We had a wonderful experience at Miles Automotive. He gave us a free inspection of a minivan we were looking to buy and gave us solid recommendations on repairs it would need in the future. He was very honest and thorough in his inspection. I would not hesitate to bring my car back here to have it serviced if needed. His good nature and cheerful disposition made him pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Miles Automotive to anyone who needs their car serviced.

Amazing job when it came to my vehicle! And great customer service! They fixed my AC and replaced my battery. Explained to me what was going on and kept me updated everyday! The people were very kind and generous.I went to get some replacement tires, and they said they had plently of the tire I asked for. In reality they had mixed it up with a better quality more expensive tire, and there were actually no tires in stock of the one I requested. So they offered to give me the better quality ones at the same price as the ones I requested, since they didn't have the less expensive ones. I would recommend going there as they are very easy to work with, reliable, polite, and do there job well.

Was having problems with the connection to my battery yesterday. Was able to get it fix and they were done in 30 minutes. David was very professional and gave amazing customer service. Great service and very reasonable. Everyone was great to deal with and they had my truck inspected and the necessary repairs made quickly.Glad I was recommended to them. I will definitely will continue to use them in the future.

Miles Automotive has been doing work on my car for years. They do great work and have reasonable pricing. They're all very nice. I would recommend this business.

My entire family uses Miles as their car maintenance/repair shop, and Alex and his team always look out for the client before their pocket, and it definitely puts my family's mind at ease. He takes care of every client the way he would a family member. He will tell you what needs attention right away versus what needs attention down the road. He is fair and flexible and doesn't take people for everything they're willing to spend. (Nobody ever wants to spend anything for car repair.) I called Miles Automotive attempting to get an auto state inspection. Other shops were quoting us appointment times 5 - 7 days out. Curtis was very responsive to my concern and able to fit me in that morning! Alex inspected the vehicle as needed and they were almost apologetic when calling to explain we needed a small repair and a tire to pass. We made arrangements to get the tire (K&K Tires - also great), Miles completed the needed repair, and I was out the door with our inspected vehicle earning a pass. They were fast, fair, and very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any automotive needs!

I ve been here a few times and my boyfriend and dad use this place as well. Curtis is very helpful and personable, a true embodiment of hospitality on the eastern shore. I m a young lady and don t feel like I m being taken advantage of. I Strongly recommend Miles Automotive for any and all maintenance /repair needs. Even though Miles Automotive opened in 2012 I have been taking my cars to Alex for 10 years, even back when he was up In Baltimore. Absolutely the best car mechanic in my opinion and a great guy to know!

Had a bit of an emergency with my brakes and luckily they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Great.service, very friendly. Drive past there on my way to work daily, they stay busy!

Great shop! The guys there do great work. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Never had to go back to fix the same problem twice.

The owner handled an issue I had and they goes a long way in my book. He took time to explain his side of the issue and offed a resolution. Not over was he rude or disrespectful to my concerns and that says a lot for his character in my opinion.Thank you Miles auto

Top notch. I had them do a couple of tricky things and they figured it out and completed the work on time and for the price they said. Alex is very knowledgeable and tells it straight. Great mechanics.

OK job getting a Maryland inspection not the most helpful, being a new resident I wasn't familiar with MD dmv criteria they did offer advice after much prodding for getting my car properly registered and inspected
