Excellent customer service from Ms. Margie and Ms. Demetric G at the front and the mechanic, Mr. Vernon J who worked on my tire this evening. This location is being overridden due to the other nearest location being unable to perform their usual duties I could tell they were tired yet, they were nothing but kind and went above and beyond to make sure I got the service I came for. Thank you so much to them!!! I came in just over an hour before closing and they still took excellent care of me and remained very friendly and professional. I feel lucky to have been able to gotten my tire fixed tonight as I really needed this. You all rock. Special shout to Mr. Vernon J :-) Bless you, Sir!

I am giving them one star because I have to in order to leave comments . This place couldn't put air in my tire. FULL STOP ! Not going to rant about what happened, just know YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Came November 2022 for new tires. Ended up having to purchase online because the ones being advertised wasn t available in store. Go figure. I purchased warranty, came back today to get tire replaced due to nail and was told I have to purchase a new tire (because I purchased online) and I would be prorated. Absolutely not. I had to call corporate to get a new tire and the rep told me she ordered it but found out she never did. A warranty is a warranty for a reason. Honor it. And give the customer their appropriate paperwork. Luckily I keep receiptsUpdate a month later, I had to reorder a new tire, got tire replaced. They did prorate it but claim they couldn t put it on my card so they gave me my refund on a gift card smh. Never again.This is not towards the workers in the auto center. They really tried their best. However, overall, it just was not a good experience and I will never order tires from here again. Or if I do, I just won t get the warranty

Customer service is extremely poor. The one older lady has an attitude problem and I just wanted to ask her questions about services. She was snappy. I was trying to be nice but she just wanted to be nasty. The mechanics are great but this lady is awful

The line was long but they put my 4 new tires on in less than hour. I was very satisfied with time and customer service.

Very very slow service you'll be waiting 2 plus hrs for something just as simple as a tire change. It was also very confusing trying to find the entrance to the place. They'll also have you waiting a long wait time just to tell u they couldn't complete the service as I noticed from another customer.

I went here for an oil change. After ten minutes of driving my car oil leaked across 702 which caused my engine to blow on my 2020 vehicle. They either didn't completely close the new filter or tightened it too much which caused it to be stripped. Something so simple blew the engine on my fairly new vehicle.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The best service, could not believe how nice everyone was. Definitely going back to get tires put on our car too. They saved us $300. Thank you Walmart

This place is a nightmare to deal with. We purchased 4 tires and scheduled installation online, as advised - they will not speak to you on the phone. The day of installation we received text and email that appt was canceled because "parts had not arrived". The charge for the tires has gone through on my CC, AND now they have charged us for a second set of tires, but refuse to give us an appt. One person says the tires arrived a week ago, another says they are not in- it is a real cluster. So we tried to cancel the entire transaction- we now have pending refunds for 2 tires, separately! Even though we have paid for 4 and have charge for 4 more "pending". Something is VERY WRONG over there. I just placed dispute with CC company. I cannot deal with their broken system, maybe Chase can get through to them.Bottom line: GO ELSEWHEREService: Tires

Getting inside the autocare center has hard you had to guess where is the entrance. Now how are they not going to have tires for a sprinter van. The woman that works in the autocare store really tries to stand out. Ste was all in my business when I was speaking to another associate.

2nd time getting my tires installed at this location and service was just as good this time around. Came in around 10:30 and was out a little after 11. Installed my tires almost immediately upon coming in without an appointment. Definitely will be coming back to them

Phone call to the tire center. No appt. needed, come on in. I come in. Oh you have to wait until after 4pm . Someone MIGHT come in. No one came in. Employee, sorry that happened. Employee said "come in the morning, we have a full crew". OK! Next day arrived before 7am. Two techs there. I'm happy only one person ahead of me. But since I want tires and not an oil change I have to wait until 9 because they "can't open both sides". Whatever that means. Don't Go To Dundalk WM for any tire service. The afternoon employees were at least nice. The morning techs had a IDGAF attitude!

Too lazy and/or very ignorant of the trade and equipment. Older female blonde automotive manager/worker that has been there for years(yeah, you know who I'm talking about) is ALWAYS arguing with customers about topics she is obviously ignorant on. Today she was literally arguing with me telling me that AGM car batteries are "gel" batteries and that the "G" in AGM (absorbent "glass" mat) stands for "gel." Lead acid, AGM and Gel batteries are very different in construction. It amazes me how many people keep their jobs because they simply show up. This one obviously doesn't learn much after years of exposure. Some ignorance is always acceptable but arguing your ignorance with customers is pure stupidity.

I was told to come next day every time I go there. I went 9 AM, 11 AM, 2 PM no matter what time you choose they will tell some excuse and just reject your business. This is an apt example of unmanaged business. I am not lying try by youself.

Have warranty on my 4 tires. Had a flat and the tire guy was never available next day at 7 am I showed up as I was told to do only to hear the tire guy is not here. The manager very unprofessional and incompetent said the tire guy was in his way . 6 customers waiting for tire work employee arrived at 8 am. Fire and hire competent employees Walmart! And there should never more than 1 person working at any department at all times. What a pitiful service

Lisa the service manager was awesome. The wait was long but it is what it is, I had an emergency and couldn't come back at a less busy time. They were very upfront with what was wrong. She also honored the warranty that I had in writing instead of whatever the center manager had told her to charge (which by the way, Lisa did it right). I always find it funny that every Walmart upholds their warranty differently even though I have it in writing. But I couldn't be happier with the way Lisa handled it. Hopefully I won't be back but I'll keep coming to this auto center if I need to.

What a nightmare. Out of the item I needed. Asked if they could substitute 3 of the small packs since they were out of the large and they said no, order it online. Are you serious? As I was walking through the aisle on my way out, I heard a loud crash and an associate yell curse words. The only saving grace was the gentleman working at the self checkout. He was very nice. So to recap, out of stock, unwilling to accommodate the customer and foul language. No a good experience at all

I just tried to call to make an appointment for the tire center and whoever answered the phone (October 29th, 2021 at 2:15 PM) was so rude it s almost laughable that she s even allowed to answer the phone. She refused to give me her name and hung up on me twice. I decided to take my business elsewhere because if I don t I would cause a scene and demand her head on a silver platter.

I took my Jeep in to have two new tires put on the rear, rotation and balancing...What I got is...-A 3 hour wait,-Even though the associate at the counter made note about needing to lift my driver door when closing it, they did not and then my door hinge was jammed and wouldn't shut, I did not get a sorry or let me help you with that...-The Auto tech rounded off and a nut on my front passenger wheel and actually said " I don't have the right size, but I'm trying"...-I had to spend my entire day off with my Jeep at Mr Tire, and ended up spending over $300.-The Auto tech failed to notice that I had the wrong tires (purchased in a hurry online I got trailer tires).Thankfully, the professionals at the Dundalk Mr Tire noticed and called me right away to address it.-The Walmart Auto tech didn't even put notes about the issue with him destroying the nut,This was completely inconvenient and a total waste of my time and money.It's not worth it, going to Walmart to save a $1.Just go to the professionals, you get what you pay for.When it was all said and done, I met with Mr Joe, the manager at the Dundalk Walmart Auto department.He came right out to assist me, addressed the issue immediately and reimbursed me for the cost of needing Mr Tire to Correct the damages.I was very pleased with the outcome, but not with the service.I should also mention that the associate working the department counter (who was totally swamped and overwhelmed And for some reason alone to do it all) stopped everything to listen to my issue and take me to a manager.

Told me it would be a 2.5 hour wait first thing in the morning to dissuade me from having them put the tires on that I ordered to the store. It took them 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Worst place to change oil. I went for oil change waited at the desk for more than an hour. A lady arrived and said you should go outside the building and there will be a welcome board and ask there. When I went outside I see nothing and realized she is joking. Walmart will soon lose its place and will become like Kmart if they have employees like this.

You can t beat the price, I got 3 brand new tires installed plus warranty plus install for less than $250 , I went in there real early so wait time wasn t super bad but I had called several times before I went in and was on hold for over 30 minutes via automated system , and never got to talk to a live person before I finally gave up and went in there... good thing they had my tires in stock! Would have been a disaster... only sucky part for me was not being able to get hold of customer service on the line and also the wait time when I got there but I m happy with the technician service and my tires, tires, actual install time plus price get 5 stars !!

I d like to give Walmart Lube Center a 5 star. I came in at 7 AM right when they opened, they took my car right away, changed my oil and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced properly. I d especially like to give Bob a huge thank you for being so kind to me and taking good care of my car. If you re looking for an affordable oil change, goto Walmart in Dundalk! They do care!

Service in-charge rate not telling clearly, for me my tyre change she told, everything total $202 ,but bill came it was 285 bill given by another girl. I was not argue with that girl and paid the some. Before my payment i saw i lady arguing with that girl for the rate. The girl telephoned the manager, I don t know what happened last.

Tires buyers beware: I brought four tires online from Walmart just to be told that they cannot provide road hazard warranty on my purchase. Very upset because the ONLY reason why I brought the tires from them in the first place was because they are everywhere and if I had a problem, I could easily find another Walmart for repairs.

It's always a pleasure dealing with Walmart as far as buying things sometimes do you go in there and you see the people that work there it's so sad they work them to death for Harley no money they're making billions of dollars billions not millions billions and they won't even give people a fair wage and decent Insurance shame on Walmart all the tax breaks take it Walmart should be ashamed of themselves they should definitely do better for their employees if they gave them more money and Healthcare and a better wage they wouldn't care about working their butts off and being loyal employees big Corporation only cares about their Almighty dollar that's it they could care less about people's their families that they have kids that need food and clothes and shoes they should give them a better wage and decent insurance and people would be more happier and Walmart would get even more money because they would have really great happy employees
