I went in to get a couple new tires and I believe they switched out one of my rims with a bad rim. When I left my car couldn t even reach 60 mph without feeling like the tire was going to come off. When I had it checked out I was told it was not a tire problem but my wheel was bent. I had no problems until I went to this shop.

I don t know who these new guys are, but they put the wrong tires on my car, had me sitting there for 30-40min as I waited on them to correct the error and then he has the nerve to charge almost $300. You all would be better off going to the place a couple minutes down the street.

The best and may I reiterate The Best place to get Quality used tires or a quick tire sealant is DECO TIRES. They are quick in repairs at reasonable prices and offer their services with a smile. I only patronize their services because they are true professionals. I will always Stop at this location and come again and again. Its truly service with a smile.

Winter icy roads and a flat ? Sure why not. Haha. Great customer service, was welcomed with a warm greeting and in a timely manner. Pricing was beyond fair as compared to the other 3 tires shops I price shopped at. Highly recommend, they are certainly about their business but more so they are about their customers. Thank you .

James did some brake work for me. He was nice, he explained what he was doing and why, and my brakes no longer squeak. Awesome!

These are the most professional hard working guys on Marlboro pike!! I'm never disappointed. They are fast and always on point!! The prices are super reasonable and I recommend them % DECO TIRES

Good prices and friendly service. Over the years I have used this place exclusively. A couple days ago I had a dealer swap out the wheels and all 4 wheels the lug nuts were over tightened and the threads stretched. If I would have had a blow out on the road I would not have been able to change the tire myself. As long as they dont over tighten the wheels I would recommend.

The service is fast, the techs are friendly and the price is good for what you want. I have been going to them for 8 years now, recommended by my husband who always goes there. I haven't had any problems with them yet. Great job!!!

Had my tires replaced there in Sep 2019. Great service, fast work, very client-oriented employees. Almost 90 bucks cheaper than the quotes I had received from others for the same tires (new). Then on New Year's eve, had a puncture-they were still open and fixed it quickly without overcharging me. On my go-to list for any tire issues.

Went to this place to get air, he notices I had a screw in the tire which was causing the slow leak. Puts plug in and fills other tires with air. Travel about 14 miles round trip. Go in store, come out and completely flat. Luckily it didn't do this on the highway, probably caused an accident. Paid $15 plus $5 tip. Wife told me not to go there cause of her past experiences. NEVER AGAIN. Should just had try to sell me tire.

Service was fast, they greet you upon entry. They are very friendly, helpful & reasonable prices. IWill definitely return in the future. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a quick solution to their tire problems.

This is the fastest place to get air in your tires and their tires are also a very good price.... as soon as you pull into the place, someone comes over and assist you...I have referred this place to many people... they are always so polite and efficient... God Job, Deco Tires

Stay away. Bad tires & terrible customer service. They'll treat you fine for the first time, but after you find out any issue & go back, good luck! They will make you wait hours if you go back with a complain, while they attend other customers coming in after you. Went there twice with the same problem & every time it ends up being worse. Waste of time & money.

I patronized this establishment in 2012. I purchased 4 used tires for my 2007, Toyota Rav4. The guys that helped me were very nice, friendly, professional, and helpful. Needless to say, I drove on these tires from January 2012 until December 31, 2017. It can't be argued, I certainly got my monies worth.I'm wishing this business continued success and growth!!Lastly, though I've only patronized this business once, I wish the business hours were extended.

When he last Thursday because I had a flat tire, not Saturday to tire that I purchased from them was also going flat. so I returned to them to get the tire checked out. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes while they tended to other customers. So ask one guy could he help me instead of helping someone who came after me. He mumbled something under his breath and then he started to help my situation. Then a guy pulled up behind mewith a flat tire and he went ahead to help the guy who came after me. and when I was finally finished he went to fix the guys tire while I was stuck in the garage he said that I think I was there and he had to finish him before I could move but the guy drove to the shop on a flat tire so he could certainly move over a few inches so I could get out andbe on my way. They are happy to take your money and but if something goes wrong they don't want to give you the proper service to correct it! A very rude customer service spend your money elsewhere! You've been warned!

I was greeted as soon as I pulled in the lot. The cause of a slow leak was found immediately and plugged. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Excellent service!

The prices are ok, but it took over an hour to find a tire to fit my car. They attempted to put on a tire that didn't fit. When they did find one, 2 weeks later my friend saw a bubble in the tire and then when I took it back they argued that it wasnt the same tire, even with my receipt. NEVER RETURNING.

It's a used tire place what do you expect. Four men, polite, courteous, kind. Changed a tire quickly. $75, so it was reasonable.

On March 3 16 i brought some tires 245/35/20 for my 2007 chevy impala ss i always shop there for my tires so the day after i brought them i had to go back because my car keep shaking so i went there and one of the african guy said that it make not be balanced right so he checked them rebalanced them and then the next day i went back for the same problem so he rotation the tire front to back so i rode for a while then my tires kept going flat so on monday 9 16 i noticed that front driver's tire was going flat so i stopped at another tire shop to get some air and the man said i can't put air in ur tire i said why he said u got a whole around the wr the tire frame and the air wont hold so i go home car sit 2days so wednesday i go loooking for a tire hard to find so i put my original chrome rims back on so that 60.00 tp switch out the tires plus 340.00 for the tires i brought from dennis tore shop so the man said u dont have a hold ur tire is dry rollen a bad tire so i went back to dennis a d showed him the tire one employee say tes it is dry rotten so i can givr u a new tire for 120 more no thanks an u just get me my money u sold me some dry roolen tires so i cslled the police and filed a small claim case today for my money i will never go there again take advantage of people especially female google says bad rotton tires signs areShakingFrame spiltVibration tire bouncing my car had these signs i went back and forwards
