As an Auto shop owner myself I deal with alot of bodyshops . This one is quite unique in the they are just the friendliest people to deal with and on top of that the quality of work is absolutely top tier. Let's face it I went in with a used car involved in a collision and came out with a new vehicle. Paint, fitment, used proper fastners and attention to detail . What more can you ask for .

My vehicle looked really good when I went to pick it up. A very minor issue to me was communication. I had to call in weekly for status updates. I wish they had a system set up where they would contact you weekly with updates either via call, text, or email. Main reason being that I had a rental that I needed to keep renewing each week the shop had my vehicle. Other then that I was very happy with the overall service and the quality.

They took a little while to repair my car, however, I don't think that was their fault. But when my car was returned back to me, in great condition I may add, my front facing camera was inoperable. I took the car back, and they immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. If they had just a little bit more attention to detail before I got the car back, I would have given 5 stars. Great shop nonetheless...

Would recommend. Early in the process there was a lag in communication but that improved and I never had a problem afterwards. My car looked great when they finished and I think they washed it. Oh and the customer service was wonderful.Service: PaintingService: Painting

This is a really great shop! They do precision work here using all authentic Volkswagen factory parts on my Golf TSI. Their customer service is some of the best I've ever dealt with as they gave me text message updates at every step of my car repair. Work was even complete ahead of schedule. You can't even tell I was ever in an accident, paint matches perfectly on the replaced parts. Pictures will speak for themselves. I have uploaded before and after photos. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nick and crew to my friends and family going forward. I went out of my way to make this post as the Google reviews that are on here are from the previous shop that used to be here and are years old. Caliber business is actually quite new. A+

Took my headlights here to get them cleaned up, one was super yellow and i thought i would have to replace it but they ended up cleaning it up and it looked brand new, great work for the price definitely recommend!

Great response, great detailed work, above and beyond. A little frustrating dealing with GEICO but they even made that process easier and streamlined.Ended up getting my vehicle back early, and they did double time in getting everything back to the way it was, if not better then when it rolled off the dealers lot.I really appreciated their system they use with their customers to keep them updated, informed along each step, and the ability to just shoot them over a text asking how the day went, where they are at, if any speed bumps occurred etc.The rep I worked with since my vehicle arrived at C.C and the work began, as this whole process started on 12/2/21, and the estimated completion was 3/1/22 and we got it back a week early and the best part is they killed it in the work, as because of GEICO screwups and insurance bullcrap they didn t even get started on the car or approvals to start ordering parts until end of January, so sat for over a month on their lot then they did everything they could to jump on taking it apart and getting it back to showroom quality.Even took the next step because they knew we been waiting and dealing without a vehicle for sometime, even though they are working hard and extremely busy, push my car once it was finished to the top of the list to get fully detailed and cleaned up before we picked up, even worked with me as they was closing up for the night, to allow me to get there ti pick it up, so I could have it even though it was after 5:30!Really meant a lot for me and my family and highly recommend their work, and customer service rep Mackenzie to anyone! You won t be disappointed.The vehicle runs, drives, smells, and looks amazing!Thanks CC!

Caliber Collision staff did an amazing job on my car! Their customer service is top tier! From beginning to the end they have been updating me on the status of my car without me having to call them. 10 out of 10 I definitly recommend!!!

You be the judge! A picture speaks a thousand words. From tape lines with overspray, color not matching, scratches and scuffs, blemishes and overspray in the door jams and the car being dirty and spotted when Picked up. But hey, give them another chance. After they painted the side of the car three times we had to get corporate involved and take the car to another shop. The incompetence at this place was mind boggling.

The staff are amazing and did a great job communicating with me and my insurance adjuster regarding my repair. I received updates text and by phone during the repair process and the total repair was completed in a timely manner. I was completely satisfied with the work and the condition of my car when it was returned. I will certainly continue using Caliber in the future.

Every was friendly Assured me they would take care of my car. Mr. Tim at the Dundalk shop took time to talk me about my car & kept me informed. Delivered my car as promised. I am more than satisfied. An all around great company. Bob and Tony did an amazing and quick job fixing my car. Tori kept in good contact with me the updates as they happened. If you need a place to have your car worked on this is the place!!

My car is currently at Caliber Collision for repair. My drop off this morning went so smoothly. Tori the lady who handled my drop off was WONDERFUL. Tori was soooooooo knowledge as if she worked on the cars herself. She broke down the process to me and got a jump start on ordering the parts I would need tire etc I even got popcorn as I waited for my ride. I must also say they had the CLEANEST public restroom I ve EVER seen. Top Notch Service indeed. Also this same location worked on my car before so I have no doubt when I pick my car up it will look and feel as if it was never in an accident. I recommend this company to everyone.

Very concerned charged my insurance over$4000 went to pick my sister up and she can t open the door it will only open from the outside they said they had to replace the passenger door I want this corrected .
