I stopped to get some throttle body cleaner, and a shift linkage bushing kit for my newly purchased 2006 Chevy Trail Blazer and was helped by Eric Wilson (Mgr ?). He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed and went and got it for me. I also asked him about my check engine light. He gave me the testing kit, I went out took the reading and he explained what my issues were. He then went on to offer suggestions on how I could probably resolve these several issues myself. What great service !!!! All this and professionalism and courtesy too. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Auto Zone.Down to Easton from NJ and stopped by for some advice. I was helped by a middle-aged gentleman (missed his name)who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice store with just about any automotive product you could need. The selection of products is huge but I go mostly for the advice, suggestions and recommendations. Highly recommend.

They were very helpful. Had to get new wipers blades, they showed me where they were and didn't try to talk me into buying the most.expenaive one. They also had someone able to put them on for me.

Cheyenne did a phenomenal job with assisting me with my purchase. She knew exactly what I need and ensured that I was taken care of properly. She is a phenomenal employee!! As a manger, she took care of all of my needs to make sure that I had the proper tools to have car running as properly as possible. She is a wonderful manager and I look forward to her services and leadership going forward.

Came here to grab a few things and ran into an employee named Mark. He talked to me like I'm an idiot, most likely because I'm a woman. Didn't answer my original question because he was too busy being condescending. The other employees were very friendly.

Mark helped me tremendously with his kindness and knowledge when I had battery issues, I felt comfortable with his recommendations being in my best interest through conversations and I would recommend this autozone location to others.know some reviews can be overdone or whatever but, I recently moved here and Mark made me feel ok about asking simple car questions truly. Awesome service and exactly what was needed in stock. Eric W. was beyond polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Changed both headlights out for me quicker than I could even pop the hood. Someone give this guy a raise, bonus, award- his professionalism and the kindness with which he carries himself make him a valuable asset to your team and brand.

Sunday January 7, 2024 @ 11:40 am. Called and was put on hold 2 times for over 5 mins each time. 3rd time I called, girl wanted to put me on hold again and I said no! Told her, I just needed her to look up a part. She told me she had customers in store she needed to help and then hung up on me! Not cool! Will be complaining to management on this employee.

Very impressive inventory. Staff was maybe a bit overworked, but extremely reddy to help when free to do so. For most doit yourself folks. They are a worthy place to start. Could not ask for much more too be honest.

Good part was they had the battery I suddenly needed for my Corolla and installed it free. Cheerful staff. I would have given five stars, but I had to wait 90 minutes for someone to do the 5 minute install. There were very few customers but manager insisted on keeping both registers open.

I had a serpentine belt go out on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and thought it to be a 15-20min job to purchase and replace myself. I ran into some trouble and needed more assistance than I originally planned and the store manager Eric along with associates Chris, Robert, and Lorenzo were there to provide their wonderful service. After about an hour of finding the right parts that was needed for the job along with the tools my Jeep was up and running again in no time and I owe it all to the help of those gentlemen. I thank ya ll very much and really apricated it. All around the place was quite grand, I would recommend and come back.

The staff were friendly but knew nothing about auto parts but I'm ok with that but the odd part was the part I needed with the right part number was wrong in the box. She went back and pulled another one and it was wrong as well. Drove 40 mins and it was wrong .

Service is terrible. Purchased a part didn't need few days ago. Wait in line was long but I waited. Went to return the part, again long wait in line. Two people helping customers, but at least 5 employees were their. As I waited 2 people set the product they wanted to purchase down and left. Another customer yelled " you need help in front." Finally assistant manager came, things started to move. Again I was their to return something, she asked for my receipt, I had it. Showed her receipt and part. She commented," you tour it out of the package, " I commented " no, it was torn out when I purchased it. So for now on I won't be excepting any parts where package has already been ripped open before I purchase. Will also be going to advance auto parts. Their are more of them around me anyway. I chose auto zone because of convenience at the time.

Manager has attitude.Gave me bad advice. Won't help out. Thankful this happen or could have messed up my car. Store has big turn over. Went to advance auto took care of me. Was told no way I could have fix my car doing the way doing it the way at AZ. Explain to me what was going on in detail. Suggested I see my mechanic. So I called he agreed. Got an appt soon Problem will be solved.

This place is a hit or miss, sometimes I go in and get good service and often almost to often they don't recognize who is paying who and who was there first as far as waiting they don't usually ask they assume the person closest to them wherever they are standing was there first. There has been many times where I needed items behind the counter and just checked out with what I had in hand just went home and a little amazon shopping got a better deal anyways.

Went there to have my alternator checked and they said it was just a low battery 20 minutes down the road my alternator stop working and we were stranded on the side of the road in Maryland with all my kids for 2 days

If you plan on a quick trip you will be disappointed by the customer service. They won't greet you, won't be helpful with any of your questions and will ignore you if you are waiting at the empty registers. The exception to this is the commercial people. They are knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

I was amazed at the level of customer service and awesome customer experience delivered by Chris on Friday July 29th, late evening and in the pouring rain! I went to Auto Zone on Dover St. Easton to have the battery replaced in my 2011 Infiniti. Changing the battery is no easy feat as it is buried back by the firewall with almost no clearance to get tools or fingers in. Chris patiently removed all of the protective covers, rivets and rubber tubing to get the battery out. Then it starts pouring down raining and he takes a brief break under the canopy to regroup and then pushes forward despite the rain to get my new battery installed. I would give 10 stars if it were possible as Chris went above, beyond and exceeded all of my expectations! Car is running great now and Auto Zone has me as a life long customer because if Chris.

They always seem to be understaffed although there's often many members of their staff around. Manager (Adam) was terrible and had to ask a non manager how to do things. Also, he was confrontational and aggressive. It seems that there's never more than two people serving customers. The phone rings off the hook and no one seems to care. I've gone there for years but I think I'm going to stop. A friend of mine has almost entirely stopped. I would recommend people do the same. Going through last year's receipts and found that I spent thousands of dollars on auto parts last year alone. The staff for the most part is knowledgeable and friendly.

I would like to commend Dylan of the Easton, MD Auto Zone for his great customer service. He helped my husband and I install a new car battery when our old one gave out during an outing in town. Even though this required him to stand in the sleet and snow while working on the car, he was cheerful, friendly and professional. It was obvious to us that he enjoys his job, his co-workers and customers. He made what could have been an awful experience into a very enjoyable one. Thank you, Dylan!

Kinda small, but does the trick for cheaper aftermarket parts. Not as big of a selection as Pep boys. Better prices then Advanced Auto that's across the street it seems. Staff are pleasant.

The new store in Denton by the Walmart it's clean of course it's a new store all the parts that I've gone in there and ask for they've had on him and I didn't have to order it and wait for it the people in the store take the time to help try and help you and very clean very presentable everything is easy fine easily marked have a wide variety of items and parts for your vehicles
