They repaired a road-hazard chip in my windshield and did a great job. The technician told me exactly what to expect and had a lot of experience and expertise. The results were very good. The appointment ran on time. It was a positive experience and I would use them again for your glass needs. They do all kinds of glass work.

This place took good care of me and my car! I needed a new windshield, mine got a mysterious foot long crack! I dropped it off a few hours before my appointment time. I told them I was going to go do some things with my daughter and would then come back to wait for it, but didn't expect it to be worked on earlier than scheduled. They had it done early anyway and the staff were so pleasant and delightful when I came back. I had to make a 10 hour road trip a few days later, and everything worked great! Camera calibrated, seals good, perfect and safe! Thank you guys for helping me with a scary situation!

Sad to say, I would not recommend Go Glass. The initial sales pitch estimate was helpful but it went downhill dramatically from there. At a high level, they replaced slider door glass for us - ocean front and I wish it would have been successful. I wish we would have chosen a different provider who cared.After the glass install, the door had a draft and we could hear the street noise, neither was an issue before.No return calls - call 5 times you may get answered or a call back. Maybe.Customer Support was at times rude and always unhelpfulWhen they came to fix the issues from install, our blinds were broken. No one was there with them, but our next guests found the broken cord upon entering. They are not accepting the responsibility.The worst part is the communication. Mistakes can happen but you can t say you will deliver a message or call back and then not do it. This is basic customer treatment, not special treatment.Sad about this experience and really wish they had a different mindset about the value of their customer.We are going to let our building and fellow owners know in hopes of preventing them from the loss we ve taken.We tried so hard to work it out with them, I waited to post this until we finally just took their message, they do not care about our business or experience.

Yesterday I took my car to Easton go glass because the windshield they installed in July of last year was leaking in the top left part of the windshield. Yesterday they put a new windshield in. Last night I left my car in the driveway as they were calling for rain.This morning I went and opened the door of my car and I was shocked. Water was pouring in the entire top of the windshield. My headliner was drenched. Both front seats were drenched. My stereo was drenched. All the electronic switches on both doors drenched, floors were drenched.take your car elsewhere.

Go to GoGlass, you won't regret it! The manager Andrea went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife were happy with our order. She explained everything clearly to us and treated us like we were family. The other lady in the office was also very friendly and professional. We will use GoGlass in Easton Maryland again for sure!!! THANK YOU!

Mike came out to give us estimate on new windows but after coming, he said to try recaulking the glass. They are going to come out to do that. We really appreciated his honesty and for him not trying to buy buy buy right away.

Poor quality. Do not take your car to this place for windshield replacement. First and definitely will be the last encounter with this business. Completely ruined my car. After windshield was replaced I noticed water getting into my car from area near windshield. I took car back to business they ran some test that I was told didn t reveal a leak. Which I don t believe this to be true. I regret not waiting for Safelite Autoglass.

The most unprofessional company you can find, they cancel my installation two times, first time because the installer didn't show up to work second time because its supposed to rain even when wasn't raining at the time of the appointment.They don't care about customers at all they're one of those businesses who think they doing you a favor even when you're paying their high prices.

They came to look at our two window problems and said they would help and then did not help. One window they said we had to go straight to Anderson instead of them doing the ordering and install. So we had to order directly from Anderson via an 800 number and install the window ourselves. with no help from goglass. The trailer window we wanted replace again they said they could not get the assembly but could replace the glass then we never heard from them again. Have emailed repeatedly only to get back promotional emails rather than a real reply. Don't bother with them you'll just have to do it yourself in the end.

I needed a a piece of heavy plate glass to 'level' the bottoms of my wood planes. I contacted Go Glass in Easton and they let me come in and look through their scrap materials. We found a piece that was perfect for my needs. They softened the edges while I waited and then gave it to me. That's great service and they will get my business in the future.

Go Glass was awesome. I needed a glass shelf for my hutch. Was quoted over 300.00 by a local glass company. Go glass did it for 40.00. Beautiful fit was perfect. Thank you go glass is my go to and will also refer friends.

Jay, Assistant Manager, very knowledgeable about products and what he can do to for your shower door needs. Pricing very competitive and the turn around time for installation (1 week) was a great surprise! We would recommend Mr. Go-Glass for all your glass needs - great people!

This is a fairly new location and like all Starbucks, the coffee is generally good. I got there at around 7:00 PM on a Monday evening and my coffee wasn't what I'd call hot. Otherwise no surprises.

Beware!!! Wow has the Easton location ever gone downhill. Cheap Chinese automotive glass for top dollar now. 0 customer service... managers are to the point could care less about installs .. At one time would not use anybody else period .now I would use anybody else but.. just terrible in every aspect and I hate to leave a bad review against anybody..

This was really easy. They did a good job fixing a bulls eye mark in my windscreen. It is not invisible but much better and will not spread. It took maybe 20 minutes to do and was really easy.

The Lewes DE office took 3 wks from time of call to have an appt and once they came, after one week, I still do not have an estimate. After 2 phone requests on my end- I have no estimate! Terrible business model!

Venus did an excellent job. She is an asset to your company and you are lucky to have her! The service man did a great job as well. Loved the conversation with the staff.

I can t comment on the quality of their work since I have had no luck getting a call back. I called the number listed on their website on three different occasions and get a recording asking me to press 1 for auto glass. It rings once or twice and I get a second recording telling me that the person at extension 1106 is unavailable and to leave a message and someone will get back to me. Well needless to say that has not happened and it s been two weeks and three messages. The one time someone (female) finally answered the telephone put me on hold so long I had to hang up to go back to work. So I tried one last time today and left yet another message. I decided to call another glass company and was given a recommendation from them because they are booked out for a few weeks (but still had time to answer their telephone) to call Millennium Glass. I just hung up with Millennium Glass and they will have somebody here (at my job) to do my repair tomorrow. My recommendation would be if you are so busy you don t need additional work at least have the decency to call a potential customer back.

They did an awesome job quality very experienced professional highly recommend they put in a break proof glass for the screen door the tech was awesome very knowledgeable very polite knew what he was doing he did a great job

Over the years and many vehicles later ive always been sure of one thing and that is whenever or whatever my glass issues may be i could always count on go glass to come to the rescue and save the day there professional curious and when i come to auto glass trust me when i tell you they know there s..t!!!

Never kept appointment times. Installed a $3000 shower door. Did not fit correctly and still does not 3 months later. Seem to not care.
