First experience with the service department today. They were able to get me in promptly and were able to diagnose the problem with my Jeep, order parts and will get it fixed when the parts arrive in a day or two. My service rep was Phil and he was very professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Couldn't be anymore pleased with my first Jeep purchase. From day one sales and service were extremely helpful in making my buying experience exceptional. I told Jeff Fredrick exactly what I wanted and what I needed to spend. Working hard he found the perfect match for me. The day I first seen it I was little iffy but after detail worked their magic it looked brand new and my eyes lit up! The day the papers were signed I can't thank Matt enough for doing the paperwork and getting everything straight in a chip chop fashion, in and out. Also can't thank Don enough who took the time to explain my service contract purchase and what it involved, giving me a better understanding of what I was purchasing. But last but not least thank you Phill in the service department who took the time to enable my three months free subscription for SXM radio, "Because I'm needed", even though it was late in the evening passed closing for service. Needless to say if you want a Wonderfull, pleasant and easy vehicle purchase experience, with friendly service and sales personnel this is the dealership for you. Best experience by far with purchasing a vehicle. Thank you !!!!

Have to say, this was my first visit with your dealer and you have earned a lifetime customer. Had an issue with my transmission on my truck, and you guys diagnosed it, repaired it and did an alignment within 2 days! Hands down awesome service, from the service writer to the technician who had beyond perfect documentation, great job all the way around!

The recent experience with the repair of my vehicle was absolutely outstanding. I had went in for an oil change previously and a leak was detected by the service technician. I brought my vehicle back in for the repair and was given a loaner car for a day while the service was done. My service advisor Jennifer was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and understanding throughout my service experience! My vehicle was returned fully repaired and inspected thoroughly to my complete satisfaction. I only wish that they had a way of washing the exterior of the vehicle before returning it to the customer. Otherwise, I highly recommend Fred Fredrick Service!

Headlight bulb on my daughter s 19 Compass went out. Due to the fact that I have tremors, I was unable to put a new bulb in without breaking it. Called Fred Frederick and spoke to Russel. He told me to bring it right over and they would take care of it. I did exactly that. Russel had it completed and the keys back to me in just a few minutes .and NO CHARGE! This is rare in 2023, but once in a while you come across good people and good dealerships. I consider myself lucky to have found Fred Frederick and Russel! They will continue to get all of my business even though they are not the closest dealer to me.

After avoiding this Dealership for several years, I heard they had made some changes and replaced their lazy employees with ones that actually care about their customers! Before I was told I needed to make an appointment just to get a fuse put in ( I ended up doing it myself on their parking lot in less than 5 minutes ) today they called me about an air filter I was waiting for and put it on within the hour! What a difference! So if you thought their service department sucked before, give them another chance! Thanks Fred Frederick! I will be returning!

I had my 2022 Ram 1500 serviced today, and not only was the service great, later that day I received this elaborate graphical Multi-point inspection sheet showing the detailed layout of my truck and all of the items that were checked. That, is high tech, top shelf customer service in my opinion.

Arrived for my first Service appointment, an oil change and tire rotation under the Jeep Wave program. It went as scheduled and everyone at the dealership was pleasant and polite. I mentioned that my vehicle wandered. There was a lot of play in the steering wheel. The service manager took it for a ride and confirmed my assessment. New parts were ordered, and an appointment was made to replace the steering box under warranty. I was pleased, with the immediate response and professionalism. I'm sure when the work is done my Wrangler will handle reasonably. I highly recommend this Service department to anyone needing inspection, maintenance, or mechanical work completed on their vehicle.Had the steering box replaced. It took a day to complete. The Wrangler now steers as well as a two door Wrangler can. Well done!

We had the best experience shopping for a new truck at Fred Frederick!Gary was incredibly knowledgable of all of the trucks on the lot and the ins and outs of each. Walked the vehicle we were interested in with us and pointed out every little detail and addition in the included packages. Extremely personable and hospitable during the entire buying process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to him if you are looking for a new Ram truck.The management and financing department were so friendly and worked with us to make the process one of the easiest ones I have ever gone through. John and Don were quick and efficient during the entire process while also making sure everything was covered and we were happy with the purchase.We couldn't be happier with the experience we had with the team at Fred Frederick and would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Everyone on the staff was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and patient. The team was very easy to deal with. Don Webb & Matt Hughlett were able to answer any questions I had and help build me a vehicle I wanted. They were very responsive to any inquires I had throughout the whole process before, during and after. Zach Hall was my product specialist and was very good in teaching me all of the numerous buttons, functions and features in my new Ram.

I don't normally leave reviews but today I am. Spoke with salesman this morning to confirm they had a vehicle in stock. He told me they did, and they just got it off the truck and that it needed to go through inspection before I could look at it. I was fine with that, set up appointment to come look and purchase the van at 11:30am - 12:00. I get a call 20 min. before I arrive to the dealership for my APPOINTMENT for them to tell me that they sold it out from under me. Extremely unprofessional, and inconsiderate of buying customer s time. The manager did call me back to apologize and offered me nothing to help my situation.

I have never had the ability to finalize a purchase at this dealership, but the service department stands out as my choice for my new vehicle. Always efficient and honest about work performed. If they get something wrong, they are quick to make it right. Jennifer provides exceptional customer service.

I took my vehicle in for scheduled service, including an oil change and service to my AWD. I confirmed with reception in service department my appointment, asking that mechanic pay close attention to service light (s) on my dashboard.All seemed alright until it was time to pick up and drive off the lot as service light(s) were still on. My husband called the service department to explain the issue. Then, we took the vehicle back for a diagnostic check.Disappointed that we had to bring the vehicle back. However, they did not charge me for the diagnostic check and the fix was very minimal in cost. The mechanic who followed up with us, did all he could to help resolve the issue at hand. I wish I could remember his name but he was professional, courteous and displayed great customer service.

I've had 2 of my Jeeps serviced here, both times the service/parts department have been great. I've had warranty transmission work and 2 mopar lift kits installed on a JK unlimited and a mopar lift installed a Gladiator. Work has been done quickly and I've had zero issues or complaints with service I've received. Very reasonable price for lift/install to keep the factory warranty.

Fred Frederick has an excellent service department. We have two vehicles that we purchased there and we use them consistently for service and routine maintenance. Just had our (low mileage) 2010 Journey serviced there and it runs like a new car.

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in recently for an oil change and inspection. I dropped my Jeep off the night before, and it was done by 10am the next day. The called me promptly and let me know it was done, and were very accommodating when I said I wanted to pick it up the next day. I was able to pay over the phone to avoid having to go in the office. The gentleman I spoke with in the shop was very nice and helpful. Plus the service was cheaper than the shop I usually take it to! Highly recommend!

No rating I would not recommend for service.I scheduled an routine oil change balance and rotate tires. The check engine light and the replace tag lights alert was present. I had a coupon for a $30 something oil change free point ck etc I requested the maintenance point check service to be sure all was good as I was planning to drive a good distance soon.I also have a MOPAR $4K warranty plan that entitles certain free/discounted services. TheRep advised he may not be able to honor my plan (even though the plan stipulates if not dealer where purchased ANY dealer is authorized).At pick-up I was given a spiel about only x amt of oil being covered w coupon and my vehicle needed more okay He tried to give a slight discount .okayThen I asked about the engine light and tag lights Engine light went off but the tech mentioned I might need a radiator? But they didn t see tag light alert. (It comes on every time you start the car)Fast fwd engine light is still on tag light replacement alert still on. Ph service and was told I probably need to replace the radiator? How much does that cost? He will look it up and call me back?In the interim went to AutoZone very nice guys there. Did a ck and gave me a printout to replace the THERMOSTAT. They also replaced the tag lights. Called bk Fred Frederick service and the guy I spoke to called out .was not available.Clerk put me on w Russel that took my info and req for quote stated he d ph me bk on Monday (this is Friday and my service was the Saturday before).In short, never got a call bk from this dealership!Later discovered that tires were rotated improperly. The two front tires are now on the right side and the two rear tires are on the left side! What happened to swapping front to bk and bk to front? Idk?Poor service but I am glad they didn t call or I never would have made it to Bayside Annapolis.Great service they researched and applied my warranty and replaced the thermostat. Called after service for follow up.Everyone is short staffed over worked and under paid these days we all havesituations but decent CS is still a must.

Jennifer was amazing! I called her explaining my situation, I arranged to have the car towed to the service department. The service team looked at the car the same day and had it fixed and ready to be picked up the very next day. Everything went very smoothly. Thank you for all your help!

It has been a long time since I purchased a vehicle and had a dealership stand behind everything they promised. First I will say we got an excellent deal. They worked to get us the best deal. We did have some issues with the salesman and paperwork. We contacted Mr. Frederick and he went above and beyond to make sure he addressed every one of our issues to our complete satisfaction. He even went beyond and replaced a part that he felt wasn't going to last. My vehicle was picked up and returned to me by them. They even gave me a car to use while they had mine. All of these things were done after the sale. It was stated to me that they stand behind what they sell and customer service. I will say THEY MOST CERTAINLY DO!! I am so pleased and impressed with this dealership.

I have bought 5 Jeeps from this dealership over the years and have felt that I have been treated well . They have bent over backwards to get me the vehicle I wanted within the price range I was comfortable with.I have never felt pressured into a sale. I also have always taken my vehicles to the dealership for service and have been very satisfied with the service and with the ease in getting an appointment scheduled. Everyone I have dealt with from the service people to the salesmen have made every visit a pleasant experience.

I have owned my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee since August of 2021. I ve visited the service dept here at Fred Frederick in Easton, MD a few times now. I had to buy some JEEP floor mats, oil changes of course, air in tires, inquiring about buying new tires, and most recently for a small evap leak which caused the check engine light to come on!!!The staff here are AMAZING!!! They have accommodated me immediately even when I didn t have an appt!!! I even popped in early one Saturday morning!! Very helpful, efficient, and friendly employees!! ALL OF THEM!! Incredibly informative and I believe them to be honest!!! My evap leak was covered under emissions which meant I didn t pay for them to repair it!!! She easily could ve lied and I wouldn t have known one way or another!! They fixed it right then and there for me on the spot so I didn t have to drive around with my check engine light on!!! I am very impressed EVERY TIME I COME HERE!!!Thank you kindly to my friends at Fred Frederick in Easton!!! My Jeep will ONLY be seen by your staff for as long as I own it!!! I know I m in good hands!! YOU GUYS NAIL IT AND NEVER LET ME DOWN!!!

Just went for my first service appointment. I had questions about a used jeep the girlfriend bought up the street but they refused to address any problems we found. The service tech looked up the vehicle by vin to see if the manufacturer warranty was still good, or if any extended warranties were bought. They weren't, but I realize he was not obligated to do any of that. I appreciate it! It's the little things like that, that build lifetime customers. The dealer up the street should take notes, I'd be driving a Silverado now.if they had.

I rely on Fred Frederick to service my Dodge mini-van but had never purchased from this dealership before. This was an excellent buyer experience. My son was in desperate need of a new vehicle. The Honda was on its last mile. He spent some time shopping around and received a not so nice quote from an Dodge dealer on the Western Shore before coming to Fred Frederick. Knowing the quality of service that we receive at Fred Frederick, we suggested a trip there. We were on the defense until Charlie Wallace met us on the lot. He is a no bull kind of salesman who was genuinely interested in my son's needs. I have purchased lots of cars and miles and even though this car was not for me this was one of the smoothest, nicest car buying experiences that I have ever had. Thank you Charlie for making his first car buy the best! We will be back when my youngest is ready and I promise the trade in won't be on a tow truck. :-)

Took test drive with Jason...very informative. Two weeks later asked (via email) Jason to provide a purchase price. He responded via a phone call. The price was better than prices I researched and received from other dealers. I agreed to purchase the Jeep for the price quoted. There was no attempt made by either Jason or John to change the quoted price or to add items to the price. There was NO processing fee. Just the quoted purchase price plus the tax and tags. We agreed to complete the deal in two days when I would pick up the vehicle and sign the paperwork. When I arrived two days later, all the paperwork (as agreed upon) was ready and the Jeep was ready. The whole process was efficiently and professionally done.
