I Just watched a video on YouTube by a Cat master mechanic Adept Ape about this poor Owner Operator who got stranded in Maryland and this place is trying to ruin him poor guy family owned small business and these crooks tried to charge him over 10 grand to replace fuel injectors to top it off the cat mechanic said that probably wont even fix his truck so they wanted him to pay 10 grand to then have to pay more when that doesn't fix the guys truck! They should be absolutely ashamed! I'm so glad this is going viral so people see what type of shady business they are doing here!

Work for Love point ventures, and needed a few parts for my fleet, and the guys up there were great with the research that was needed and helped with the price! Great guys! They always seem like they wanna help,.... not like your inconveniencing them like the G-Ville truck part store acts, Thanks again !

I will never take my truck to this business again. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to have warranty work done that is part of DOT compliance. They knew exactly what was broken and needed to be replaced. I dropped the truck on 09.10.18 0800 for the appointment. I called on 09.12.18 0800 to see how the work was going to only find out my truck was still sitting in the lot and would not be started until 09.19.18 after a lengthy discussion I was able to get the truck in to be started on 09.17.18. They have now had my truck for 4 weeks and it is still not repaired.

2 weeks for replace fuel pump and they turned off the truck power source and all my stuff in fridge got maggots and sthinks a/h.Drop tje truck full of fuel and returned complety empty.The worst part is i picked up the truck went to fuel it up and pick up a load...160 miled ahead truck dies on my againg, called town truck.Now waiting here in a different place for service.Great job guys, keep it up!!

Parts department sucks call and ordered parts on Thursday call monday and parts were never ordered

Management doesn't know how to treat employees or customers professionally, and hires greenhorns to fire the techs with experience and blame all failures on experienced techs just to save a buck

Horrible. Took over a week to fix my husband's truck and when he picked it up everything was stolen. GPS, medications, even every single pen.
