I had a very good overall experience here. Juan was great to work with. They gave me good value for my trade-in and I got a car here that I absolutely love. It's gorgeous. The only thing I would say is that if you find something that you really like, either move fast or leave the deposit, those are not refundable by the way, because they do have some pretty good deals that many people are after. My family was very pleased with how they dealt with and resolved any issues that occurred. Highly recommended place for you to go get your vehicle.

Arm Motors and the best salesman, Juan, provided epxcellent support to us. His service was efficient, thorough and comprehensive. We are very happy with our new to us Ford F-150. I am positive Juan will contact us when our license plates arrive at Arm Motors and will ensure the 3 items that they agreed to fix will get done perfectly. I would recommend Arm Motors to anyone looking for a highly quality used truck or SUV.

Everyone here was very helpful. Had a small problem with the truck but they fixed it immediately. Other than that I've had zero problems! If you're shopping for a truck, I recommend checking them out.

I just recently purchased a 2017 RAM 1500 Laramie Limited from ARM Motors. First and foremost, I have to give a big thumbs up to my salesperson Maria. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but never via the Internet. Maria was attentive, courteous, and made the whole purchasing process smooth and efficient. Thank you, Maria.As for the truck that I purchased, I must say that it was, in a word, immaculate. Some first impressions of the truck were: 1) man, this thing is really clean and 2) the Alpine audio system was extremely impressive, 3) when started, the truck had a really nice roar to it.I paid extra to have the truck delivered to my office and that also went over without a hitch. I ve never been a huge fan of RAM trucks, but I wanted creature comforts in a truck and I think RAMs excel at that. And the hour drive home from my office was really a lot of fun.All in all, my ARM MOTORS experience was very positive.

I worked with Juan he was very professional walk me through the process on the phone at first and then when I came in, he had everything ready for me to sign after the test drive. I told him I have been over places before I came to him, but he was so professional decided to go with him, thank you I really appreciate it man took old car home with me

Amazing process. Coming out of a recent bankruptcy Maria was able to get me in and out with zero down on the truck of my dreams. The process was nearly seamless and smooth. The detail I want to highlight about this experience is that Maria herself personally solved every issue and answered every single one of my requests within reason. I even had paperwork added for my own security during the process of the purchase which her manager was happy to sign off on. Amazing service Amazing process patient staff and very courteous. 5 stars from me!

Juan was exceptional! Absolutely no pressure and no shadiness. Got the exact truck I wanted for a great price. They're required to try to sell you the extended warranty but he wasn't pushy about it when I declined. Definitely ask for Juan!

Today I purchased my second vehicle from ARM Motors. I'm as happy with this one as I was the first one I purchased 2 years ago. The salesman Juan was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I drove 2 hours 20 minutes from Atlantic City to purchase this vehicle. I got good deal on my trade and I'm loving my new truck.

Juan helped us get exactly the F-150 we needed with zero trouble. The inventory listed was exactly what was on the lot. There was zero pressure other than presenting the options that fit our specifications. No upselling; just exactly the truck we wanted at the price we expected to pay (which was very fair) . They include a pretty good standard warranty with purchase as well. The office is bare bones, but they offer a really comfortable, honest, and friendly car buying experience with good financing options. 10/10 would recommend!

I was Apprehensive about buying from a used dealership and not a major dealer, But I have to say arm motors really did a great job and they back up their vehicles. Maria was awesome. We called to inquire about a dodge Ram..took it for a test drive & took it home. These guys don't pressure or BS you. The prices are decent , they offer financing for all credit situations. We needed a light replaced and they took care of it right away.

Went in with an idea of what I wanted in mind. Spoke with Mario and he gave me the time and patience to look at everything they had and was more than willing to let me test drive whatever I wanted. Was never pushy for me to buy. He never discounted any concerns I had, and didn t deny problems that I noticed or questions I had. When I found the truck that was right for me, he gave me as many options as he felt I could use to make everything more simple and save me the most money. I brought up some concerns that I had and Mario and the manager both went out of their way to order parts and do extra work to make sure I was happy, without charging me for the effort. Seemed very honest and easy to work with. Will definitely tell friends and family to check out ARMS if they need a new ride. Very happy with my buy and how easy they made it. Well done guys. This is how used car places should be.

My wife and I had a great experience with ARM Motors. We initially connected with AJ online. He was helpful, informative and responded promptly to any questions I had. Once we were ready to move forward, he directed me to Mario. Mario was a great help and walked us through the buying process, answering any questions or concerns we had along the way. He made the purchase easy and haggle free. We live 2 hours away, and Mario helped make sure everything was approved, ready to go and in motion, prior to us visiting. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. We are happy with the truck, customer service and value offered. Would highly recommend!

Scammers!! Sold my husband a lemon! It's not bad enough he has a brain tumor. And has had 3 brain surgeries!! This place sold him a piece of junk! Nothing but problems from day one! He had it one freaking year and the motor has now blown! And he will be in more debt because of these con men! You should be ashamed of yourselves!! How do you even sleep at night knowing what you are doing to people.No sir.. you're not going to dismiss him like he drove it crazy, or didn't take care of it. He had problems from day one!! He had the warranty and your " business" had a million reasons why they couldn't fix things! You are well aware of what you are selling. And I will let the world know what kind of people you really are. Unfair is you selling lemons and making a profit on the backs of hard working people! Good day sir!

Bought a 2020 Dodge Charger literally the next week it was leaking coolant. Took it back they fixed it. Literally the week after that the car started over heating couldn t even drive back to the dealership because of the overheating. Took it to a shop they said I need a whole new radiator. I told the dealer and they said they don t cover it. They sold me a car with a bad radiator. Then they tell me they get all the cars from the auction . They need to put that info on the website. The auction is literally the worst place to get a car. Just avoid this dealership thank me later

I purchased a 2017 pickup from Arm Motors on Memorial Day 2023. Driving on the interstate I noticed a hesitation/ vibration and shutter in the transmission after the vehicle warmed up, and a few days later an engine light came on. I called them back and they scheduled an appointment the next week to bring the truck in. They totally took care of both problems and now I couldn't be happier with my pickup.

Juan and Maria were great. Service was great. However I was very astonished with the amount of mud that was caked up under neath the truck. I spent 3 hours with a power washer under the truck cleaning it all out. Also there was a lot of stuff caked between the radiator and ac condenser. So all in all with the mud and stuff in the engine. Truck took a good 5 hours to get rid of it all. Truck does run great no issues

There is nothing wrong to said. What a such of great costumer service, I just purchased my 2015 GMC truck and Mario was very friendly.During the whole process he was working with professionalism and a very good attitude.
