I had the absolute best buying experience ever. I was looking for a new KTM. I live in NJ and always have trouble finding a dealer that is willing to work along with me to make a purchase. I found B&E Motorsports, which is over 2 hours away. I made contact with Bob at the dealership. With in a few minutes we were able to make a deal on a new bike. It is now in my garage and I could not be happier. Well worth the trip. Will continue to go back there in the future. Awesome experience...

I've been dealing with Bob for a while now, in the beginning he spent countless hours on the phone with me for some miscellaneous parts without giving any attitude. He fully rebuilt my friends 2 stroke at the best rate I've seen around and the highest quality. I bought my first bike from him today and the process was not only painless but easy and exciting. Best experience from a shop I've had ever and I'm a tech. Thanks Bob and team!

This dealership really is a cut above. I've been to a lot of dealerships and many were excellent, but my dealings with B&E have been the best I've experienced. Months ago I wandered onto the showroom off the street saying I wanted a bike that hadn't even come out yet. Bob went out of his way to get me the exact one I wanted, the exact way I wanted, as soon as it was available for sale in the U.S. Not only that but Bob and his staff are always helpful, expertly knowledgeable of their products, and deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor. I'm happy to call myself a customer of B&E and look forward to more purchases and services with these guys.

I was there for motorcycle service and could not have had a better experience. This place is definitely worth the drive to eastern shore. Unlike many other places which struggle to hire good mechanics and are revolving door, at B&E the owner is directly involved with your machine and rides himself. That to me is priceless. Also, prices are as low as I ve ever seen, so while waiting on my machine, I had to restrain myself from pulling a trigger on something newer. Great value low key shop ran by good people, a hidden gem of a dealership.

I purchased a 2024 KTM 250 SX from Bob yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. The credit app was approved on a monday , a day they were closed. I changed my mind from a 125SX to a 250SX with no issue at all. My bike was assembled and ready for delivery the day before I scheduled pick up. When I got there the paperwork was so fast and easy , pretty much in and out. Bob went over everything I needed to know about my new bike. He even loaded my new bike in my truck for me personally! A 5 star experience over and over! The owner Bob is very knowledgeable and an all over nice guy. I highly recommend B&E Motorsports for any motocross needs. I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks again guys.

I have tried to buy a bike at this place for the last 2 weeks. Both times I arrived during posted business hours they were closed with no sign/indication why. I called ahead and there was no machine message indicating they would be closed like they have other times when they were closed for training. At this time I would much rather drive 4 hrs for a purchase rather than give this location my business. This is not a bar that you can just close when business is slow, you are in the business of sales and you should act like it.

Abouslty 5 star place Bob is excellent at what he does he use to work on my yz125 now works on my yz250f no one else is allowed to lol I have no worry when I drop my bike off cause I know it's in great care and always is done on time or before a friendly atmosphere were u get to talk to both the owner and tech as Bob is both we are very lucky to have a place like this for are repairs! The prices are more then fair I will always come back!!

I went to Bob thinking I was going to buy a certain KTM motorcycle model. Bob pointed me instead to a model that he thought would better suit me. He could not have been more right and I could not be more pleased. Bob's experience, expertise, customer service and communication are on point.I am a new rider and feel lucky to have met Bob, and B and E Motorsports. I am enjoying the sport and I think a lot of it is thanks to Bob and my experience at B and E Motorsports. I definitely recommend him/them to anyone.

Had a great experience buying a new bike from Bob at B&E! He spent a long time going over the bike with me to answer all my questions and followed up later to make sure things were going well. I could tell he was genuinely interested in establishing an ongoing relationship rather than just moving a product.

Wow. All I got to say. Six stars if I could. From the jump, Bob and his crew took care of me. I called B&E, during hours they weren't even open, and a friendly voice answer the phone and offered me a repair time on my damaged motorcycle quite literally WEEKS faster than any other shop within a 60-mile vicinity of Baltimore City. I had my bike towed, sight unseen, to B&E to get repaired for crash damage, and several warranty recalls. During that time, I spoke with Bob and his mechanics probably 5 or 10 times, going over the gory details of what to do and how to do it with regards to my bike, the insurance, which upgrades to perform, how to have them set up, and his entire team spoke with confident proficiency. They expertly guided me every step of the way, following through even with the most finite minutiae. Bob even routinely answered his phone after and before posted business hours. When I got my bike back, literally a week before the other four shops in the area said they could even look at it, the work was done immaculately. All I can say is, it's worth the 75 minute ride from Baltimore to go to this shop for whatever.. For all routine service, repair work, WHATEVER, concerning my KTM, or any other bike I might be riding. He really knocked this one out the park. There's a reason he has nothing but almost all five star reviews.Thanks, guys!! I'm sure I'll be back soon!

I reached out to B & E Motorsports in the blind via their website to arrange for a pre-purchase inspection for a boat I was thinking of buying from a private seller in Greensboro, MD. I found B & E Motorsports on Yamaha's Dealer locator webpage. I didn't know anything about B & E or Bob Michael before my pre-purchase inspection but I received excellent, professional service there. They completed the inspection within a day and provided a detailed, written report. Bob could have charged me an arm and a leg because I live out of state but his pricing was very reasonable in terms of the inspection. I only communicated with Bob by email but he provided outstanding customer service throughout the whole process. I would do business with B & E Motorsports again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend them to anyone. Just ask for Bob!

I recently bought a new bike from B&E. My experience was very positive. Bob held the bike for me with a deposit, because I wasn't able to pick it up for a week and a half. Truthfully, the process could not have gone any smoother. Almost immediately upon taking deposit, the ad for the bike was removed from the website, ensuring no one else would call on it. When I arrived to pick up the bike, all the paperwork was filled out. All i had to do was hand over the check and load the bike. Simple as that. It was a very open and honest transaction. On top of that, B&E has extremely competitive prices. I would go back in a heartbeat if I needed another bike.

This place is staff full of nice people. After visiting to purchase a motorcycle helmet, I found they also carry more than motorcycles, dirt bikes and 4-wheelers. Also, they are great with getting the parts you need and doing repairs.Due to an incident affecting the entire block of businesses, I was able to meet the entire staff. If you like genuine people, this is the place.

Best dealer experience I have ever had. Bob is super knowledgeable and helpful. It is fun to deal directly with the owner and work with someone who is passionate about motorcycles. It doesn't hurt that he has the best prices on KTM's as well!Can't says enough good things. You won't be disappointed.

Since buying my first bike (350SXF) from B&E Motorsports 4 years ago I continue to go back for all my service, parts and accessory needs. As a matter of fact, I haven't bought anything from another dealer in over five years as the prices at B&E are always fair if not better then any competitor. This service and fair pricing lead to me to buy my dirt bike from B&E a couple years ago. Bob, the owner, even set up my dirt bike, as well as my friend's bikes, for an adventure ride in Montana. Service is always great and Bob is continuously helpful for any questions I have. The showroom was recently renovated and looks incredible. If you have not been to B&E Motorsports you need to stop in there and say hi to Bob and check out his extensive inventory.

Your not going to find a better shop than B & E!! Bob is as good as it gets!! At just over an hour away we make it work I am thankful, to have his help when I need it!! The word is getting out too.. Go see him..

Cant say enough about B & E Motorsports, the shop is ran by a enthusiast who races, rides and works on bikes, watercraft and wants to help you get going again old or new. Reminds me of how local shops used to be, this is one I like to support and in turn does just as much to help its customers out. Thanks again Bob.

B&E is as solid as it gets in moto sorts. I got a very fair deal on a nearly new bike from them. I picked it up on my way to a race. The bike I was racing (not the one I was actually buying) broke the kickstand spring on the way. The owner pulled the spring off his personal bike... Good example of how the whole transaction went. Very knowledgeable, very fair, zero pretension and just an all around good experience. Too bad more shops aren't like this one. I will travel the extra distance to deal with Bob and B&E Motorsports in the future.

Great help and advice from the guys there, whether choosing a new bike or accessorizing your current bike. Very knowledgeable riders as well, and great inventory of bikes and parts in the KTM line to choose from. Great KTM store!
