LADIES!!! Listen up! I went in to get my bumper fixed. Instead of seeing that I was a woman and immediately start racking up the cost, they offered me a more cost effective way to fix it instead of replacing it. This means so much to me that I drove from Timonium to Dundalk. I am so tired of going to places and they assume just because I am a woman that they can charge me more. You have my business for life! thank you, you guys are wonderful!

This shop is honest! I had a very positive experience. I was recommended by a friend and Keith did not disappoint! He was very available to look at my car and give me an honest recommendation of next steps. He had great knowledge and communication skills. I would definitely return and I highly recommend this shop!

Keith at True Colors is a true craftsman. His work is above and beyond any other local dealer or big name body shop. The customer service is amazing. It s really nice to have someone like this in the area. I d rather spend my money at and support small local businesses like True Colors. However, It can be a pain to find someone that does good work and is trustworthy. Keith is without a doubt both of those and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else for body work, paint, etc...He works directly with your insurance as well which makes it that much easier. Even has the local rental company on standby with brand new vehicles to use while yours is being fixed. Couldn t be any happier with how my truck turned out. Thanks again to Keith, the wonderful lady at the front desk, and the rest of the True Colors team!

But these guys take advantage of the consumer. They give a quote to a neighbor of just under $5,500 said it may be a little more. What does a little more mean. A almost extra $3,000 that is taking advantage of people. Please people call the attorney general, your local representative and BBB. Businesses like this need to be stopped taking advantage of people. I have a YouTube channel under a different name. You will be known nationwide of being a business that takes advantage of people as well as another local YouTuber will post as well

I was recommended to come here by a friend who had a huge collision to his vehicle with major damage and they did a pretty good job on the repair for a reasonable price. So I go there for an estimate for one long scratch and small dent on a door with no body or frame damage. They quoted me $500 more than they fixed my friends vehicle and tried to charge me over 30 hours of labor. I could buy a whole new door and put it on for way less. This place will try to take advantage of you if they think you don t know what you re talking about. I do not recommend coming here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Keith and his crew were great! My car is good as new AND they cleaned the interior, which was incredibly gross and probably took some elbow grease a very nice surprise haha super nice people and I m glad my dealership recommended them to meService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This is the worse place. I will never go here again. They had my car for almost 2 months. Then when they left a message saying that it was ready, I called several times with no answer and left several messages. So I went to get it and the owner tells me that he can't give it to me bc his secretary is on vacation and he was closing early. So I called the police. Then he tells the police that he doesn't know how to work his computer system that's y he couldn't give us the car. So you are the owner and don't know how to operate your own computer system. Yea ok. Told my car insurance company to remove them off their list. I have never dealt with a auto shop like this. Don't take your car there. By the way. I was just getting the bumper fixed. Smh

I wanted to write this review to express my gratitude to Keith Beaudet and Jimi Beaudet at True Colors Collison. I do not typically write reviews, but this shop is so impressive, I felt compelled.This is a terrific shop that is not only knowledgeable about cars, but are responsive and caring. From their friendly and helpful receptionist, Dee that kept me informed to the shop's owner Keith who not only fixed my car, but helped me through an insurance nightmare, this shop goes above and beyond. I hope I never have an accident again, but if I do, I would never go anywhere else but True Colors Collison.Put them in your address book in case you ever need body work, you will not be disappointed.

Always has gone the extra mile. Both Keith and Jimmy have painted projects of mine. More importantly they provided feedback about my plans so I could make informed decisions instead of just taking my money.

Words can not describe how pleased I am with everything they have done. From their customer service to the actual work and everything in between, they delivered and exceeded my expectations. After having numerous cars worked on by this family run business and paint work which is at the highest of detail I can only say if you value that special car then you need them to deliver the excellent work they deliver.
