Battery died on me before heading to work but I was able to get a new one quickly and Zion replaced it for me. It was not easy remove but he did an amazing job. So sorry to have you out in the freezing cold doing that but, I am so grateful for you help!

The staff is friendly and very helpful! I needed a new battery for my car and they helped me select the correct one and installed it for me while I waited. I will definitely go back to this location next time I need something.

I was just at Auto Zone in Dundalk because my headlight was out. Nicole came out to my car and got up under the hood to check out the bulb. The headlight ended up coming on. She said there was no charge, smiled, and told me to have a good night. I just wanted to brag on her for her wonderful customer service and her patience for this 63 year old woman who knows nothing about cars. Thank you Nicole!

Needed a New Battery. They had what I need and provided me with a discount. Changed it in their parking lot and returned the old one. Everything is good now.

All the people here are so friendly and helpful except the woman who is working here. I have had a bad experience with here many times whenever I come to the store . Not just me, i saw here once how she was talking to a spanish who doesnt speak a good english and she got mad at him . she is unfriendly, she speaks with an angry accent, angrily staring at me . I don't feel comfortable coming here to inquire about something.. I would like you please to train your agent how to talk to customers and treat them fairly.

Very helpful staff in general. One of the staff (James) helped me find the AC idler pulley for my vehicle. James went above and beyond by helping dislodge the old pulley from the bracket. Great service everytime I go.

They don t answer the phone until the 5th time you call, when they do finally answer, they are so nasty. Advanced auto helped me in seconds after 20 minute ordeal of autozone employees being so nasty to me that I won t go into that store and I m telling everyone I know to not go in there and to just go to advanced auto across the street.

The 2 associates scheduled today Aug 18 at 930am were super friendly and super helpful. Didn't get there names but it was a young African American man and a African American woman. Thank you for your help

this store needs help i been on hold for 8 mins as i write this they need to find workers the wait and the lack of experience they have make them way under knowledge had to call back cause being on hold so long and still cant get service i guess i will be going to salvo for now on and i am a commercial account that will not be doing business with them anymore poor service wish i could give 0 star

Women! Come here! They are so caring and kind. No mansplaining or upselling! They genuinely care about you and your car and want to help you. Thank you autozone crew for saving me $600+ on my upper radiator hose and helping me so much. You guys are awesome!!

My favorite Autozone. I ve been coming here for years! Thank you to Mark & Corrine ! They saved me money. I just got an oil change and the mechanic said I needed a new battery. Got to autozone and Mark tested my battery and nothing was wrong with it ! Corrine explain to me that s what some auto body shops do to make extra money. They were so sweet. Funny, professional and a delight. Thank you again !

Thomas seemed to have more important things to do than assist customers. The other two employeeswere just standing in the stock area behind him just staring at him like they couldn't function without his direct instruction. Not very personable, moving forward I'll go across the street or to another location altogether.

They have good inventory and the age ~the Sass Queen are very helpful the only issue is that there is not enough help and it takes a long time to get helped. And pls stop using the pandemic for all the short comings and inadequacies we experience in customer service everywhere that s just a bad training with bad Managment and bad salary consequences. But their guys are very helpful at this location.

If I could give a this location zero stars I would. The employees are rude and condescending. Don t bother waiting in line they tend to just help who they want. Advance Auto Parts is right across the street if your looking to be treated as a valued customer!

Companies are really squeezing money out of people these days and this is my last stop at autozone. I bought a set of car seat covers that don't stay on the seat and when I returned it the manager said I could not return them because he needed the box to return it even though the receipt was in my hand! If that is the policy, that's the last $55 they get from me!!

I purchased a new battery and had it installed today. I called many places, even stopped at another AutoZone, this is the only place that answered the phone immediately, that was able to speak with me right away, and that told me that they could absolutely come out and check my battery and give me feedback. From the phone call all the way through the battery installation, I dealt with a store employee named D and he was fantastic - with me and everyone else I saw him interact with. The store was consistently busy and he and his front counter co-worker were great. While D changed my battery, he offered me insight and advice on my car and things to which I should pay attention. I will absolutely make sure that moving forward when I have car needs, to stop there and to send people to the store. I m appreciative of the the help, and honestly, the general kindness shown.

Found items that I was looking for, but employees were standing around while several of us needed to check out. Manger was too busy to give me a military discount, but I appreciate that AutoZone does have it!

Stopped here to buy some cleaning agents for my vehicle. Front counter girl kinda tall black hair, gave me some very direct directions to find it. Only thing that bothers me was that she took a while to acknowledge me.

Was easy to find what we were looking for and the guy even suggested an option to save us a few dollars. Only 4 stars because there was a huge line, at least 4 people behind the counter but only 1 working the register. Looked like the others were pulling orders which should have been put on hold by at least 1 of them to help handle the line. It's not like it was a weekend, it was 1 pm on a Tuesday. No reason for a huge line.

Definetly cheap parts. I was impressed with the selection too. They had everything you could imagine. I would recommend them over advance auto parts anyday. It's too expensive. Autozone all day

Walked in and said hello to the employee behind the counter. He just stared at me like he was surprised to see another human so I asked if he could help me. He didn t respond to me but called another guy to come up who looked absolutely miserable and annoyed the other guy didn t help me. He just stared at me also until I told him what I was there for. Didn t end up getting what I needed , but I left in a bad mood. I already felt stupid going in asking for something I know nothing about and that experience just made it worse.
