Bought my son s first new car at Easton koons. We dealt with Chad who was great at communicating and keeping us informed. He didn t pressure us kept the experience straight forward and painless. The staff were extremely friendly and passionate about the products they sell. It s nice to be in a dealership that u didn t feel like they were just trying to sell u something. I d use them again for sure !

Our experience at Koons Easton Toyota was beyond positive! We were met with friendly smiles, and were immediately assisted in obtaining exactly what we were looking for, and given excellent advice. Our salesman, Tanner, had come highly recommended by several good friends, and now we know why. He, as well as Marcus and Brad made what can often be a confusing ordeal, a fun and positive experience!

Some things just take time. I appreciate the time taken, attention to detail given for the "tune-up" and belt replacement at 130k for my 2018 Tacoma.Two things prevent a 5 star review : I had requested an assessment on minor body work to repair a minor dent in panel over left rear well when I made the appointment. I had to remind the service manager about this. He promised to have it looked at, but upon check out this had not been done. Just as concerning, now my display reflecting mph control is not working.Not sure if related, but definitely deserves follow up.

Experience was a simple process. The service department called me to initiate the process based on their records. Concierge service called to inform of the pickup time and again when they were en route. The serviced my vehicle and returned it promptly.

I took my truck in for 5,000 mile scheduled service which to me includes an oil change. To my surprise all they do is top off fluids, check for problems and rotate the tires. This took over 2 hours. When I drove away my hood latch alarm went off. Apparently the tech forgot to close the hood. Just seems sloppy and cheap to me. On the good side the service writer Candace did a good job checking me in and out.

Went for a 25000 service. Prior to going I had run over a curb, which scared my wheel cover and dislodged the plastic underneath. The plastic was pushed back in place, so I asked to have the carriage ckecked while making my appointment. As I was driving over my tire pressure light came on which I forgot to mention when checking in. When I looked at the service report I saw all my tires looked good. Not. The low pressure light was still on. The next day the tire went completely flat. It was replaced at my cost of $150. The dealer defended the technician and claimed he did no wrong.. That he rotated the tires and didn t see anything wrong. Yet the damaged wheel cover was in the same place. I will not return nor recommend their service

Sales staff were professional. We had a good experience with tanner, max the financial manager did a great job explaining the extended warranty process. I would recommend the dealership. I have no experience with the service department yet. Look forward to many years doing business together.

My wife and I have had several issues with this location but their customer service has always made up for it. However, we will no longer be using the Easton location after Tuesday s appointment. The appointment started late, the service director was rude, and my wife was told that she shouldn t be waiting for her car before 8:00 am even though the app allows waiting room appointments to be made before 8:00. Charlie was awesome and still worked on the car, but the service director said more than enough to turn us away from supporting Koons Toyota for further service and purchases.

The appt setting process was good, past that it was average at best. When you bring a car in for service and that service is completed, you are supposed to get a thorough explanation of what was done. What I got was, everything was cleaned and done

Facility was orderly, staff were professional and courteous, service department made me do something I asked them to do. Not keen on someone who gets paid to provide a service trying to pawn things off on paying customers. I consider that sort of thing poor form. I ll be looking for another place to go next time.

Definitely did not exceed expectations. Two hours to do a 15 minute oil change should not be considered acceptable. Especially with an appointment. I hope you do better next time.

Great service center. We get the prepaid oil change and tire rotation service with multi-point inspection on our Rav4. They are easy to schedule with and very kind and courteous. The waiting area is spacious, with TV and coffee is available.

Love this dealership and the service as always was excellent! Candace made it personal and was very helpful in explaining what the process was! Third RAV4 and will not deal with any other dealership! Koons in Easton is the best!

Last oil change was messed up as technician forgot to either torque the drain plug or oil filter was not properly installed. While driving low oil message came up. I stop right away and called Easton Toyota. Service girl told me to bring in the truck so we can check. Right! Driving truck without any oil is good idea!!! Truck was towed to nearest dealership waiting to be checked. Weekend trip was ruined and praying engine is okay. I am very disappointed as it was my brand new truck getting first oil change.Service: Oil change

The work at Koons is excellent but their scheduling system is horrible. I arrived at the time They scheduled for a tire rotation that should have taken 15 minutes but I ended up waiting two hours! If there was going to be a delay they should have told me at some point. I hope they re still glad they asked for my review.

I just bought a vehicle a week ago and Kash was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had alot of patience considering my lack of experience purchasing a vehicle. He made sure I was making a decision I would be happy with and his Business Manager Chris I hope I didn't get tht name wrong but he was great too going against the banks and finding me the perfect financing opportunity tht fit my needs. If you are looking for a high quality vehicle tht is affordable I recommend you check these guys out

We were extremely pleased with our sales experience at Koon's Toyota in Easton. We had shopped at another dealership, but we're not comfortable with their sales tactics. That was not the case at Koon's Toyota. We felt at ease, comfortable and were very pleased with the purchase process. Rob, our sales representative, was patient professional, kind, and very conscientious. He went above and beyond to find the Tacoma that we were looking for. Max, the Sales Manager, checked in on us to make sure that we were well taken care of. Brad, the Finance Director, made sure the the paperwork went as smoothly and as painless as possible. We can honestly say that this was the BEST vehicle purchasing experience that we have ever had. We would definitely recommend Koon's Toyota in Easton without reservation and will certainly shop there again.

We had leather heated seats added to our highlander instead of cloth. Keith set it up with SoundFX at the time of purchase. They are beautiful !! And the car smells amazing we brought it back to toyota to be sealed. Service was fast and they even washed the car.Love doing business with Keith and Easton Toyota.

Would have been better had I been informed that the repairs would require a three hour wait in addition to the 1.5 hour wait for diagnosis.I was offered a rental ( whose cost they covered) and in the end I was able to do work while the repairs were being done.Services: Auto brake repair, Auto brake replacement

Brought my car in for a recall and to fix a whining noise and my heater fan. It took 3 days for the recall to be fixed (due to incorrect part shipped) they then rotated the tires and changed the oil (neither was needed) my car still has the same issues with fan an whining noise. So basically I have no faith in even the recall being fixed. I shared the information with my service advisor who didn t still want to help me he just wanted to sell me other services not necessary
