 30$ on the car and $15 On tip when the car isn't cleaned the way I paid for? I can take it to a car wash that just does the outside because at this point that's all your getting. And by no means is my inside of car that dirty, I have a portable vacuum I plug into my outlet to clean it frequently.... just saying very disappointing compared to last year.

I just had to write a review after seeing ALL the negative reviews. I had my VERY dirty car washed today 7/19/16. They did a SUPER job, even the door jams and wheels. The young man that dried my car did a fantastic job. THANK YOU!!I will be back...........

Decent full service car wash. They could probably do a little better job on the interior, but all in all, not a bad wash. It's $31.00 for the works, and ~ $20.00 for exterior and interior.

$20 dollar wash was great! Truck was spotless inside and out. Very happy with the speed, attention to detail and overall wash.

Only get the basic wash. It's the same as the works except they spray some extra schmuts on it in the machine.

Been about two years since I'd been here. Used to do a top notch job at the time. Got a premium�complete (exterior only, all options) and am not happy. There is still dirt visible in the wheel wells and bugs on the grille and bumper, the windows still have water spots on them and the guy didn't get the tire shine on the whole tire! Not happy at all! Also, it took FOREVER. Guy at the beginning said they were understaffed and it was actually his first day. Didn't even know what I ordered when I asked for it. Will be going back later to try to get my money back.
