Went to get 4 tires mounted and balanced the guys that work their were a holes. They broke a chunk out of my side skirts and said nothing. Didnt offer to replace them or anything just acted as tho it was my fault. Worst tire shop i ever been to. Wouldnt recomend to my worst enemy.

This auto shop is excellent. I felt like I was on a NASCAR track making a pitstop. I had four new tires installed and was in and out of there in under 20 minutes. The owner even gave me a consultation about having the front in alignment. Very useful information. They can get my business any time.

0 stars if I could this review so bad you d think it s fake I go in for a simple tire change & alignment. The mechanic was high (he said himself) and they stole a rim out my trunk. Along with losing my colored stem caps. I call to get the rim back and Marty the mechanic is very unprofessional telling me they don t sell or have any rims and automatically telling me I m wrong and asking for receipt ? Why I gotta bring you a receipt to prove you STOLE something from me I should ve known from the previous bad reviews. Will never be returning or recommending anyone to use this shop.

Went there to get my tire replaced after having a flat tire. 2 WEEKS after getting the tire replaced our wheel fell off while driving damaging my car and another persons car. The man I spoke to on the phone would not take responsibility. We had our mechanic look at it and he said they either tightened the bolts to tight OR didn t tighten one enough which caused them to BREAK off. Do not go here.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I got replacement tires ar this placee and 1 of the tires kept leaking. I went back and was told I had a nail in the tire so I paid to get it plugged and went on my way... the tire kept leaking so I went back. NOW I'm being told it's the seal of the tire around the rim that's bad which would only mean they didn't seal my tire correctly! The younger Asia guy was getting nasty and smart with me as I question what he was trying to say to me. He tried to tell me dirt from the road got between the tire and the rim and that's what happened which is IMPOSSIBLE if the tire was sealed properly to begin with. I had my husband call and Josh told him I need the receipt and if it was after 30 days I still have to pay for them to reseal my tire even though THEY DIDN'T SEAL IT CORRECTLY!Totally not my fault!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AS ALL THE OWNER WANTS IS TO JIP YOU OUT OF YOUR MINEY KNOWING THEY MADE A Mistake and refuse to fix it and want to charge you for it!!! Josh then came back from lunch , which when my husband called they told him Josh was the manager and then when I hot there I was told by the other workers Josh is nobody and just a mechanic! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! IM DISPUTEING THE CHARGE FOR THE TIRE AND TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT FIRTHE TOTAL COST TO REPAIR WHAT THEY MESSED UP! The younger Asian guy had a DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND SPEAKS TO WOMEN WITH A DISGUSTING TONE OF VOICE! EVEN THE WORKER THERE TOLD ME NOT TO PAY FOR IT BECAUSE IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE! DONOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

TOTAL TIRES on Merritt Blvd is a Complete RIP OFF -- All I wanted was my Tire Plugged -- The Worker was Stoned out of his Mind an the whole place smelled like WEED -- So he plugs my tire an I go Home - an hour later my Tire is flat again - I drive back up an they replug my tire again an wanted to charge me for it - my tire goes flat again - This time I get a used tire - the next Morning its low on air - Again they wanted to Charge me to Check the Tire - I got another Tire the Guy was Stoned again - Now the Tire is unbalanced an my Vehicle shakes at 40 MPH -- So I went some place else an got my Tire fixed Properly

If you're a female don't take your car here they will rip you off my buddy had his daughter take her car there 2 weeks ago charged her 20 lmao just for air I told him I go to Walmart and get a air pump and my company gives air out for free lmao

Their work is good. Prices could be better.The owners do not treat their employees well. 6 customers waiting, 3 employees to serve them and 1 gets sent home.

Not 10 hours after buying a tire here I had to pull over on i695 to see this. The mechanic who was responsible for fixing the lugnuts onto the tire did not do so in a proper manner.There were kind enough to replace the set with a matched pair, but the manager was extremely rude and tried to pin the problem on me; the employee who helped me the second time around (and was a different mechanic from my first go-around) was very helpful and did a proper service however.The employee responsible should find a different line of work.

In and out in less than 10 minutes. Had a great experience with total tires. They were so fast I didn't even have to get out of my car. Decent prices, fast service and kind people working.

I used to love this shop. Been coming here for years however the past 2 times I've been the prices change dramatically from what we were told from 1 mechanic to the next. 1st time we paid the difference 2nd time and an attitude we took our business to Two Brothers tire on North Point Blvd. With a $80. less of a price difference to put on our new tires. I will be taking our business to them for now on, friendly great price and FAST.

Got 4 "new to me" tires installed for less than half the price of 4 brand new tires. My tires were pretty much bald, and the car is 16 years old! I couldn't see paying $600-$1000 for tires. I was out the door for $240! Love this place. Didn't have to wait around either. I was told it would be about an hour. Tires were on in about 40 mins!

My daughters tire was a little low in her car so i told her to take it to total tires because that is where we have always went. Well that changed as of today. They charged my daughter $15.00 to put freaking air in her tire. AIR!!! Nothing else, no plug, no patch, didn t even take the tire off of the car. It s not about the money at all, it s about the fact that they took advantage of a young female and charged her for free freaking air.

Sold me some used tires. My car was swaying all over the road afterwards. Never swayed before those tires. Went back twice. They didn t stand behind the tires. Used tire sales are final Marty said. Oh well buyer beware. They sell you product and don t stand behind it.

Doesn t look like much from the road I know. But if you need tires or a car repair give it a shot.The tire service is as advertised. Cheap used tires and good deals on cheaper brands of new tires. Friendly guys who will help you out.The part I was surprised about. I took my wife s old Lexus RX 400h in for some new break pads. The car is a little finicky and changing the pads caused an issue with the SVC system. I took it back in and the gentleman who runs the mechanic side of things helped me out and solved the problem without any fuss.Super appreciative of the above and beyond customer service and I recommend this place to anyone who needs new tires or work done on their car

I had tires replaced and brakes done at a reasonable price. I was in and out. So about a year after I started hearing some rattling coming from my engine and been to two different shops and mechanics who told me it just needed a oil change. Anyway got oil change and still the noise and seemed to get worse so I decided to just pull up to Total Tires to see if they can look at it that day even though they were super busy Marty told me to pull up anyway.He put my truck on the lift, looked at it and diagnosed a loose timing chain was making the rattling sound. I feel like I owe this guy since he went out of his way for me and possibly saving me thousands since the car is still under warranty. Also didn t charged me! Honestly one of the best mechanics in the region. I will always go to this place when I m having car problem. it s hard to find a decent honest mechanic nowadays

I needed a tire and they hooked me up with a very good price. Josh and Jordan checked all my tires for my safety b4 getting back on the road. Plus plugged my rear tire. The owner Victor is always pleasant and fair. Cash is King here! Credit cards a little more but you have to do what you can do! Thanks Fellows for your dedication and services! Total Tires are The Best

Came in for a tire loosing pressure, in 15mins they patched the tire from the inside for 30$. Fast and reasonable priced!

They sold me a tire with a plug in it. It was flat the next day and they said it was my rim. Well it wasn t. I went to a different reputable tire place and they showed me where the tire was bad. Will never do business here again

I was so impressed by this place...customer service great. They helped me even before I could get out of my car. They offer used and new tires among many other services for your vehicle. Today I was in desperate need of 2 new tires..I had a bubble in one...could have been a bad situation. They got my new tires on and me all squared away less than 30 minutes. I will definitely recommend to everyone and will bring all of my vehicle needs to them!

Great prices! Good service! I came to get tire patched during big rush of cars being there & still got me out in a good amount of time. I'm very pleased!....after going to Mr.Tire, on back river neck rd by pizza johns and being told, I needed new tire cause couldn't patch it with 3 holes. I came to TOTAL TIRES, few days later and they seen 1 hole and patched it for cheap. But at Mr. TIRE with a coupon for free patch still cost more than TOTAL TIRES every day low prices. You got a new loyal customer! I will be back, when next problem arises. Thank you!

I came outside to head to work only to realize my tire had gone flat overnight. Being new to the area, a friend suggested total tires, which was close to me, so I was able to air up my tire and make it down the road to them. They were quick, kind, honest, and efficient. I was in and out and luckily not late for work because of their amazing service! Thank you!!

love this place! the guys really try to help you out and not rip you off. I was told I needed rear breaks (drums and shoes?) when I took my car for an oil change. Bought the parts and went to total tire for installation. They put my car up and determine that I don't need breaks at all! I have at least a year left on them and would have paid the oil place almost $400 for total replacement. I have been going here for years and will continue to! I tell everyone I know about this place.

Someone i talked too when i had the first flat tire decided to go home early. And wound up with a second flat tire two days later. So i have to go back there tomorrow, when i could have taken care of it in one trip. And then they charged me 180 dollars for the new tire that looked like all the other tires and i paid 150 for those. How can a tire go up by 30 dollars? Ridiculous

The fellas at Total Tire are efficient, courteous, honest, and fair. I had a flat tire, was riding on the spare, came in for 2 new tires. Finding same day tires for a 2012 Mazda 3 was seemingly impossible, as the size is not a popular one to stock (205/50/R17).Agreed to 2 new tires, better quality than the ones I had had previously, for $200.00. When they pulled off the spare and examined the problem tire, they showed me the rim was bent. They new they didn't have any new in stock, so we're able to bend it back into shape. They saved me time, money, gave a good value per dollar for a quality product, and we're finished in 1/2 hour. Have had a couple of tires repaired here, but they will always be my first stop for any future tire and wheel needs.

I was shopping around because my car had swollen lug bolts, jiffy lube was gonna cost me over $100. Went to total tire and they did it for $20 if I bought my own lug bolts. They were fast and efficient and their new tires are very affordable.
