We had the most amazing experience at Koons Easton Toyota today. Mike Jacob's was our salesman and he helped us every step of the way. He explained every detail about the process and details about the vehicle.This was by far the best experience at a dealership that we have ever had. He was so knowledgeable, professional and attentive to every question we asked him. Mike was the absolute best person we could have asked for to work with us!!Mike wasn't pushy or overbearing, we can't say enough about him. We were so very pleased with our experience there today. We will definitely spread the word!!

I had Great service at Koons Toyota of Easton. Each person that I spoke with was well informed and very professional.. The salesperson I used was Rob Fink and he was terrific! I will recommend him to everyone who is seeking to purchase a Toyota automobile!!LOVE My Prius !

As you know buying a car can be stressful and a lot to consider, especially when you are not just purchasing a vehicle for yourself but also the family you provide for. It s a lot to consider. Therefore, when looking to buy a truck (we were interested in a Tacoma, preferably newer with adjustable seats, low mileage, four wheel drive and available to tow up to 5,000 pounds minimum), we went to 9 dealerships, some of which more than once. I can t tell you how many of them would throw numbers down and fight as hard as they could to get you to sign for a car. As much as I know that comes with sales, I will always standby respect goes a long way. We are making a decision that will affect our lives for quite some time for a lot of money.With Mike Jacobs at this location, we did not feel pressured at all. He takes some time to get to know you, will sit in the vehicle during your test drive and clearly explain all of the features included. This was very pleasant considering most of the dealerships would just hand us a key and say have fun!We settled on a truck (2022 Tacoma) at this location and he helped make the process very easy. He clearly went over each step so we fully understood what was going on. He is super friendly and upon going through inspection, since we live in Delaware, he will still remain in contact with you in case any additional questions remain on the process.If you are stressed about buying a car, come to Toyota of Easton and talk to Mike or one of his managers and they will get you fixed up. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience. Respect and quality service go a long way during these life changing moments and we couldn t be more grateful for it.Also for buying a Tacoma do you get the Tacoma ball cap? (I wouldn t complain if you gave me one (*hint hint wink wink)But in all seriousness you won t be disappointed with this location!

I have always had a great experience at Koons Easton Toyota, which is why I keep coming back when I need a new car. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My last truck was from a Koons dealership. I had a great experience there. However, my experience with Mike J and his associates at Koons Toyota in Easton was even better. There were very responsive to my questions but they weren t aggressive or pushy to make the sale. I live an hour and a half away and was buying a used truck. I inquired about any frame rust. Within an hour, they took a video under the truck and sent it to me. Also, I was short on time for the in person buying process as I had a dinner date with my wife that evening. They kept that in mind and got me home in time. I feel that I got an honest trade in value and a good deal on the used one I bought. It s a bit of a drive, but I would not hesitate to call them again when I m in the need for another Toyota.

Tanner is the best car salesman I ve ever met and I ve been around. The rest of the staff are excellent too. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good vehicle.

I had went to another dealership in Salisbury Maryland looking at Toyotas. I was really interested in a TRD Camry but was being pushed into a higher priced Toyota Crown. I decided to call Koons in Easton Maryland. I spoke to Tanner Holbrook in sales. Unfortunately they did not have a TRD available but we could build one. It was taking quite awhile to get one so we talked again and decided on a Camry XSE. Tanner kept in touch with us and we got the car we ordered. Tanner was great!! He was as excited as we were when the car came in earlier than expected. He had it all ready and filled the tank for us. He communicated through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend him for your car buying experience. Next step...finance...always the long grueling part. Chris Willis in finance was just the icing on the cake. He made the process easy. Less stressful. He made an excellent deal for us to get this car. I have bought many cars in the past but can truly say. These guys are the best!! If your looking to buy a car, go to Koons Toyota and ask for Tanner and for finance, request Chris. The sales manager was also there to answer questions and very informative as well. In fact, we love this car and so happy we bought the Camry XSE instead of the TRD!! Thank you all for your wonderful service!!!!

Recent experience at Koons was fantastic! Mike Jacobs helped find me a vehicle that checked off everything I was looking for. What started as a request to test drive a couple of cars turned into a no pressure experience in getting into a new vehicle. Great experience and all around great staff!

Franklin was very helpful when we purchased our 2018 Toyota Sienna! We needed to upgrade due to our family growing and after many test drives we finally decided a van was the best fit for our family. I've been dealing with Koons Easton since 2019 when I bought my 2019 Rav4 LE. Monday, I walked in and spoke to Bill T. about trading my vehicle for a newer model (2023 Rav4) process was so easy and not complicated at all. Bill was very helpful on explaining all the techs and do hickies about the car. Ive had the car for 72 hours and I am in love with the choice I made. From the sales team to finance thank you guys for an easy process for me to get the car I wanted to take home.

Koons Toyota, Easton MD, helped me find, locate, and purchase a car, without stress. Their whole team is welcoming and accommodating, which allows you to feel at ease, during a stressful time. Keith Wenck is the man to see up there. He was great, been in industry for over 20 years, and knows how to get you in and out with a smile. Ask for him and about his star hockey player in his family! Also Chris in Financing is the easiest guy to work. He will get you the loan that works for you, while also explaining how it works for you. Koons Toyota in Easton MD, come in with a frown and drive out with a smile! Thank you to the whole lot, but especially Keith and Chris.

What an awesome experience I had dealing with Koons Toyota. My sales person Jordan Foxwell was so great to deal with no pressure, made everything work to my satisfaction. I live out of state so it was trying to figure out the time and date to get to the dealership. Jordan worked with me and everything just fell into place. The staff is so friendly and great to work with. I highly recommend Koons and Jordan Foxwell for no hassle or pressure deal. Thank you Jordan and the staff at Koons!

Koons Easton is top notch! I had my eye on this RAV4 in transit, went to the dealership to get a trade-in quote, and left that night having reserved this vehicle. Bill Thompson greeted me when I walked in and was a huge help in facilitating the entire process. Bill answered all my questions with a smile and applied the perfect amount of reassurance to get me to make the leap. No pressure though. He s even been checking in recently post-purchase to ensure that everything is still solid with the vehicle and to see if he can help in any way.Also, the online sales, trade-in, and finance managers all were very helpful and pleasant to work with. They even avoided dinging my credit with any additional, unnecessary checks. We were in and out in no time. All in all- great dealership to get a new car from, and a great team over there!

I m typing this long review to be as open and transparent as possible, especially for any young female or young adult going to buy their first car here that may be doing it solo. I m giving 5 stars specifically for Rob in sales, Max the sales manager, as well as Loren in finance. I began my search for a new RAV4 XLE in March of this year and Rob had been with me start to finish, making my dream a reality! I ve been searching for three years and I m so happy it finally became a reality. This was my first time buying a car solo, but I was given the best service and care from the three names listed above throughout the entire process. I did my extensive research prior to coming in and Rob worked with me to find my perfect match, with Max working the magic to get the numbers where I needed to be and Loren helping me with the final paperwork. As a young female doing this solo, it can be intimidating and the service you get may not always be fair depending on where you go, which can be extremely dissuading. I personally had a bad experience at first with two gentlemen in the finance department here at Koons Easton, Brad and Chris, that put a sour taste in my mouth for my first time car buying experience. I was told a lot of things that were not true and to me felt like it was an attempt to pressure me into agreeing with whatever was thrown at me and I nearly gave up to go search elsewhere, where I would hopefully not be talked down on again in the finance department (or any department for that matter). That is when Max stepped in and turned the entire experience around for me and made a first time car buying experience be what it should for anyone regardless of age or other factors. Loren gave me the reassurance I needed when signing the paperwork and committing to a huge purchase with confidence and satisfaction. Rob was a fantastic salesman to work with and I would happily buy another car from him ten times over. If you go to Koons Easton, talk to Rob. Much appreciation to Rob, Max, and Loren. I m still grinning ear to ear in my new ride and will be for years to come. Thanks, guys!

Koons Toyota in Easton is the best!! I came in looking for a used car and had something in mind on their lot. Rob Fink worked with me to find my dream car and aided me relentlessly throughout the process. He and everyone at Koons went above and beyond to help me drive away with my car. Shout out to Chris in the financial office also for being so kind and welcoming. Overall a 5 out of 5 experience!!!

The team at Koons were amazing to be around. Keith Wenck was such a great guy to work with. He helped my wife and I on 2 different test drives and went out of his way to answer any question we had. When walking around inside the building everyone smiled and said hello and made us feel so comfortable. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car.

Koons Toyota is awesome !! Love my new Venza. Kenny was awesome, knew everything about the car and let the car sell itself. Answered all the usual questions then went above and beyond. Love the big screen navigation system and that its a hybrid. I haven't had a new car in awhile and I'm sorry that I didn't do it sooner. Max was amazing too, found the color combo inside and out that we loved and had it brought up from another dealership. These guys will find you what you love with no problem. Koons Easton has a stand up crew. I wasn't looking to walk out with a new car purchase, but they made it so easy. True no pressure sales, you'll be back for another soon. In today for 1st scheduled service, hubs is now on a test drive :)

Just picked up my new GR86 today, it was a very simples process, the entire staff was very friendly and easy to work with. If you go, make sure to ask for Jordan, he's very knowledgeable and makes sure you are taken care of. Great service and great prices.

Our product special, Keith Wenke, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He really works with customers and makes them feel valued. The finance department was pushy but have experienced that before so as expected. I recommend Keith Wenke if you are looking to buy a Toyota in Easton MD.

This is one of the most impressive dealerships I have been to. Everyone treats you with such dignity and respect. They make you feel comfortable with your purchase. Kash was who I originally started the deal with. He did all his correspondence with me on his vacation. When it was time for me to go to dealership he had one of his coworkers ready to take careof me. His name was Ben. Those 2 are the best salesmen I have seen. I have been buying cars a long time, so I have seen it all. Kash and Ben thanks for the experience. Love my BMW

Came into Koons Toyota Easton to look at a used Ram 2500 yesterday on a lead from the internet sales specialist, Grant Blades. Upon arrival I was referred to an extremely helpful and friendly Product Specialist named Rob Fink. Rob was very personable and knowledgeable without being overly pushy and helped me through every step of the process. There was an issue with my trade not being worth quite what I owed on it but the team of Rob Fink and General Manager, JT Thompson, pushed to get what I owed for my trade and kept me updated and informed through the whole process. Once we got my trade sorted I was referred to Finance Specialist, Loren Mayr, who showed me all the options as far as the extended warranty and financing options without being too pushy, which was greatly appreciated and made me feel valued. Loren also worked with the credit union to get the best possible rate he could for my financing. The cherry on top was The dealership filling the huge trucks fuel tank to the brim, knowing I had a long drive home. I had a poor experience with a Koons owned dealership in the past and Koons Toyota Easton completely redeemed the Koons franchise in my eyes. I would definitely return and recommend for anyone to do business with Koons Toyota Easton, and Rob Fink especially.

I worked Tanner Holbrook while looking for a vehicle. He was able to help me narrow down what vehicle I wanted as he has a lot of knowledge on most makes of vehicles, not just Toyotas. He didn t feel like a pushy salesman, but genuinely wanted you to be happy with your purchase. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. I hope they realize what a good employee they have!
