Chris Bowen was amazing! I was waiting for the new 2024 Santa Fe since February and she finally came in yesterday. Chris was attentive and explained the ins and outs of the vehicle (as much as I would let him as I was too excited to get my new car home to show the kids). His service surpassed my expectations of dealerships that I have worked with in the past.

I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. We regret spending over $50,000+ on a car and receiving the worst experience from here. We purchased a vehicle from them on a Saturday, and we weren t really happy with the model we chose. Consequently, we returned to try and upgrade to a higher trim level. However, the new used car manager, Greg Chilton, treated us incredibly disrespectfully. Initially, he laughed when I brought up the idea of trading the recently purchased car. Subsequently, he stated he wouldn t buy the car we acquired just a day ago, and if he were to buy it, he would offer a ridiculously low number for the trade.We were baffled after making such a significant financial commitment to them. Despite our request to speak with the General Manager, he refused and did not provide any contact information or assistance. This new used car manager just lost you a local client and I m sure many other clients.Frustrated by this, we sought an alternative and had a remarkable experience at HERITAGE HYUNDAI in Towson. Not only did they offer a more favorable trade-in value, but they also provided a discount on the new car. I strongly advise STEER CLEAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, as our encounter with them was disturbing, and they treated us very poorly.Do yourself a favor and get an unbeatable deal at Heritage Hyundai in Towson and an amazing experience as well.

Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with . I had purchased a vehicle with him a couple of years ago and that experience was also great so I decided to go back a second time and I was not disappointed .Chris made the entire experience worth my time . I ended getting a vehicle that I've wanted for a very long time with an amazing rate & a monthly payment that was in my budget .They put in the work to make sure I was satisfied with what I purchased and I can say other dealerships I've been to have never done that for me the financing manager was also a pleasure to work with & did an amazing job . I bought a used car at Thompson. The car was exactly what I was looking for and spotlessly clean. My salesman, Bob, was very knowledgeable and showed me how to use some new features that were not on my older car. Great Experience!

I made an appointment a month in advance to get recalls done to my car. It was the soon as the appointment they have available. I dropped my car off at 10:30 in the morning and was told it would be ready in a few hours. I received a phone call that evening that the work wasn't going to be finished yet. I needed to work the next day. It was not ready by the next day and I found out that no work at all had been done to my car. And it just sat there for 24 hours. I need my car. I someone follow me up to drop it off and drive me home and then I had to have someone drive me up to pick it up. They were not apologetic. I am not happy about this. I do not recommend.

I went from Frederick to Baltimore and don't regret it at all. Overall it was a nice experience. The guys there are very straightforward and there were no games. Special thanks to Richard Gordon, Sam Gibson, Chris Bowe. They left very good impression.

Started from the internet sales lady Betty Franco and she directed me to one of the best sales guy Mr. Jacob. He find me exactly what I wanted. Once after that he was aggressive enough to match my pricing and with his effort I was able to close the deal same night. Mr. Jacob, Mr. Osama from finance with one other guy in the dealership were with us for another 2 hours after their office hours.Trade in was quiet quick and simple, please reach them out and they will help you find what you need. Absolutely amazing and it s my first brand new car, I will love to buy more with them only.

Car was there two weeks before they even looked at it i had to call corporate to get my engine approved( that should be the service advisors job but its 2023 nobody does their job), got a whole run around about getting a rental and never got a rental because its their policy not to give customers under 21 a rental even though its Hyundai mistake my engine blew and Thomson represents Hyundai so age shouldn't matter but whatever i do not recommend them for service only reason cars there is cause i broke down 3 hours from home. I will never get service their again nor buy from there its been an terrible experience and still ongoing , might even lawyer up for the inconvenience.

The showroom is spacious and clean. The Service/Parts area is also clean and presentable. Just about every Sales, Service, and Parts consultant are courteous, friendly, and helpful. When your vehicle is in for service, it will not be washed. But, coffee and bottled water are available, as complementary.

Tina was a great sales person. We were unsure the numbers were going to work out with our trade, but they did, and gave us a choice of two cars, which I was able to test drive well. Finance person was very helpful too. Great experience all around.

Recently had some work done on my car. There was a problem with the communication when I came in for the oil change because I said I wanted to know what needed to be fixed before I go on a road trip. I was told everything was good but two days later received an email saying all my tires needed to be replaced, brake pads, and two filters. I was upset but Corey and Steve were very helpful through that and apologized. Even discounted my alignment for the inconvenience. The next weekend my vehicle started vibrating at 70 mph which meant the new tires needed to be rebalanced. They just took care of that today and my car is back in shape as it needs to be! I'm happy to do business with the folks here as they definitely know how to talk care of their customers. Thanks to Sam for selling me the car in 2017 and thanks to everyone in the maintenance department for keeping it maintained!Update 05/30/23Things have been going downhill. I m getting bombarded with emails and texts about appointments I ve never set up. And during my 60000 mile service I was told and paid for a repair for the undercarriage cover so it would stop falling down. Steve who handled everything that day told me that would stop happening after the repair. I sent them an email with a picture when it fell down again and never was responded to. And just this weekend it fell down again. I m not bumping it on anything, it s unlatching from the bottom of the front bumper on it s own and is very frustrating. Especially after paying a $1,300 bill for all the services done that day!

Purchased a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Blue. The process was fast and efficient. All total including test drive we were in an out in under 3 hours. Sam, the salesman did an excellent job explaining everything on the car. When it came time to sign the paperwork, no one was pushy trying to sell extra add ons. All and all a great experience. I would buy from them again.

I had an 8 am appointment, I was told taking a early appointment would help me to get out quicker. I got my 2 year old out of bed and arrived at the dealership before 8 am. At 9 I went up and asked how long it would be... I was told they would check (they were obviously busy) I waited 15 more minutes and had heard nothing. I went up again and asked she went to go check... while she was back there they were just pulling my car in the shop at 9:22 they had just pulled my car in to start the work. Don't take an 8 am appointment if you can't start the car until 9:22... yes it was 9:22 because I had to make a phone call to cancel my sons dentist appointment because of being at the dealership so long. I also was expecting the install to be $60 (based on what I was told when I purchased the part) or less based on the estimate sheet($55) and for some reason it ended up being $77 with zero explanation for why it was more then my estimate sheet or what I was told by the tech. Overall I am unhappy with the time and price that I paid. While I sympathize with the employees being busy and over worked they are always friendly, the appointments need to accurately scheduled so people have an acceptable wait time and price should be as estimated if there are zero issues noted for an increase in price.

Purchased a vehicle from their used car dealership. Outstanding customer service. No pressure or extra fees when closing. The entire process was smooth and effortless. I went in knowing what vehicle I wanted, everything was great with it and I was out in about 2 hours total. Friends of mine have had similar experiences and I would gladly do business with them again.

Chris Bowen is excellent salesperson. Some agents try to take advantage of you, but Chris is working for you trying to get the best option and the best package for you. I am always very happy to go to thompson hyundai in Dundalk to make business with him. Two days ago, I bought my third car with his help. Now I don't want to buy another make than Hyunday because his professionalism and reliability.

My husband and I were able to get our first brand new 2023 cars together. Sam helped both of us through this process and it was smooth and easy. We were referred to Sam by my mom and he helped us a lot. The process was smoother than watching your parents get a car a few yrs ago without the evolution of technology. Sam took his time, he did not rush us, he was very knowledgeable, friendly relatable, and moat important patient. Our first car buying experience was one to remember, very easy and exciting. We needed service done to our Santa Fe due to a check engine light flashing and called a couple local Hyundai locations and had the best feeling from thompson and we are so glad we went with them. We took our car in and we worked with Jeff T. and he was very knowledgeable and professional and worked with us through the process and it was determined that we needed a new engine along with a few other things. Thankfully almost everything was under warranty except for one part which wasn t expensive and got us another suv to drive while our car was getting worked on. We got our Santa Fe back a week or two ago with no issues. Definitely helped make a stressful situation go as smoothly as possible.

We made it hard on the sales and finance teams, doing a lease and buyout from out-of-state. They had some surprises and learned with us, but communicated well and brought it all together in good time. I'd refer friends to them.
