I had a great experience with the wonderful salesman Kareem Williams! He helped my find a suitable car within my price range! Kareem handled us with care and concern, and was a delight for my parents and I. We would definitely recommend him for future services.

I am fairly knowledgeable about engines, and could not find the cause of my vtec error code, but the mechanics at Hertrich had it figured out lickety split. Consumer code readers are not always sufficient for troubleshooting. They identified and repaired the problem and only charged me for diagnostic! Glad to be a customer.

Wasted my time. There is an airbag recall for the second time on my Accord. I received a call from a woman at this location reminding me about the recall and asking to set up an appointment. I set it up for this morning at 9:15. On the recall Honda writes to expect to wait about 30 minutes for the service which is a little longer than it took when I had it done in Annapolis last time. Considering that the woman who called me did not mention that they take 2 to 3 times longer than the standard Honda service shop I assumed that it would take about 30 minutes. After driving forty minutes out of my way this morning, waiting to be helped, waiting for the guy to write up the intake of my car, I am only then told that the service may take "up to two hours." I told the guy that the recall said to expect 30 minutes and that I wasn't told it would take so long when I made the appointment. He responded with a shrug and said that "well... it make take an hour." He lazily made no effort to speak to the shop and pin down a more accurate time estimate. This appointment was made a week in advance. What is the point of having an appointment if it's early in the morning and there are already so many cars ahead of me that they can't remotely estimate the time it will take. This reflects badly on the customer service representative who reached out to me, the service manager for allowing the shop to become so easily overbooked, and the lazy customer service rep responsible for taking in the vehicles. Now I have to wait for my next opportunity to take to the Annapolis shop.

Spent more than $5K in their service department then bought $20K car to immediately have to fill the tank on my own dime. Windshield was cracked and they haven't got back to me about it. It's been 3 weeks. If you want the same old lies and BS these guys at least have charisma. don't believe a word they say.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

Went in looking for an SUV and got what I wanted. This place has great people and good service but Roe-Mar Blacknall is the "go-to" man, he helped us into getting into a nice car and made sure we were taken care of. 5 stars awesome service.

I am very impressed by the sense of urgency, and how much y all value your customers. Roe-mar Blacknall is definitely the go sales person. He got me into a new Honda Civic when I was looking to by used and my down payment was less than it would ve been for a use Honda. I am very Pleased and satisfied with the my purchase.

Sean was very friendly, very helpfully, sold me a great deal on a SUV. Told him my mom uses it made sure he went over the safety features .2yrs later still going strong

I have never had a problem with them, they do everything asked or agreed to do and went a little further to extend themselves by waking my car. Always a great and plant place to get your car serviced.
