This was an easy fantastic experience. Shelton W was so professional and helpful I will go back to this location for any of my tire needs.I went in at 6:30 & picked my truck up at 8. Can t ask for better walk in service than that!

Gary worked on my car, at the Dundalk location, and He was very quick. I don't think I wasthere for an hour. If so it wasn't much longer, and I had 4 brand new tires and an oil change. They also also did a free inspection of my alignment and a few other things too! I highly recommend this location, and Gary!

Excellent service! Mike has helped our family be serviced many times and the mechanics have been phenomenal. Everyone will give you advice. You can ask them questions and they will be frank with you. They deserve plenty of business! All the work I've had done here over many years has been excellent.

I came in and George was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure that he did everything possible to help assist me with my car. I would definitely visit this location again to have my vehicle service

Needed an oil change during a 4-hour trip and found NTB on Google, as one of the few places open at 8:00PM. The individuals were incredibly kind and worked quickly to get us back on the road in no time. Great service and wonderful people.

My car was serviced in a breeze! The store manager, Shelton, and service manager, Steven were so unbelievably helpful. I was nervous about my cars problems but they handled and put me at ease. Thank NTB!

The store manager, George, was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. It was my first time there, so he gave me a huge discount on my oil change. I ll definitely come back to see George and the crew.

I got an oil change today that came with an honest assessment of my vehicle. It s been a long time since a mechanic told me exactly what was happening with my car. I have to say, George and Mike provided exemplary customer service. So much so, that I schedule an appointment to get the work done on my car. I went back for the scheduled appointment on Tuesday 3/5/24 . My appointment was scheduled for 8:00am, no one was at the store but 3 other customers waiting outside. George came at 8:25am with no apologies. I checked in, left my keys and left the store. I got a call from George asking what service was I having done. WOW! George called me at 4:10 PM to tell me the work was completed and did my case ever shut off on me? I told him no never. I went to pick up my car and George said it cut off and wouldn t start up again. I saw them pushing my car to park it outside of the store. I asked Mike why wad my car being pushed and he shrugged his shoulders and said it won t start and he didn t know why. After a heated hour conversation with George and Mike, I was told that they would refund me $150 to have my car towed to the Parkville location so that a tech could do a diagnosis on my car but that would have to be tomorrow. On Wednesday 3/6/24 the NTB tech said it was the starter. He put a new starter on and started the car. He told me that the car turned on once and wouldn t turn on again and the new starter burnt out. He went on to tell me that the oil was black and the engine was locked. He asked when was the last time I had the oil changed. I told him 3 days and he said the oil change was never performed. I m in awwww. Don t take your vehicle to the NTB on Merritt Blvd

I brought my car in for scheduled oil change, Steven at the front was very explainable with things that needed to be done. I will be bringing my car back here again because of the great customer service that was provided to me and they were very knowledgeable.

Hands down the most professional, skilled, cost effective, and most importantly friendly crew I have ever had service my car. From the second I called Gieco with my blown front tire, tow companysent truck, the communication was sent the crew had my tire waiting and went strait to work , I payed and back home .

Arrived a8:30 am. Had a 9am appointment for a free tire inspection. After 4 hours and 38 minutes, I left with two new rear tires and fresh brake fluid. It wasn't until 10am when I was told my car would be ready in 30 minutes. 30 minutes turned into 3 hours and 30 minutes. The front of the store representative took fifteen dollars off of my bill which was still $422. And he also offered me half off on my next oil change. I will not be going back to Mavis NTB on Merritt Blvd. I received WAY BETTER and FASTER SERVICE when it was still Merchant's Tire. Oh, and I had worked my 8 hour midnight before coming to Mavis NTB. The restroom was filthy, the waiting room was dirty. No coffee available even though free coffee is advertised on the wall of the waiting room. And the chairs were in poor condition and very uncomfortable.

I took my car here for a tire rotation/balance/pressure check. It took three hours. The next day in sunlight, it was very apparent that none of the above services were done. They had it up on the lift but I'm not sure what for. It pays to have a dirty car and knowledge of how the brake dust gathers on your front vs. back wheels. And the one newer tire was still in the rear as it was before I dropped off my car. Everything was essentially untouched. Just another day being doubted as a young female!

My tire busted right out in front of the shop on the street right before they closed--I called and they said "No problem! We will get you taken care of" within minutes of closing. They replaced all 4 tires and gave me a discount. Thank you NTB!

I just ordered a set of 4 tires from NTB Dundalk Md. worked with Mike the manager who was awesome. He was very helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and supportive. I would highly recommend this NTB for quality and great service. Can t wait for my tires to come in and get them installed and hopefully they last me awhile but when I need them again I will return. Thank you Mike and NTB Dundalk team. Great experience and thanks again NTB!

Thank everyone at NTB Dundalk. I have a delivery van that needs to be on the road every day and they made that possible. I needed 2 tires and an alignment, they got me in and had me back on the road asap. I know where to go when I need help.

A little slow but Gorge was doing his best you need to put two people on the front line at all times other wise all went ok
