My experience at priceless was stress and worry free. I went in with a low credit score and high hopes. Our sales agent Jennifer is super informative and patient she even stayed with us through the whole process. My husband and I were able to leave with our new car the same day! I look forward to continue business with Priceless in the future. Thanks to everyone!

Good experience with Elvis. He was very honest, knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we had. Overall I got a good deal and I m very happy with the quality of the vehicle I purchased. Another plus, Elvis is bilingual and caters to the Latino community.

STAY AWAY!! Everything about this place was terrible. Never buy anything from them. The vehicles in the pictures are made to look presentable but are in very poor condition. For example, every truck on the lot had the rust covered by thick black paint. The people there will lie to you and tell you the vehicle is clean and good to drive home with no lights on or anything but when you get there it will be in the shop getting fixed because it barely runs. I asked several questions on the phone and had multiple employees lie to me. I would never recommend anyone to waste their time looking at anything on their lot. STAY AWAY

Price was good and customer service at pick and drop off was fantastic! Priceless affords easier, personalized experience when renting a car. An actual person helps you choose you car and options and is there to answer all your questions until you are ready to drive away.

I travel a lot and I rent a lot of cars. The car rental service is generally the first group of people I encounter in a new city. They really have the power to set the tone for the trip. At Priceless, they get it.! Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially Max. The first car they had for me was clean but red. I didn t want to drive a red car for a whole week so Max washed and peeped a different car for me. He didn t complain or give me attitude. He understood and was amazingly helpful.

This was my first time renting a car from Priceless due to an accident. From the first phone call to driving off of the lot, it was nothing but great service, great communication and professionalism. Most businesses nowadays do not focus on the customer experience but here it seems mandatory. The store was clean and welcoming and I would definitely rent a car from here again. one only for two hours waiting at the LA airport, car was clean, and refund was quick, But we left an expensive Sun Glasses in the the car, call then the same they after we got to our state, they said the going to search and call us back, never did, we send email with the picture, we called head quarter they take note, never got back.In the end my Sun Glasses cast more than the rent car from them for two week.reserved #72397891409865Wes

Amazing experience. Michael was unbelievable, so kind and helpful . He was the only person working and literally still smiled and made getting a rental such a pleasure which is not the case at other rental companies . The car was clean and is setting my wife and I up for a great safe trip !!

I bought a beautiful 2012 mini from Michael and the experience was very professional and he was able to do what I wanted as far as getting my financing and payments where I wanted them to be.Very pleasant to work with and I didn't feel the pressure that so many car salesmen try to put on their customers.

Priceless is by far my favorite car rental place to rent from. Kelsey and Tisha are so understanding and reasonable to do business with. My husband and i rent from them regularly. We are so thankful i found their business when we did. The car i was renting had an a/c issue and not only did they accommodate me, but they also had me in a new vehicle the same day i brought it to their attention!!! Plus most importantly, they treat us with respect and are very kind and believe it or not, good customer service is hard to find these days!!! We are very happy with them and we look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I d highly recommend going literally anywhere else to buy a car. These cars are sold as is and are definitely not state inspected before sale. I just bought a car from them in March and while the price wasn t terrible the back tire popped within less than a week of owning it, as it turns out there was a small bend in the rim. This bend was small but was easily recognizable when I brought the car to a mechanic and they inspected the vehicle for me. When I told the dealership this they claimed they d pay me back for the repairs and had no problem replacing the tire that had popped yet repeatedly ignored my multiple messages. Additionally when buying the car the dealership claimed to have put in a new battery but again the battery had to be replaced only a short few months after owning the car and when taken out to be replaced was definitely not new. There s just no form of quality with this dealership and it s easy enough to go elsewhere and get a better deal.

I had to rent a car last minute in a bind..I ran across this place on Google. And I'm glad I did! The ladies Kelsie and Tabitha are amazing! They are so nice and accomodating. I have rented from them just about every weekend since then. Awesome service!

A friendly, all business atmosphere. You can't ask for more. They know their inventory on the fly and are very helpful. If they don't have what you're looking for when you need it, they will try and make it happen. My new rental office, period.

Every vehicle on the lot was garbage. All with quick fixed to make it seem like they are really fixed. If you want to buy a car don't go here. Terrible experience with all the employees.

Made an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle. Drove an hour to get there. Was told the salesman was delayed and to come back in 2 hours. 2 hours later we were told the car had been in an accident 2 days earlier and it would be ready to test drive in 3 days. No one bothered to call regarding our appointment. Fishy business here

Every step of the way from the pick up/upgrade, to the drop off and ride back to our hotel. Professional. I wish the hotels we stayed at were this good. Will be planning on using Priceless on our next trip

As for price it is cheaper than other car rental places when you book last minute. As for service not so great. I rented online a fullsize SUV, they stated Dodge Durango or similar that seats 7 and can carry 5 bags. I got a Dodge Journey which does seat 7. I was told as far as my bags. I can put stuff on roof on the size panels to make my stuff fit because 5 bags will not fit in SUV. Since I was limited on time and they said this was equivalent to a full size and my only other option was to go with it, since all the other rental places had no full size SUVs. I had to leave half of my stuff behind and thank God I did not put anything on roof because Hurricane Cindy would have soaked my luggage if I would have done what the lady told me to do to make my stuff fit. The person I spoke to on phone had an attitude and she stated when I returned car she exhausted all the options she had. I guess I could have took my clothes out of suitcase amd put throughout the car since this was her part of her option with putting on roof.. if 7 people were traveling, it is expected there would be at least 5 suitcases.. as a government employee, I will make sure that all government employees know not to use this rental company. My advice is that book early so the reputable companies have what you need so you dont get stuck using a agency of this caliber. Not sure about high ratings.. as far as going out of their way.. did not happen. I was basically told to accept what they gave me or leave it. As a professional businesswoman I would not rate this facility high. I will definitiely do my darnest to get it listed on places not to rent for government employees for business or leisure travel.

My husband and I rented a 2017 White Hyundai and it cut off completely 4 times within a 24 hour period. This is unacceptable and I told the manager Kelsie, who has a nonchalant demeanor, about the lemon she rented to me and was told I would not be able to rent again (like I seriously care). Thank you Kelsie for nothing and your offfice will be closed within the year because you are applying deceitful tactics to consumer business.

I made reservations through ORBiTZ to rent a car in Orlando. My reservation was for 5 pm. My flight was delayed, and I arrived at Priceless Car Rental at 6:40. I was informed , that they only hold car for two hours and my reservation is canceled, and that there is no car available for me at all. I did mentioned, that 2 hours did not passed , but was rudely informed , that there is no car. When I called ORBITZ and ORBITZ requested to talk to somebody at the car rental, the attendant refused to talk to ORBITZ.In the car rental office was another person , who had same situation as I. And another person came in after me, and had same situation as wellI had rented many cars in many stated and countries before, but never encountered anything like that !I end up not renting the car and using UBER through my visit to Orlando.My advice: do not rent car from Priceless Car Rental in Orlando

If I could give no stars I would! It is crazy to me that someone can be so mean and nasty to people they have never met.The manager Kelsey called the business I work for a few months ago. The conversation started out ok until we tried to explain that we did not provide the services that she was asking for. The conversation ended in her telling the owner she "wished him nothing but the worst". The owner wrote it off but come to find out she was slandering our company and posting bad reviews on google only telling part of the story. Kelsey, If this reaches you maybe you could give us a call and we can straighten up this misunderstanding.Have a good one..

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERINCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR!!!! The owner and his newphew are SCAM artists and they have TERRIBLE business ethic. They think since they re foreign they can just do whatever they please. Didn t give me my paper work the night I got my car.. didn t get the car the same day either. They told me it was in the shop gettin things fixed... got the car and NOT ONE thing they said was gettin fixed was fixed... they sold me a car with a broken sun roof... still didn t fix it... they told me they would clean and detail my car... never did, even lied all the way up to bringin me my car.. they said it s takin so long cuz it s gettin detailed... LIES... finally got my hard copy tags and went to pick up paper work... they added paper work in there we never originally went over.. they also didn t give me all the papers we did go over... they told me since the mechanic who was workin on the car didn t do right they would give me the extra money for the parts that were supposed to be fixed. I ve been arguing for 3 weeks over $350 from these shady business men.... DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE!! Don t rent here!!!! Don t even look in the direction of these crooked ass people!!!!!!!

This is the best place to rent a vehicle from. I have rent from them 4 times now and each time that treat me with the up most resepct. I recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a car and there car are very nice and well keep up
