I love go to this place always I found what I need but I feel sorry to say I have a really bad experience on customer service was one lady there and I purchase she don t know nothing keep asking the other guy was there and she charge me wrong I come back to get my money back and she say to the guy if he can help me was another customer trying to return too and customer say so I have to wait too and she literally told her no you can come I just don t want to help her I was so surprised of that response they are good but better have professional people working!! So sad So bad!!!

Worst customer service the lady was so rude and looked at you with no words coming out of her mouth, when we would try to ask her questions she spoke on top of me not letting me finish. And I m sitting in The car now and she is rolling her eyes at us. This is by far the worst experience I ve had with customer service. This lady has zero to no education.

Trash Customoer service, online it says they offer services like the fix finder but when you go in the store they say it s broke every time but this is supposed to be the store that sales them and then it s advertised online but it s not really at the store??? I called to ask before going there and the man put me on hold.

They move slow as if they hated their job, and their attitude was ugly topped off with sarcasm. The woman who says it's her store was just as nasty and unprofessional .... I refused to spend my $$$$ there. I went to another auto zone location that took care of my needs right away plus they moved light they were alive

Everyone was super friendly, customer service was a 10. They were so helpful with me trying to find brake lights. Definitely shopping here again for my auto parts in the future.

I called to verify they had a part in stock, they said their computer showed they did. I asked them to go out their hands on the part to make sure it was there since I was driving an hour to get it. They claimed they did. I drove an hour only for the part to not be in stock. They had lied about putting their hands on it. Super awesome.

The staff is very helpful took the time to walk outside with me and check out my battery went through the computer gave me readouts anything I needed it was very helpful!

The service was exceptional. Both managers (Sasha & Tia) assisted me and came up with a solution for my return in a very professional manner. Both store managers assured that I left the store pleased with the service that was given. Both store managers displayed professionalism, genuine customer service and I recommend this location for any auto needs and A+ customer service ..Definitely a BIG KUDOS to (Tia & Sasha) ..stay sweet and professional ladies!!! Loved the customer service!!!!

Best Service Ever!Ms. Eva and her Diva Coworkers were BOSS...straight holding it down at this Auto Zone! They were polite and ready to help. Ms Eva tested my battery, explained to me all my purchasing options, swapped out battery and I was on my way in less then 15 min. Will definitely be returning here for future auto needs

Under staffed.. 1 guy (young dark skinned black guy) was trying to help a store full of people and answer phones while another guy (heavy set Hispanic guy) walked back and forth ignoring the line and having private conversations on his personal cell phone. Finally, 15 - 20 minutes later another guy (young black guy with redish/blond lox or dreads) came in from outside and began to help.Both guys at the register were very nice but clearly there's poor management going on in there. I personally do not have time to stand in line 20 minutes unnecessarily

I have 2004 Acura TL. I drove from Springfield, VA just to do business with Tia. I found that she was knowledgeable and took the time to ensure that I received the parts that I needed to overhaul my new commuter car. She and her team also made sure that I felt comfortable during my visit. I will drive past 10 part stores just to get a world-class experience time and time again!

This is my spot right here! Luv this location for years. They have helped me with some of everything from a dead battery to assisting me with returning a wrong part that was sold to me from a different location. I learned my lesson and saved me some headaches over the years, I only deal with this location. They are customer centered and knowledgeable. Even when the store is busy, each customer is treated as valued with professionalism. Most importantly they won't just sell you anything or the wrong part. The managers and staff are the best!

I stopped in this Autozone for the first time and it will be the last time. The lady behind the counter seemed like she did not want to help me, and when it was time to check out out I asked which button for credit?? She replied red...it we went over this at least 3 times and it canceled my purchase. Then she walked around the 4th time and pushed the green key. If you are looking for good customer service....don't come here.

The staff are very friendly and very customer service oriented. Even the first-timer will walk out feeling like family and empowered with knowledge about their vehicle(s). As a Veteran, I appreciate the fact they offer a 10% discount to active military and veterans. Unlike most auto part stores, there is no need to keep your receipt for warranty items as the information is placed into the database and attached to your phone number.

Posted hours are until 9:00PM. So why are the doors locked at 8:50PM, with employees standing at the door and registers? Seriously ... what s with the piss poor attitudes here?!?!?!?!?I d have been in and out in ONE MINUTE. I had the part number to quickly grab the item. Guess you enjoy losing business to Amazon.No point in complaining ... worker attitudes start from the top of store management.

I've been going here for a long time, so i go for brakes under a warranty and they tell me I have an account but no cars under my account .I said I've had five or 6 cars. I had to then call Landover and spoke with Mrs Gwen who told my account is there with all 5 cars .she was very helpful won't do business with Marlboro pike location

I don't know were to start, I ordered two parts at the store, they didn't have one, I pick the one that had an order the other one to the store, they told me to come get it the next day. Next day I come no parts to be found anywhere in the store. I'm a patient guy so I say can I come tomorrow they manager says yeah. Next day it's not there again. I this point I'm loosing my Patience but I still tell them to order it but for next week because I was going to be out the whole week. Next week I come to store I talked to a cashier and she can t find my part anywhere again. So at that point I just return everything and ask for my money back.

The entire sales team went above and beyond to help me. Justin help me and explained to me what was going on with my car. Excellent 100% plus. Very friendly and willing to help all customers... Definitely will use this as my main store.

The staff is very helpful. Navigating here before my car stopped. I needed a new alternator belt and a battery. Not only did the female employee assist but she was very knowledgeable about my car and the parts needed. It means a lot when you're frantic about your means of transportation and someone from the business establishment cares enough to help you. I'd recommend this AutoZone to everyone .

I love their old fashioned courtesy help, it's hard to find today. When my auto parts are heavy a strong man takes them to my car. This is the world I grew up in, having my bags carried and gas pumped!!!

Poor customer services. Called in advance to see if a part was available and was told it was and when got to the store they didn't have the part.
