I needed an emergency tow from Trappe to Edgewater. AAA totally messed up the request and it was sent to another local company. Not only did AAA drop the ball, this other company showed zero empathy and terrible customer service.Like a night in shining armor, Robert and Just Right Automotive came to the rescue! Thank you, Robert and Caitlin (spelling?) and Just Right Automotive! You proved that there are still local companies who care about their customers!!

I had a great experience using Just Right Automotive auto service, located in Easton, MD. My vehicle broke down over Labor Day weekend. It needed the starter replaced. I had to leave it in Maryland to get it repaired since I live out of state, and had to travel back for it. Their friendly customer service was outstanding! From Chris, the tow truck driver, to Katelyn in the office, to the mechanic who fixed my vehicle. The nicest people!They took good care of me while I was in this difficult jam and they completed the repair job in a quick turn around, knowing I was out of state and I needed my vehicle back as soon as possible. They do quality work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend using their auto services. Very pleased!

Need a shop to install a transmission in an older Acura/Honda. No other shop wanted to even touch it despite the transmission I had purchased coming from a reputable JDM import parts place with a warranty, or they quoted me some insane price. These guys installed it, changed the fluid, and did the mount and rear main seal for less than $1000. Would recommend, thanks for helping me keep my ride on the road.Service: Transmission

Had to replace my rear rotors and brake pads to pass inspection. They did the work fast and at a great price. I took it back in to have a complete tune-up about a month later. Same great service and price for the work. So I have been searching for a new trustworthy mechanic since the folks I used to go to retired. And found them! Just Right Automotive gave me a very good quote on the work I needed, took care of it promptly and even repaired an exhaust problem I need fixed but was waiting to do, because they gave me such a fair deal /reasonable price to fix it. Many thanks to Jimmy and his crew. I now have a great new mechanic in Easton Maryland!Services: Exhaust, Brakes

Absolutely worthless, horrible customer service, had the vehicle for over a week did not complete all the work needed and identified. The girls up front then tried to argue, their motto is definitely NOT the customer is always right, did not even perform a safety recall after Jimmy talked such a stellar game and stated they would take care of it, and did not even do the work! Then one of the girls said that jimmy didn t even work on the car hello!?! Jimmy owns the business and should accept responsibility for his mechanics and the work! Will NEVER be back!!!! Oh, and what s more, we had a list of the work needed and wrote everything down and gave it to them also check engine light was on, was cut off and now back

I discovered Just Right a few weeks ago, my car started having issues on my way home from work and I found myself in need of a tow. I called AAA, they asked if I would be interested in using a AAA recommended shop, sure I was going to take it to the dealer so why not. AAA said it would be about 45 mins, it was more like 15, yea!I already had a pretty good idea of what was wrong with the car since it had recently been to the dealer for a 100k service. They had told me the catalytic converter was going bad, quoted me almost 1,700 for parts and labor, part on back order at least 6 months. So when the gentleman at Just Right told me my catalytic converter had eaten itself I wasn't shocked. He told me a local parts store had 1 in stock for 1,000 could have the car back in a day, or he could order one online for less It would just take longer. Yes Please! I, as was my husband, floored by how much money they saved me. New part with labor 601 out the door. This is 5 car family, all of our cars will be going to Just Right Automotive from now on.

Jimmy and the just right only family is amazing, I started out with Jimmy when he opened his first shop on rt 50 Jimmy has completed redone my v8 audi s4, my Mercedes sl500 and now my new to me lexus rx330. I was travelling from out of state and had car trouble. I arrived at 8 am, my car was taken back quickly. They had my alternator replaced and i was on my way at 11:10 AM. Highly recommend! All people I had contact with were professional, courteous and helpful. Even offered to let me use a loaner car to get some food. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle there.

I have been taking my vehicles to Just Right for a couple of years and have always received good service for routine oil changes and other routine maintenance, small repairs. They service my vehicles promptly and are very reasonably priced. If I ever need a major repair, I will definitely take my vehicle to them first.

I can't say enough about Just Right Auto. That shop does it all. My wife has an unusual car and the head mechanic knew all about it and how to deal with it. Their expertise sold me right away but the total cost was more than fair. We are lucky here on the Eastern Shore to have this shop

My dad decided to have his exhaust manifold gaskets replaced here on his Ford pickup, and he dropped it off here at the beginning of winter and a simple job they claimed they never got to until the end of March. They did a poor job reassembling it though as later that day after my dad picked the truck up the engine caught on fire, either due to the parts being not replaced at all, or parts not reassembled correctly touching the manifold. If I could rate a business 0 stars I certainly would for this one. Poor business who continued to tell my father one date and never had it on the date promised.

FINALLY A SHOP I CAN PUT MY FULL TRUST IN!!! I do most maintenance and repair work to my vehicle but there was one time I was caught in a bind during a personal emergency and a friend recommend Just Right Automotive. Jimmy, Kelly and the crew are top notch! Thanks so much guys!!!
