I took my car to Alex on Monday after being referred by a friend. Alex completed a test drive, came back, told me the exact issue and price. I took my car in at 10 am today he was done by 3pm. There was no hassle and no games. My car is fixed!! Alex does great work and I highly recommend him!! I have found my repair shop!!

Told me and my brother that since I m buying my own parts I had to PAY IN FULL before he would work on the car, it s policy. We asked to see this policy written, he couldn t provide it, instead he kicked us out of his office and told us he was going to drop the car and push it into the street, while getting very aggressive with my brother. There is a sign in the office that says you must pay in full before vehicle is released not services are rendered. He was very upset he wasn t going to get over on me. I purchased the parts today for $270 and he was going to charge me 650. I called Moon s auto see how much the labor would cost for the axil he said $108. The owner tried to get over on me because I m a woman and he thought I was alone. Don t waste your time here, the owner is unprofessional and will try and rip you off.

Alex is an awesome mechanic! He has been my family mechanic for the last 15 years. He used services my car, my husband's car, my mom's car, my sister's car , my stepfather's car car and my sister's husband's car. I will refer him to everyone I know. He is extremely trustworthy and Honest ! I tell everyone that they Need a personal mechanic that are both and they should always keep him on speed dial!

Alex and Chicken Wing are great! Been seeing them for over 3 years. They are attentive and literally show you what is wrong with your car if and when there is any issue. Highly recommend!

Reliable work at a reasonable price. I live in Frederick County, but Capital Auto is my go to place. They have often fixed botched work done at auto repair shops close to where I live - some resulting from something as straightforward as an oil change at shops local to where I live. The owner, Alex, is very knowledgeable and can quickly surmise what the issue might be and remedy it. Over the years, his shop has done work on three different vehicles from different manufacturers for us. I would drop cars off there routinely if I lived closer. Can't say enough about the high quality of work we have experienced there over the years.

I don't know what kind of work they do. I wad told to be there at 10am, but the person who told me to be there at that time was not there. They kept saying I should just leave my car. I declined, I called back at 11am, 1145am... the gentleman didn't get there until 12. He then told me he can't just jump into my car situation, so I should just leave my car. I declined and went elsewhere, where my time would be better respected.

Called this morning to inquire about a service and the greeting was horrible. Yeah , so I proceeded to say I m calling to inquire about a repair, the guy what repair? in a not so inviting voice I declined and hung up. HORRIBLE PHONE MANNERISMS!

Just Great! I was greeted right away when I pulled up. They gave clear explanations to what needed to be done and even made me laugh which I was grateful for because I was already feeling down about my car. Not only did they fix my car same day and have it running smoothly but they turned this first time customer into a repeat one. Alex, Brett, David and Chang, thank you so very much for your professionalism, your awesome work and your positivity. You guys are dope!

Alex and Chang... well the entire staff at this location helped me so much! I initially visited the Honda dealership and got hit with some unrealistic prices. I felt like the Honda dealership was trying to get over on me. I immediately felt comfortable with the staff at capital auto services. They solved the issues that I had and charged reasonable services. I am so thankful for honest people because they made this entire process easier for me. I was stressed trying to figure out what to do as I was moving so soon. They made it work for me and I am beyond thankful for them. I'd recommend them to anyone. PSA: The address is in a close located but they are located directly beside the 7 Eleven on Forestville Dr.

Alex is my brother from another mother! this dude knows cars/trucks always great service with this guy! he's so good, i look forward to my car having issues just so he can fix it! LOL great guy Alex is! keep up the great work fellas, wouldn't recommend any place else! take my word, take your car in, it will thank you later

We were traveling on our way to Richmond Virginia and we got a screw in our tire. I called the garage and explained the situation and they said they would take me right in. I could see when I got there they were busy with other customers also but they did take me right in and got me on my way at a very reasonable price. Really appreciate the garage.

Great, Alex and Micky are the best there, been going there forever, cheapest in the DMV hands down for everything except oil changes because they only use high quality oils to lube your car. They dropped engines in for me, changed head gaskets for under 800 bucks. So yes this is the best known, unknown spot in the DMV.

Terrible customer service. Wanted to charge me $1300 to to fix my car. Tried to charge triple for the parts. I told him i had the parts and he wanted me to pay up front before he even do any work. I took it to Moon's Auro and was charged $600.He thought because i was a woman he could get over.

They are the worst, i have wasted a whole day. They quoted me a price and when I got to the shop they changed the price saying that I said I had a part, but not once did I say that. Trust I will never return or recommend them to anyone ever.

My car was towed here by mistake and the guys running the shop were very, very, very accommodating to me! I really appreciated it and cant wait to go back for my car needs.
