I had the misfortune of hitting a deer. The damage to my car was more than initially shown. From receptionist to all Shop personnel I only have high praise. They were professional, courteous, and dedicated to restoring my vehicle to the condition it originally was. They did not disappoint. I would not hesitate to trust them with the repairs of anything I owned.

Nicole who works there goes above and beyond. Was incredibly helpful over the phone, quickly answered all my worrisome questions about the process, and even took my car keys for me before as she opened for the day so I wouldn't have to drop off in the box or fill the little informational envelope.Now, I'm not saying everyone should expect this, it was an above and beyond thing. But I'm mentioning it because it's rare to witness someone who seems to genuinely care.I've yet to receive my car back, but I'm preemptively writing this review in faith that there will be no issues whatsoever. If there are, I'll update you all. Though I doubt there will be any remediation to this. She really left a fantastic impression that disarms anxiety about the whole situation.

The crew at Caliber Collision is extremely nice! Everyone was super helpful with any questions I had and they kept me updated every step of the way. I loved that they texted me with updates and I had an idea of when I would be getting my vehicle back. Once I got it back, it looked great! No sign of damage from my hit and run at all. 10/10 recommend anyone who needs body repair work to go to Caliber Collision!

This is our second experience with this shop. They handled the insurance paperwork behind the scenes and made the repair promptly. The car came back in almost "like new" condition. It was a fairly simple repair though, replacement of a bumper and some trim, resulting from running over an object in the road at night. I had the best service at Caliber! They kept me updated through the entire process especially with some supply chain issues. When I picked my car up after the repairs, it looked beautiful. Not only did they have it repaired, it was clean and smelled great inside..lol. Nicole and Matt went above and beyond with customer service. Go here whenever you need collision repair! They were very knowledgeable, up front and honest about everything during my vehicle repair process. My insurance company did not communicate very well with me at all and had me very confused at times, but it was such a relief how helpful caliber was. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating- they even made arrangements so I could drop my car off when they were right about to close so that I could get over there l and not have to adjust my work hours which in my opinion was above and beyond expectation! Wish I didn't have to use them :-P however unexpected things do happen and I wouldn't have chosen anyone else to fix my car. Everything was done quick and professionally. I wasn't wondering when or what else needed to be done because I received either a text or call daily with updates. Sucks to need them, but great to use! Lol. Brought my car here after being hit while parked by an uninsured motorist. They've been absolutely amazing. Worked with me and my schedule, making sure I understood everything that was going on and that was going to happen. Even helped me work with my insurance company. The woman at the front desk is super kind and just amazing at her job. They update me every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday about the progress of my car too! Couldn't ask for anything more!

Excellent job on repair work and great communication throughout the process with text messages multiple days per week, until the car was not completed by the expected completion date. This group of inviduals are so AMAZING!!! When my car was hit by a deer , I was brought in immediately. During this time, due to COVID-19 parts were hard to come by, and still are, even with these constraints the car was fixed quickly and the work exceptional. I was kept notified over the progress, further not one headache when it came to insurance they handled it ALL. When you walk in you are greeted with smiles but behind that each and everyone is a professional who knows their job. You can not be in better hands!

I will NEVER use this shop again., Estimate was underbid by $200, and then another $200 was added when they broke some parts and made me (my insurance company) pay for their error. Personnel to complete the work were not available at the first appointment, they did the work on the second, but needed a third one to repair what they broke on the second. At best, the whole process was misleading.

The customer service is impeccable. They did body work on my car and you could not even tell that anything had been done to my car. The paint was a perfect match. They kept me abreast of the status of my car by way of text messages. They took a bad experience and made it bearable to get through.
