It's rare that a company only pushes what you need and I was happily surprised! Instead of offering a list of services, I was asked about specific issues know to my car make and model. I felt that they wanted to legitimately give me good service and ensure i was safe on the road! I will go out of my way to make sure I return for my next upkeep appointment!

Very Professional! There were maybe 4 cars being worked on when I came in. Yet, I was asked to pull up to the bay right away. After my checking in, my car was serviced immediately. This impressed me very much.

I was in a bind and this Jiffy Lube came through for me bigtime. I had an unexpected, last-minute 3-hour drive to Dulles Airport. I had been meaning to change the oil in our Honda Pilot for weeks but hadn't gotten around to it. Now I was faced with a long drive, with low oil life, AND it was a Friday night. Knowing that I had to do SOMETHING, I called a Jiffy Lube that was on the way. I made this call around 5:15 PM, and I was about 15 minutes away, and the website said they closed at 6:00 PM.When I made the call, I was hoping to be able to get my oil topped off, maybe add a couple quarts. Just enough to let me get to the airport, and then back home. I was just hoping someone could help me out on a Friday night. When he answered, I asked if I could get a top-off. He said yes, I could do that, but then he asked me if I would like to go ahead and get the oil changed. I explained that I wouldn't be there until around 5:30, and that I was aware they closed at 6. Zach politely explained that it would be no problem at all, and they could take care of me in just a short time.When I pulled into the JL parking lot, it was exactly 5:35. Zach greeted me in the lobby, asked me a few questions, took my keys and said he'd return shortly. He returned to the lobby a few minutes later and said the car would be done in a few minutes. I took a seat in the waiting room, not quite sure how long I would be there. I mean, you never really KNOW with car repairs/service.The reason I decided to take time to write this review is because I was in the waiting room for about seven minutes! Zach and the Jiffy Lube team in Easton, MD, were able to change my oil (and they do other stuff with the oil change too) and had me on my way 15 minutes after I pulled into their parking lot. On a Friday night, less than 30 minutes before they closed.Zach was a pleasant young fellow, and I was quite impressed by his professionalism, and his courteous and competent service. I did not expect this level of service but I was pleased to find it.I am a Jiffy Lube believer. Thank you. Chuck Sardelis

Place is a joke. Spend your money with a local business. Was reminded why I never come here. Walked in to get an oil change and was told they would be right with me. Stood beside the counter for 40 min. Another new customer walks in and they get serviced right away while I'm literally standing right there at counter.I guess I wasn't an important enough customer.

Employee on cellphone while vacuuming. I told him he shouldn't be watching phone screen while vacuuming. He was belligerent, other staff joined in. The assistant manager did not correct them, the manager did not either. Telling me times have changed. The Employees run the place not the manager.

While traveling, almost 8 hrs into our trip the check engine light came on alerting us to low oil pressure! Eek! Being so far from home and not knowing the area we jumped on Google maps and found this location. To add additional stress... It was almost 6pm, closing time. Thank goodness for Jiffy Lube and the team there Thursday evening (I'm sorry I don't have all your names but Jeremiah). This team literally stuck around, waited for us to arrive and quickly spotted the problem. They legit saved not only our car but our vacation! We can't thank you guys enough! So much appreciation for this location and team. Traveling to a new area and not knowing where or what to do you guys really showed some major hospitality. Thank you again!!

Customer service was great but they didn't fill my washer fluid which is stated as part of the service. Not really a big deal as I took it back and they filled it. However, the next day when I needed it, it wasn't working. I opened the hood and noticed the tube from the washer fluid reservoir to the nozzles that apply it to the windshield had been severed.Service: Oil change

Since service was performed,my truck doesn't seem like it drives the same. RPM has changed. Revving a little higher than normal. I will be taking it to a Toyota Dealership for evaluation.

One and done. Did not perform all maintenance requested, was pricier than dealership and employees were outback laughing at someone spinning tires. Not sure if it was an employee or who s car it was but doesn t make one feel comfortable having work done in their car with that going on.UPDATE ON REVIEW:After submitting my review, I was contacted by the owner/operator of this Jiffy Lube. He asked me what service I requested that was missed and any issues I had. He explained that he just took on the store a year ago and wants to make all of his customers happy. He apologized for the oversight and offered to make it right. He also acknowledged the car spinning tires in the rear and clarified that frequently racing enthusiasts/friends of employees congregate in that area behind the store and has asked his employees to make them leave even if they are friends with these folks.The fact that the owner took my complaint serious enough to reach out to me and offer to make it right shows good customer service.

My mom took her car here, started noticing oil in the driveway. Took it somewhere else and it had no oil in it. They said the filter was loose and leaking. A week later the motor blew up. Car didn't even have that many miles on it

I've been taking my company vehicle here for almost 4 years and it is the last time. The second time in 6 months this new manager comes up with excuses as to why they can't do certain tasks. In March he said can't do your oil change because they didnt have an oil filter and the vehicle was to new. He said he called part suppliers and nothing was available. So I left and bought the filter at Walmart across the road and returned the next day. Then he cops an attitude and says he now has them availablethe next day. Today he can't do a tire rotation because he thinks it's to heavy for the lift.The same truck only 4 years older has had many tire rotations before.He sends one of the young guys to tell me while he's out back huffing on his Newport.Last time for this placeService: Oil change

terrible customer service. asked an employee to help me regarding an issue I didn't have when I brought my car in, and he turned his back on me and walked away. this is after I had work done and paid. No one should be treated that way. His name is Jeremy. He said nothing I can do to help you.Took my car across the street to Spurry's Tires and they bent over backward to help me and answer my questions and fix my problem. All I expected from Jiffy Lube was just some common courtesy.will never go back to Jiffy Lube in Easton.Services: Tires, Oil change

Cross threaded my drain plug on my oil pan messed up the threads to where the plug wouldn't even screw back in had to get the oil pan replaced when I got my oil changed again which cost me 1000 dollars and my car in the shop the whole day. Definitely won't go to another jiffy lube especially this location.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
