Very nice place, the gos was difficult. But it is located next to a mechanic building off a small gravel road. The building is very small that they own. It is on the right side of the road if you can't find it like me. The employee was very nice and helpful:)

My partner wrecked his car and it was towed by Knotts. They were very kind to him. He cleaned out his car and forgot the tags and 2 other items which they removed and handed to him. It may seem trivial but that kindness they showed meant a lot to him. Thank you Knotts employees!

Prompt, professional, courteous, and kind. Thank you for helping me out with my RAV4 yesterday - was having a crappy day and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone and the driver that picked up my car couldn't have been nicer and easier to work with.

Was in the process of hooking up a waste management trash truck for Chambers in Delaware, one of their wreckers blocked traffic for me while I was pulling the drive shaft in the middle of dover. Thank you to the driver. Would use them if I was out in their end of town broken down.

The man, the myth, and the legend. Alan Knotts provided me the utmost in customer service today. I called and hung up immediately to get an address and HE called ME. He doesn't know me and we have not done business in the past. He was able to provide a very fair price and was also a pleasure to talk to on the phone. I had to call Knott's twice in the past month and both experiences I've had with them were great. Its not fun being broke down alone in the dark but they were really kind and polite. It made me feel much better about the whole situation. They are reasonably priced and made it out to me within the hour. I will absolutely be using them in the future.

Due to certain circumstances the reason I visited wasnt pleasant but the service was awesome and very accomadating along with being sensitive to our needs. Mr. Porkchop was very attentive and willing to help. Very great service. Thank you for the care you took with us.!!

My husband was in a car accident and Knotts towing came to the rescue. They took care of us every step of the way and made it known they were here to serve us. Alan and the staff are super friendly and they make you feel like you have known them forever. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you again Alan for a great experience!

Knotts towing is awesome. They took care of my truck by putting it in a locked yard, nicely spaced from others. Their yard is neat and organized.

Allan was so nice! I was in a bad accident and he towed my car. He was genuinely concerned for my wellbeing and was truly kind. Impressive for a one man show, i ll make sure to recommend him to others!

7/7/2018I am writing this review as a public service. I am absolutely shocked how disrespectful and unprofessional this business is. The owner blatantly refused to answer the question of how much the cost of the tow and storage was for one day when I called and hung up the phone on me after insisting the times I could pick up my vehicle was a tiny 2 hour window after not answering my questions,when I arrived at the designated time he insisted upon he claimed to be ten minutes away and finally pulled up 45 minues later upon arrival I was sitting in the driveway and as he got out of his truck he insulted my husband and myself when my husband asked if he could accompany me into the locked gate to get the vehicle, he responded with, "you better not leave her out here in my driveway because I don't want her" in reference to myself. I was so dumbfounded by being treated like an unwanted piece of trash let alone a human being by the owner of a public business. I would advise that anyone who needs a tow "knot"subject themselves to such treatment like this.
