Nealey in Deale is a top notch shop all around! I needed some work done to my car short notice and they were more than accommodating. I never got the "too busy to care" attitude I get from most shops.They were very thorough with their inspection and gave me a detailed write up of recommended services without pressuring me.The work was completed quickly, and for this level of service, the price was more than fair.I haven't been happy with a shop in a long time and was content with fixing it myself or going to a friend with a garage. I now have a new go-to for sure!

Had several items to repair on my vehicle. Very professional service. Attentive to my questions and issues. I felt respected and listened to. I felt the price was fair and didn t feel like I was being price gouged as I ve had in past. I have nothing but good things to say about Nealy. This was my first experience with them and they definitely made a great first impression. They were quick with diagnostics, and offered a very reasonably priced solution and got it done within a timely manner. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and gave me a sense of reassurance when it came to fixing the problem for my vehicle. They took pictures throughout the entire diagnostic process, which helped explaining exactly what they were talking about. I've been using Nealey since they opened the Deale location. They've done a good job including solving an issue that baffled the Honda dealership for years. (Honda continued blaming the battery+ but it was a problem with the starter... Expensive fix but at least it's fixed!). I'd definitely recommend this place.

Quoted $269 to press a wheel bearing out and put a new one in on a completely disassembled wheel knuckle. I supplied all new parts. Just needed it pressed with the shop press. 15-30 minute job and quoted 3 hours of labor. Local competitor did it the same day for $60. $60 vs $269. I was willing to pay a full hour of labor for a 15-30 minute job but not 2-3 hours. Interestingly it was 4pm the guy said it be ready around 5pm but was attempting to charge 2-3 hours of labor. Lol

Nealey Service in Deale inspected our 2012 Chevy Van. They were prompt and very informative about the things that they did or recommended. Service was friendly and before anything was done the price was given. I was pleased with the work they did.

The mechanics at Neely's tire and auto service are very knowledgeable Of the makeup of my vehicle.When I turned my vehicle in force service they did a very thorough job and looking over and finding every little detail that needed to be addressed and I appreciated thatTheir mannerisms are professional at all timesI appreciate their care and detail.Great Job

The gang at Nealey are great. They ve performed several vehicle inspections for me as well as general maintenance work. The work is always fast and communication is great. Most recently, I had them replace all the suspension components on my 97 BMW. TJ did a great job on the old car and the outcome is better than expected. TJ is thorough and thoughtful in his work. The team at Nealey in Deale consistently demonstrates a commitment to the customer experience and the work is always top notch!

Thorough inspection of my truck when I brought it in for routine oil and tire rotation services revealed that additional work was needed. The team at Nealey clearly documented and communicated the issues and made priority- based recommendations on how to proceed. The work was done on schedule and verified by test drive. I m fully satisfied with the results and the repairs have made a positive difference in the performance of my truck. I have been with Nealey for a year. My last visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. They found a problem which is under warranty . Jamie at the Deale Nealey is Super - not only nice she helped me with an issued and while I was waiting we talked and talked. She is so easy to talk too. I felt like I knew her for years. Very friendly group of skilled mechanics. Their prices are a little high, but it matches the effort that goes into their work. They won t leave a job half finished. I highly recommend their services, especially if you live in the area. I was in MD visiting my Mom when my car began to malfunction. My brother recommended Nearly because he had used them and was happy with the service. They did an excellent job and I was able to get back home safely (VA). The staff at this location are fantastic! They were honest about what my Jeep needed to pass inspection, and also let me know of some issues that will need to be addressed soon. The repairs and inspection fee were extremely reasonable for the amount of work they put in. We received coupons in the mail, I've never seen an auto shop do that, it was very much appreciated! They also have a loyalty program and have texted me to make sure that my Jeep is running well and that there are no issues. Very personable crew and I would recommend them to anyone! They even gave me a ride home when I dropped my Jeep off so that I didn't have to walk on the busy street. I'd give them 100 stars if it were possible.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I thought I may have a puncture in auto tire. Discovered tires were delaminating, peeling apart. We gave this place a chance when good old days left. We went there two times prior for standard brake work and so forth and we're satisfied. The head manager there was very friendly. That is why I am giving it two out of five stars rather than one star. I took a truck in that I use to go to the dump maybe once or twice a month. I contacted them and I was told it was going to cost around $180 to fix the leaking gas line. In fact it came across on one of the diagnostic emails they sent. I called them and inquired about also getting a belt changed on the vehicle since it was there and was given a quote for that too so I was going to have them do it. And then all of a sudden I get a phone call saying that the cost of the repair was going to be over $800. When I inquired about the change in price I was told that I was given the diagnostic price. I'm not sure how a diagnostic cost $180 but that's what they said. I try to explain that none of this made sense when I was already quoted a price to fix the issue and now all of a sudden I get a weird diagnostic charge of $180. Went and told them that I would just take the vehicle to somewhere else and the manager was decent and knocked it down to $80 for the diagnostic that I had to pay. Unfortunately I paid $80 for something that never was taken care of but I didn't feel comfortable at that point with what was going on. I took it to a local competitor down the street and it was taken care of for $200. I miss good old days because I knew that when I was told something needed to be done that it truly needed to be done and that was the relationship that I built with them over the years. I thought I was starting that relationship with Neely but this has concerned me to the point that I just don't feel comfortable taking any of my vehicles to them anymore. I kind of feel I was baited and then switched on it. Again I would stress the fact that the mail manager is very friendly. I just don't understand how a $180 repair jumped to almost $900. And then the weird diagnostic charge which isn't their normal flat rate for that. And the diagnostic charge happens to be exactly what I was quoted the cost of the repair. It could be a legitimate mistake but I went there and asked them to check to make sure they did it mess up the quote and that's what they told me. At this point I'm just taking my cars to the place down the road who did the repair for the $200 that I expected it to be.

Very nice shop and very professional had new tires and alignment done and then came back to have front hub and wheel bearing replaced. Very satisfied with all my service that has been done. What a great experience! Daniel and the staff were great to work with and constantly kept me updated on my car. They explained every repair I needed and saved me money by explaining what did NOT need to be done. It is so nice to find an auto shop that is trustworthy, fair and professional. My Nissan had significant water leaking from the sunroof and some type of electrical failure. Nealy fixed the roof issue, even drain interior. Diagnosis and fixed the electrical/driving acceleration issue on the first try. Pleasant to deal with. Recommend their services.

My check engine light came on in my 2012 Toyota Yaris. I was pretty sure I knew what it was. Very quickly the next morning after it was dropped off they texted me a full diagnostic with every issue or soon issue they found they took money off the diagnostic test for me and head me in my car same day 3:30pm. Jamie was great, she answered all my questions and was caring in the customer service she gave hands down I WILL use them again!
