Called yesterday and talked to Chad, asking if they are able to fix my windshield on 02 Isuzu Trooper that safelite refused to replace , due to age (even though they replaced it 4 years ago) and Not even 24 hours after i dropped off i have the vehicle back with windshield replaced. 5 star facility, friendly and polite staff. Would recommend for all auto glass work.

The customer service I got from Kerstin at this location was outstanding. She contacted the insurance company for me resolved everything and now I'm getting a new windshield put in. A++ customer service on the way thank you Kerstin!!!

Excellent service!!! Eventhough I went in for a minor repair; I recieved the Gold Star treatment! I saw a couple of other features that I want added to my vehicle in the future!!!

Kiana was beyond helpful, kind and genuinely such a pleasure to talk to. I purchased a vehicle from Bob Bell Nissan back in December of 2020 and in January of 2021 I purchased after market leather seats. I at the time had no idea they outsourced the seat installation to Automotive Concepts. The seats were absolutely amazing, quality of leather and installation were perfect. Fast forward to 05/28/23 and my family and I were hit by a drunk driver which completely totaled our vehicle. When we received the initial total loss compensation, from our insurance, we felt our car had been completely undervalued. Due to the pandemic, we assumed like most other things, that are seats had probably appreciated rather than depreciated. We asked if they could provide a quote to us for the exact same seats in the exact same car. Automotive Concepts knew that they would not actually be getting business from us as we had moved to Texas years ago. Yet they still took time out of their schedule to help us out, over two years after the fact. I feel like once you're a customer with them, you're always a customer not just when it benefits that monetarily, which is a very rare trait for companies this day and age. These people genuinely care.

Great experience! Kiana was very prompt and helpful with getting my appointment set up & with getting approval from my insurance company. I arrived on time for my appointment and my vehicle was attended to right away. The windshield only took 1 hour to replace. Very quick, prompt, efficient service. Will definitely use Automotive Concepts for future needs and will refer to family and friends.Service: Auto windshield replacement

After calling multiple locations and being told that they won't be able to repair my windows for a week+ (my windows were busted out), Auto Concepts were able to order and have the parts in 3 days. Took them 2-3 hrs to fix it; and I want to especially thank Kerstin, I think her name is, for her amazing customer service and for contacting my insurance company and getting everything settled in the matter of time. Very nice personnel the lady that I spoke to earlier the week prior to make an appointment was very nice very attentive to what I wanted and the price and they were a lot and let me repeat that word a lot cheaper than Safelite

The staff here were awesome. Very friendly and professional. Very accommodating. Got me in fast to fix my broken window. Keona at the desk was super nice and helpful. The installers here did a great job.

I had a terrible experience. They were recommended to find a leak in my car (no sun roof). They kept my car for 3 days, diagnosed an issue that they could verify or fix because they don t do body work . Cost me over 200$ and I still had to take it to another place. The diagnosis wasn t complete so I had to pay the second shop to finish the diagnosis AND do the repairs. When I contact Automotive Concepts to see if they could even give me a partial refund it took them over a week and I had to contact them to find out that they were going to do nothing for my trouble.

The crew at Automotive Concepts, Inc. is super efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I pulled in to drop off my car and Annie at the front desk had my paperwork out and ready before I reached the desk. When I stopped back in later to pick up my car, she was able to answer all my questions about a much older vehicle that was having some leaking issues. I am very pleased with the work they done replacing my windshield. It took about 45 minutes. Cost way less than some other places that I had called. Will be going back. Very Happy Customer. I would definitely recommend Automotive Concepts

My window got a brick thrown through it this afternoon and I was under the gun trying to find availability around town to have it replaced same day! These guys told me they had the window on its way to the shop n bring the truck ASAP! They replaced the window for me and even vaccumed out all the broken glass from all over the cab! I was running late getting back to due traffic and they waited after hours to give me my truck. Not too mention their price beat any other place I called! Great establishment ! Hopefully won t need to, but will use again if needed!Service: Auto power window repair

This is by far the best experience I had with any shop. I made a phone call wile I was at work about a water leak and Amanda was such a good help I thought I needed to replace my back window because my truck was leaking water but she kept telling me I should make sure by having them do a leak test. So I took her advice and they found where the water was coming from witch wasn t the window like I thought and was able to fix it in a very fast and timely manner with having to take back seat out and etc. the tech was very knowledgeable and I would recommend this shop and location to anyone.

Annie was so awesome and reassuring. From the phone call, to the in person interaction. She helped me to understand the difference between a crack and chip. Then, she made me feel better knowing that if I'm dissatisfied at all with the service, meaning if the crack spreads,, she'll still be able to take care of me. I totally feel better knowing that! Thanks again Automotive Concepts but super huge shout out to Annie. She's the bomb.com

My sunroof got shattered by a rock while I was driving into work, Automotive Concepts took care of me, helped me every step of the way and helped sort out things even with my insurance. Jennifer in particular was INCREDIBLY helpful. They also did a fantastic job replacing my sunroof looks brand new.These are the guys you want.

Unfortunately, the day that I chose to have my windshield replaced, there was drama at the shop amongst the employees and I had to pick my car up... unfixed!The next day, I took it back and 3 hours later ( a minuscule discount) and my windshield was fixed. Only go here if you have nothing else planned for your day.

They shop was contracted to repair a back window in a 2004 Mustang Convertible, upon dropping it off it was recommended that I replace the entire top and redo the interior. Upon receiving the vehicle back, and conducting my own water test I found a 2 inch hole left in the passenger side of the top. After attempting to contact the shop over two weeks, with no luck I had to contact my insurance company who then was able to get in contact with the shop.The shop claims that since the top was not in perfect condition they are not responsible for the damages, and they also said they did not conduct a water test upon finishing the back window an could not verify if it leaked when they were done or not.After a few more weeks the shop denied liability and claimed if I wanted their damages fixed I would have to pay an additional $2000. This was a terrible experience, I would not recommended this place to ANYONE!

Heather was amazing, I let her know on short notice that I was coming in to get my windshield replaced, it didn't take long for my windshield to arrive, and even though they were short staffed they got my car done in no time. I would definitely recommend this place to every one I know.

First experience with this company and it was amazing they worked around my schedule made it easy was reliable and did an amazing job and in a timely manner. I had to get a sunroof replaced that I broke they did a great job.

Everyone there was awesome. They worked with my crazy work schedule, were super nice and helpful and did a fantastic job, so I didn't have to keep riding dirty without a rear view mirror.

As a automotive body shop we rely on Automotive Concepts to replace glass as needed. The whole staff is friendly and top notch when it comes to pulling glass. Great and fast service. An 8-hour task, done in 5 hours. I was surprised when then called to tell me its done. They also do seat covers for a fee.

Automotive Concepts is wonderful! I called one Saturday because my door glass was broken and not only did they give me a fantastic price, they got me in and fixed the glass with only 2hrs notice. Thank you for saving my weekend!!
