I bought mower from Rio Del Mar a year ago.Very professional and courteous. Now under Preston group. I called with a problem and question. I was spoken down to like a good old boy and I was a dumb female. Husband tried calling and ended up going to service area anticipating that as a man, he could get help. Counter guy yelled "serial number" without listening. All my mower info. is in computer from purchase. Husband wandered to garage and found a mechanic who was professional and helpful (he get's the 1 star). Never will we recommend or use again.

Thank you to Buck for making my first purchase of a Sea Doo seamless and special. My wife and I are excited and pleased that we had the opportunity to do business with Preston Powersports. They went out of there way to answer every question quickly and throughly even taking our deposit for our new ski while we were on vacation. Buck delivered our ski and made sure we were confident with the features of the new purchase. Thank you to everyone there and we will be back. Make sure you go here for your power sports needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I live as well as own and operate multiple businesses on Delmarva. Customer service and experience should a top priority. I called 3 days ago wanting to trade my like new Brute force 750 for a side by side. Day 1 I was told ok great I ll get you a round about price on your atv and some pics of the side by sides we have in stock. Nothing came. I called again that afternoon was told they are busy By phill a salesman The same salesman I spoke with the first day. He said he would have everything to me shortly. Nothing again. I could go on but at this point I m at 4-5 phone calls no quotes no pics , just to be told they have a lot of deals going on. Believe me I understand, summer on the eastern shore is a nut house. But 4-5 phone calls 3 days and nothing. I understand there may be no money to be made on my atv bc of how new the unit is but I was willing to do what I had to do to get something more suitable for my family and farm. Current deals should never affect current and future customers. Seems turnover is more important the integrity and quality of service

If there were 6 stars I would leave that for our salesperson Tyler. He is very knowledgeable, personable and went out of his way to deliver our Kawasaki Mule (and best birthday present EVER!). I highly recommend Preston Powersports!

I am not one to go back and leave a review, in fact I have even waited a few days after as to not do it in haste. Five years ago I had an amazing purchase experience buying a 2018 Seadoo GTX Limited 300 from Lisa when it was Talbot........Well fast forward five years later. I was at preston with a buddy who is purchasing his second ski from there, he had a few cosmetic issues that were addressed instantly and a salesman that wasn't even his stepped in to help (Tyler). When all was said and done, I mentioned to Tyler would you like to sell me a ski? He of course said yes.I left him my cell number and told him I wanted the exact same one my buddy just picked up (2023 GTX Limited 300), the only catch was dealing with me trading in my old ski.Well they made me a very fair offer on my old ski, Tyler kept me in the loop with everything going on as well as a last minute add on. When I say it was effortless, I kept asking him if anything else was needed.......It was almost so easy I felt like something was not going to work. The drop off of my old ski and the transfering of the new was very easy, the new ski is wonderful. The little touch of giving my son the stuffed frog with the preston shirt was very appreciated as well.I have sent many people to Talbot and will continue to do so with Preston, also Tyler is truly a class act no BS guy/salesman. Thanks again guys.

I will miss Talbot, Craig and Don always took great care of me. Excited and wish the best to the Preston group with their new adventure! Excited to purchase another machine from them in the near future. I encourage anyone in the Lower shore area (Like myself) to make the drive to Easton for their new machine.

Took a tour the other day. This store under the Preston flag is going to do great. Coming from a Harley Davidson sales back ground. I see nothing but great things for the future for Preston Power sports. Enjoy the ride!

I purchased 2 spyders and a utility pump from Talbot power sports last year. Don has a great team! Service, parts, sales all go above and beyond what is expected. My salesperson ( Lisa) was very helpful and knowledgeable. ( she knows her stuff). Don t hesitate to go to these people for your needs. You won t be disappointed.

Just bought a 2022 ZX6R KRT Edition. Worked with Phil during the whole experience and he couldn't have made it a better buying experience or a friendly environment. Yeah sure the typical nice salesman just trying to get your money but this wasn't the case. He worked patiently through some hiccups and really cared about my experience and getting me the bike I really wanted while going above and beyond and being super friendly. A genuinely nice guy who's passionate about riding and made it an amazing buying experience. Thanks again Phil!

Completely disorganized. Beyond frustrated. I came in on Saturday and met with Phil in sales. There was one RXP300 available for sale. I told him I would buy it. He said he had to help a customer but would email me the paperwork that day. Never received the paperwork. Reached out the next day they were open and he said he would send it. Told him not to sell it to anyone else. Within 5 minutes of receiving the paperwork I signed it and sent it back. I followed up within 24 hours and Pete says "sorry we just sold it to someone else". He said he didnt check his email. Spoke to owner and he offered me nothing. No Jetski's available until spring now.Completely disorganized company. Should offer a disgruntled customer something to make situation right. Terrible customer service.

I purchased a used Sea Doo from them. They offered me a warranty with it. When a problem came up they fixed it no problem. Nice to do business with honest folks. Would definitely recommend this business.

Terrible experience. Called on the phone about getting my 1996 Seadoo jet ski serviced for the summer and was told bring it on down. Went out of my way to bring it on down and when I arrived was told we don't work on jet skis that old.

Dissapointed in the customer service. Salesman was not knowledgeable on the mower we inquired about. He made an error when calculating the final price and did not inform us until our next consultation and payment date.I would have appreciated a call about the error. We also had to wait past the original deliver date and were not informed by the company about the change. We called to check if the mower had arrived and that's when they informed us.This turned into a loss for my family's landscaping business. Would not recommend purchasing a mower at this location.

Very nice people to deal with. We came over from Nanticoke to buy a jet ski. This was the second jet ski that we have purchased from them in addition to regular service over the years. A nice local family owned business.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Walked in and was greeted by NO ONE! The phone began to ring and a gentleman walked by us to answer the phone at the desk as soon as you walk in. We were standing a few feet from the service desk waiting for someone to acknowledge us and someone was at the service desk at the computer and never said a word. We walked out and still heard from No one as we were exiting.

Friendly staff. It s a pandemic era, so there was only a few bikes. They said they re ordering bikes and as soon as they come in they go right out to the owner. Best thing you can do if call or apply for financing on their website.

Bought my little Honda Monkey at TM. Easy, fun transaction and great, friendly staff who were very accommodating. Love the bike, and I ll be back for any service it may need.

I would say people here in service are ok nothing to be impressed by like the other review not real friendly I took my motorcycle in to get inspected. All went well except the stated in needed to have reflectors on the rear of the bike to pass inspection. However the bike comes with the reflectors in the taillight lens. Being a Honda dealer they should have know that duh. So I didn t put up big fight they offered to put a couple of reflective stickers on for 6 bucks and pass it threw no big whoop except they charged me 20 dollars to put the Stickers on for one tenth of an hour labor , kinda bummed but whatever just be warmed they will screw you if you re not careful buyer beware here there s one on ever corner. My opinion find a more reputable establishment I will not be returning thanks
