The technician that came out to my house was very nice he got things done in a timely matter and when I scheduled my appointment they got me in within 24 hours... I would highly recommend this place!

Manger was very unprofessional I had an 8:00a.m appointment I arrived at 7:45a.m after getting off work 12a.m to get my passengers side window fixed.When they open said my window was coming until 11 okay I explained to corporate about the service they offer a discount. So I waited to find out the window that was order was the wrong window and the Manger was very rude because I asked why no one came to check to make it was the right window for my SUV .The Manger said in very nasty way you have to wait until tomorrow. I said if you wasn't talking to your co worker about where Harry Potter live on the computer. I could have better customer service . I found another company that came to for the same price .Thank Anthony (Manger) for your poor customer service.

I spoke with Anthony over the phone and he was just as helpful and pleasant in person. While waiting I spoke with staff who was open and friendly. They played good music as I waited and provided best price. They gave me after care instructions & I left in great spirits. The technicians and the office staff were great. I appreciate my experience. Thanks again

This place has given me the best customer experience I ever had. It s the second time that I stopped to the shop to have my windshield replaced in a 4 year window. This last visit, things went like the knife in the butter from the initiation of the scheduling to the execution of the task. I was booked and served less than 20 hours. The best thing is that, this shop gave me a variety of options such as after market and factory part for my jeep. Not only that , the price was good and the customer service is the top of the line. The only drawback is that it s located at the outskirt of the East side of B more. Honestly, I think that the lady working at the front desk (armored with customer service skills) is the type of person that my company will snatch from that place with a zillion in an offer letter.In a few words, I will absolutely recommend anybody this shop for any automotive glass repairs.

I absolutely must say that auto glass now is one of the best places to fix my car glass. I loved how the customer service met me at the door and was already ready for me to go all I had to do was sign . My car was finished in no time.The team over all did a phenomenal job . I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. Anthony, Dakota and Poncho are the best

Excellent customer service! All employers were able to communicate with me in regard to my interest. Each of them provided great details on the repairs needed to replace my broken window. My vehicle was attended to and repairs were completed within a timely manner. Highly recommended and the work was done professionally. Thank you.

Awesome place of business! I called, they returned my call, they scheduled, I came, they repaired while I waited, I paid and it was very efficient! The customer service was amazing! I don t want to go back but if I ever have to or know anyone who needs a replacement window I ll send them right here! Anthony and his crew rock! Thanks guys!

Went above and beyond. Helped to try and open my hatch. And then suggested the shop next store to them and then waited for me to see if we could get the hatch open.. and finished installing my quarter window in pretty good time. Glad I ended up going there for my first time having to get this done.

Unfortunately have been twice due to folks breaking my windows, but fortunately have gotten great service from Auto Glass both times. First time was wrapped it up super quickly and even though the second time was longer, they were accommodating and even gave me a discount for my patience. So great customer service, great auto service. If you unfortunately end up in a situation where you need window repair work, Auto Glass Now will take care of you

I wanted tint on my front doors of my newly purchased SUV. I called them near the end of the work day and was informed that I could still bring it. The customer service was very pleasant. My tints is exactly what I wanted. I expected the cost to be a bit higher than expected but it wasn t. I know I ll be returning because I want additional tints. Thank you for this great experience. I never had a car tinted before.

I had my window fixed the other day by a gentlemen from this place, and he was there at the time he said. He was also finished with the job wayyyy faster than I thought he would be. Very pleasant and I wish I could remember his name. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I had AutoGlass Now fill a tiny crack in my windshield in AZ before I moved to Maryland. Then that tiny crack failed Marylands inspection. The AutoGlass Now in Dundalk gave me credit for my previous service that was just 2 months ago so my whole windshield was cheaper! I appreciated that. They were able to get me in quickly and done in about an hour. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I d definitely recommend and use them again!

For being a girl who always gets charged extra for anything to do with cars this place was amazing. Super honest and awesome workers. Dakota was so helpful even speaking to my mom about the car while I was at work setting everything up seamlessly. And big thank you to Anthony for going above and beyond and fixing the mistakes Safelite caused. Everyone go here!!!! Hopefully my car doesn t get broken into ever again but if it does I ll always come back here. Thank you again!

I would have given 1 star but I tell you what this branch and their general manager took to action and I got my new windshield after what was starting to be a very poor customer relationship. Yes I had to wait longer than I should but they accepted their fault, provided a financial solution and got me rescheduled! Thank you guys!

The service was good, the labor costs were very good, but the fact that you guys dd not connect my wipers back up takes away from all the good you did. It takes months to build up your clientele and pull in the customers. But it only takes a few small foolish mistakes like this one to lose that same clientele.Terry Aldridge
