They were fast and efficient. They gave me a free vacuum service that definitely needed. And i love the fact that I don't have to get out my car or wait forever. A little difficult to find since I was looking for the old place that used to be there but the service was still the same; superb.

This place is black owned and operated. The staff are always fast, pleasant and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience here. Oh, and they send you coupons!

I used to go to this location when it was valvoline because it is close to my house. Now that it is Oil Plugz I will always go here not just because it is close to my house but because they are a local company and an awesome place. Everyone is so friendly. The owner is even out there talking and doing work makes me feel like I am going to a family not just a business. Really appreciate this business and the care and friendliness that they give.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Horrible business even worst customer service! I came and got a basic oil change. Two days later I discovered all the oil was gone and the air filter wasn t on correctly. I returned to talk to the owner and he refused to submit this basic claim to his insurance. PLEASE BE ADVISED NEVER GO TO THEM, I now have to take them to court to replace my whole engine!!!! All this over a $40 oil change!!!

This place is amazing and my go to. They are so quick. They don t harass you to purchase additional services, I never have to wait and the staff are great. They re a hidden gem and I highly recommend. AND you get a free car wash! Can t beat it.

I needed a oil change like yesterday. So I decided to give them a try based on the reviews I seen. This place is great. They got me in and out in no time. The customer service was great and I like to especially thank Jerome for everything he did.

I have been getting my oil changed her for about 3 years. The customer services is amazing. Disappointed that the manager Shawn is no longer there. He would converse with the customers about their car and how things worked on the car. I have been extremely pleased with my services at Valvolince Care Express and the car wash services with a 50% off coupon off right next door is a Bonus.

The oil change and free carwash was OK but the staff should at least ACT like they want to change your oil or put the correct air in your tires or check your air filter or greet customers with a smile or pleasant tone. I hope the owners see this and have a talk about presentation and professionalism in the establishment with the employees. This place has potential to be a lot better than it is.

Every time I have come here, no one comes to greet you, take your information and give you a timeframe. It s like the customer is expected to know how the business is ran. We are not mind readers, basic customer service goes a long way. If you are in the area and need an oil change, don t waste your money here, just go to Virginia Valvoline where they know how to treat customers

Just went to this location 3 days ago for a simple oil change, only to find out the next following day my serpentine belt broke. The tech didn t document Anything on my receipt, prior to visiting this location my car had zero problems. Just poor service all over!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My car take 5w 20 and they told me I had to get fully synthetic. My car doesn t take fully synthetic. I was asked to leave. As I was a store manager of a major auto parts store I am very knowledgeable about cars. Will never go back

Drove up to open bays waiting to be greeted... waited at least 10-15 minutes until a representative acknowledge us sitting outside. I was more so disappointed to learn this location does not honor Valvoline service coupons. Not likely to return.

I recently moved to Maryland and have been to other valvolines. I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication that came from the staff, specifically the woman that approached my vehicle making demands without even a hello. There was no run down of what was being done and no one had uniforms on. I couldn't tell who worked there. As a matter of fact, I could see the underwear of one if the the mechanics.... His pants were low and he was wearing a tank top. Just doesn't seem like work attire to me. I got a free carwash but even that was disappointing.... Same idea: unprofessional.Service: Oil change

I love coming to this location because it's convenient. Always good service but today I'm not happy . I got there before they opened and service time is 8am it's now 8:40 and they're still not open haven't even moved the cones. Not cool at all!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very convenient location. Fast and quality service. If your vehicle is not right, they will fix it. Price between $10-$20 on average. They also have detailing services.

Service was quick. My service provider was excellent however another employee was smoking in the garage i didn't appreciate that at all!

My experience has been exceptional as always. Quick and friendly. I applaud the team as they persevered in 97 degrees weather.
