Honest, competent, and trustworthy shop! I will come here for all my car needs in MD. Kenny at the service desk was very helpful and I could not be more impressed with how straightforward the process was with them. No gimmicks and a staff that really knows what they are doing. A rare find!

I scheduled an appointment online for new tires and had chosen a time to get them mounted. I dropped my truck off a little before 1 and it was ready by 3:30. They did an exceptional job and Kenny was so kind and helpful. A few days later I noticed the alignment was a little off and I called and they got me in quick and took care of everything. It wasn t a huge deal but they were so kind and apologetic and got me in and out in under an hour. As a person who is picky on who works on my truck I will gladly recommend Mr Tire in Dunkirk MD!

Took my Toyota Camry to Mr tire and $130 later it was supposed to be aligned but that wasn t the case I found out about this because when I took my Toyota Camry to the Toyota dealership literally 5 days after I got the alignment to get a routine oil change I was told my vehicle isn t aligned. Don t take your vehicle to Mr tire.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Mr. Tire that left me feeling disrespected and appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager and staff.Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by an employee who seemed disinterested and unhelpful. However, what truly shocked me was witnessing the manager openly berating and calling one of the employees "stupid" in front of other customers. This behavior was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable.As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and I believe the same should apply to the employees. No one deserves to be subjected to such derogatory language, especially in a professional setting. It is not only damaging to the employee's morale but also reflects poorly on the company as a whole.Furthermore, this incident raises concerns about the overall work environment at Mr. Tire. If the manager feels comfortable openly insulting and demeaning their own staff, it begs the question of how they treat their customers behind closed doors. It is clear that there is a lack of proper management and training in place to ensure a respectful and positive atmosphere.I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider patronizing Mr. Tire until they address these issues and implement appropriate measures to ensure a respectful and professional environment for both employees and customers. No one should have to endure such disrespectful treatment, and it is crucial that businesses hold themselves to a higher standard of conduct.In conclusion, my experience at Mr. Tire was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the manager and the disrespectful treatment of their employees. I hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these issues and create a more respectful and inclusive environment for all.

Had a slow leak in my tires. Took my car there around 1 pm and they had it patched and ready by 4:30. I ve always gone to the Dunkirk location when I ve needed tires and have always had a wonderful experience. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

As a former Employee of Mr Tire, Ken was very unprofessional and condescending to both staff and customers (based off of other reviews; myself included). Very unorganized in the back. Hopping from car to car made it very difficult work for. I could be in the middle of 4 tires on a vehicle, only to be told to do another job when the four tires that arrived earlier doesn't get completed until AFTER the new task he assigns. Allows and Mounts used tires against company policy, works people off the clock, and does not provide critical feedback. Instead of being cordial, i was met with a very unprofessional and unethical manager with NO MANAGEMENT skills. He Is considered a boss, not a manager. Shows lack of concern for his staff members or how they feel. He is more concerned for his bonus. Additionally, he had me make him PERSONAL RUNS of ALCOHOL on the clock none the less at least two to three times per week. Also deceiving to customers about their services including aligmments for nearly every vehicle that sets foot in the shop. Very unpleasant environment to work for. Will never be returning here

Meh. Was traveling out of town and spouse had a nail in the tire on a Saturday. Called these guys because they promised to patch the flat on Sunday (and nobody else is open on a Sunday) so I had the car towed there so spouse could get to work on Monday.Naturally, come Sunday, they didn t repair the flat or even look at the car.Then they looked at the car on Monday and told me the flat couldn t be repaired because the nail was in the sidewall, so we had to buy TWO new tires for north of $700. If that was true, fine, but I told them to put the old tires in the car so I could verify what they told me. They said they would put the old tires in the car.Took four days total to get the tires on.No old tires were put in the car. Feels like not only did they hold my car hostage for three extra days and all the inconvenience that brings, but they lied about the nail in the tire to juice me for $700+ instead of just repairing the tire for $25.Avoid this joint. Questionable ethics & won t do work on the promised timeline.

I have been coming at the shop for more than a year now. Never had problem with service or the previous front desk associate but whoever brought this new store associate needs to send him back to the store where he was. Not sure why the 2 previous front desk / managers left but, the guy here as of now needs to learn manners and how to talk to people. Especially manage his emotions and not to raise his voice at customers. Such a poor display of professionalism and maturity. Let him do that at his store not at this one.

I had the low tire pressure light go on when I was out of state from home. My cousin recommended Mr. Tire in Dunkirk, MD. The were kind, considerate, and concerned for my safety. After checking over the tires they found one tire low on air. They filled it up and checked the tire thoroughly. Nothing was wrong with the tire. I was sent on my way happily and feeling relieved without any charge. All the employees are kind and helpful. Scott took care of making sure I had an appointment as soon as possible.

I realized that I had a screw in my tire late afternoon today. Mr. Tire in Dunkirk was able to get me in within 15 minutes and patch the tire quickly and at a fair price. I highly recommend this shop!

This team is amazing. I went to a different auto shop in the area and they quoted me $2400 for three different services. I went to Mr. Tire in Dunkirk and asked them to check those same three items and they told me I only needed one of the three, costing me only $200. They had the opportunity to take advantage of me on all three items and didn't, which is the sign of an amazing group. I really appreciate their honesty and help.

This location is a hidden gem. Please do call in to schedule an appointment, as they do have limited staff. They will work with you, especially when you bring a positive attitude. Shout out to Matthew G. For the five star service!

Whoever handles the electronic communication worked with me to find a suitable appointment quickly and professionally. Convenient location made it possible for me to drop my car off early in hopes they would be able to get to it sooner. Drop off was quick and easy. They managed to get to my repair hours earlier than scheduled; While working they discovered an unexpected problem - (my anticipated $40 visit turned into a $400 adventure). No one likes costly surprises and no employee wants to be the one to deliver the news to a customer but the staff was amazing - I was contact immediately, was provided a full explanation of the issue and given the option to have it resolved same day as well! Customer service and professionalism are difficult to come by but the staff here has nailed it. Thank you all.11 months later:I had a tire blow out on my way to work - crummy way to start the day. Thanks to their convenient location and awesome customer service I was able to walk to my office while the crew replaced my tire; they had me back in business before lunch - talk about efficient! No missed time from work!! I had the pleasure of working with, Dave, who I discovered is very dedicated to supporting the local community. He provides employees of neighboring businesses some incredible money saving offers and services in addition to the convenience of their location and speedy assistance. What more could you ask for?! Thanks for saving me again guys - I am definitely proud to be a Mr. Tire of Dunkirk customer.

I have been going to Mr. Tire in Dunkirk for several years now and have had great service. I had a flat tire the other evening and knew that I would probably need 4 new tires because the person who provided roadside assistance said that most likely a sharp object made a slash in the tire and it wouldn't be able to be fixed. Around 11 pm that night, I made an online appointment for 1 pm the next day at Mr. Tire which was very convenient. When I arrived, I was greeted by Madeline who was so friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all of my options, reviewed the printed sheet with the information from my last set of tires that I purchased at Mr. Tire, and I made a decision that I felt comfortable with. I also had an alignment done and Shane (I believe that was his name) was very thorough and made sure that the alignment was precise. While I waited, Madeline kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle. Numerous customers came and went and Madeline was just so pleasant and had a great rapport with everyone, not to mention she knows her stuff! Thank you Madeline and Shane for such a positive experience especially after a stressful unexpected situation! My car drives like it is brand new again thanks to the new tires and fantastic alignment!

I told the employees I would likely not write a review, but here I am for some reason. Are they just that good? Maybe so.I've just had my front tires replaced by this location; they were friendly and quick. As far as I can tell, none of my change is missing and my drivers-side seat remained in its original setting -- so, all things considered, that's a plus.The reading material provided in their waiting area was solid. I learned while I waited. Win-win.Madeline was personable and accommodating, and the gentlemen who worked on my car managed to get me out the door in -- what I believe may quite likely be -- world record speeds.Overall, I would recommend for anyone in the area that 1.) needs tires and 2.) enjoys writing reviews.Cheers.

I came in on 3/5/20 with a nail in my tire, Madeline helped me. She was very informative and friendly. The 2 other people working that night we re also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the nail was in my sidewall and was going to have to be replaced but Madeleine asked me to check my warranty first as my car only has 46k miles on it before proceeding any further which I thought was really nice, she wasn t trying to charge me unnecessarily. My warranty did not cover road hazards so I called back 3/6/20 to schedule an appointment and talked to Donnie, he found the tire for my car so that was great so I will have matching tires! I would highly recommend Mr. Tire in Dunkirk.

I had a great experience with Madeline at Mr. Tire today. She was very friendly and gave me great customer service. I trust Mr. Tire In Dunkirk because they are honest, reasonably priced, and have helped me in the past when I was in a pinch due to a flat or my alternator failed. I will keep coming back and highly recommend their services to all of my friends and family.

Great experience at Mr. Tire today! The manager, Madeline was extremely nice and super patient. I needed 2 tires replaced that I already purchased and planned to use the old ones as tire swings for my kiddos. The mechanic who replaced my tires was very sweet and knew what the old tires were going to be used for so he made sure I knew there was exposed wiring so I should use caution with the kiddos. Im not 100% on his name but maybe Brad. Thank you both for the excellent service today. I truly appreciate it.

Madeline and her team were great! My oil change was completed professionally and timely. I was also sure that I needed new tires, but Madeline informed me that my tires were fine and I just needed an alignment and balancing. Not many businesses would pass up a $1200 sale when the customer was ready to purchase. That shows great integrity!

Brought my vehicle to Mr. Tire in Dunkirk Maryland due to one of my tires having a slow leak and blown reverse lights. While the car was being serviced I asked Kevin the manager to give the vehicle a safety inspection. They found a faulty tire pressure sensing valve, which they replaced, and also cleaned, inspected, and adjusted my rear brakes. All the work was done promptly and all repairs were described in detail for me prior to my approval for work. I have used their services before, and am glad I did again. Very trustworthy, efficient, and agreeable prices.

I went in for a leak in my front tire and ended up having to get a new tire since the nail did a lot of damage and was in the sidewall of the tire. Went ahead and replaced both front tires and I am 100% satisfied! My car rides so much smoother now. I m so happy with my experience with Mr. Tire in Dunkirk. The lady at the front desk was very nice and didn t push me at all as I told her I was on a budget. I highly recommend them, and will be returning soon for a full alignment!

I came in for brakes and rotors, I received amazing service and I was able to get in without an appointment. I mostly appreciated that I didn t have to wait all day in a mechanic shop waiting for my vehicle. Kevin was extremely helpful in letting me know what my vehicle may need fixed in the future without hassling me on services I may have more time on before repairs are needed. Will be returning!

Great service as always, friendly staff. Kevin in the office took great care to help and explain everything.*** Just wanted to submit an update to how awesome the customer service is in this particular Mr. Tire. Kind , courteous and prompt reliable service, what more could you ask for....and not feeling pressured to fix something immediately, but still getting all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
