Excellent. Mr Kim took care of me as my starter went out in my Genesis while traveling through the city of Baltimore. Honest fair prices, quick prompt response, awesome customer service. Id recommend to anyone in MD!

Took my vehicle here to have struts replace. Car grinding, difficult to turn steering wheel. Took the car the owner refuse to correct. Next small court. This shop will never get any business from me

I brought my car to sky auto I asked him to change the oil and the 2 front tires of my car and to change a few other things he did some of it but didn t change the oil or the tire I went the second day to ask about he said that he did changed oil and tires he refused to change the oil but only put a sticker because he said he forgot to put it

Honest-Fair prices-good work!They have work on my car twice. This current time they helped me in a very stressful situation and not only fixed the problem but they did not try to lie and get more money out of me. I will go to them for any more work I need done I I would suggest you give them a try also.P.S. To the owner,You do great work

I have been here twice now. I brought an Nissan Sentra in for Inspection and highlander in for brakes around the entire vehicle. Mr. Kim definitely took care of me both times. Things that failed inspection he was able to fix in the same day and the pricing was incredible. On the vehicle with the brakes he also did an oil change on and again pricing is amazing.As we all know nothing is free but its great to see a business take care of the community with the honesty, communication, and pricing. So Mr Kim awesome dude I ve been to him twice so far two different vehicles. One vehicle needed new brakes rotors and calipers replaced he diagnosed what other mechanics could not very fast (w/o all 3 done the problem wouldn t have been resolved) to solve my squeaking wheels. The work was done the same day and at a reasonable price so i just left his shop today. My ac compressor imploded on me, again the work was done great and I will be returning for all my vehicle needs and recommending him to anyone who needs mechanical work done.

Mr. Kim gave an accurate estimate of the work I wanted done for recommended maintenance at high miles of my Mazda 3. I had front brakes and rotors, brake fluid flush, oil change, serpentine belt replaced, inspection of hoses and rubber parts, tires rotated, and my driver side electric window fixed. I dropped the car off Thursday afternoon and it was finished on Saturday. Friday, Mr. Kim called me and gave a detailed quote of work to be performed and confirmed what I wanted done. When I picked up the car today, he took time to review the itemized invoice and go over the vehicle. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely become a repeat customer.

Recently dropped off my vehicle to Sky Auto for issues with the breaks. Mr. Kim had no issues scheduling me in. I felt Mr. Kim was being honest with the repairs needed and not trying to get more money out of me then needed. The car is working fantastically now. Took a chance and got my brakes replaced at the height of covid at a place I've never used nor had a reference. Poor choice. When I received my car back there weren't any brakes. The guy tells me I need my master cylinder replaced. I don't really know what that means but I know paid for brakes he put on new brakes but the car felt like he did bleed the brakes and he told me I needed another repair costing in excess of $500. Called a random mobile mechanic from BBB. He came out changed the brakes and all was well. I do not recommend this place.Service: Brakes

Took my sons car there to have the tire plugged and they refused to check it unless the sensor light came on, the tire was flat again the next morning so we took it to the tire shop across the street they took the wheel off and found a big nail in it, definitely will never go back to Sky Auto, just lazy and didn't want to help.

stopped in for some basic services, the place looks great and service was exceptional! the new owner mr. james is an absolute gentlemen and he is very knowledgeable in automotive repair & mainteniance. i would recommend this shop to anyone, especially the lucky locals close enough to make this shop their goto spot.

Steer clear of Sky Auto i brought my 2018 Dodge Caravan for an engine light diagnosis was told by Mr Sky Auto that spark plugs had to be changed to cure the cylinder misfire after two visits and almost $600 engine light was still on Owner told me to take it to the dealer and bring it back for a repair for more money because he didn t have the updated equipment to get a more in depth diagnosisIf you want to throw money out the window ..::: But i would recommend Portas Total Car Care on North Point Road They re honest and have state of the art equipment and won t leave you stranded Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I only went to get air in my tires. My daughter in-law went to get her car inspected here she was very satisfied. They didn't try to find things wrong with her car like some shops do.

My car needed a new battery based on were my battery is located it was going to cost me at least 200 to 300 dollar sky auto did everything for my vehicle for 180.00 thank you thank you I can't say it enough Thank you.
